Description

In the aerospace industry, a Program Manager serves as the central bridge between design engineering and full-scale manufacturing. This role is high impact, requiring a strategic thinker who can navigate complex technical requirements and rigorous regulatory standards to ensure products are optimized for both scalability and efficiency.



Core Responsibilities




  • Project Lifecycle Leadership: Own the execution of new products from initial design handoff through prototyping, pilot builds, and final transition to production.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead integrated teams across engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance to ensure alignment of program goals.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Work with cross functional groups to develop end-to-end manufacturing plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget oversight to maintain project costs within 5-10% of estimates.
  • Risk & Change Mitigation: Proactively identify delivery risks, manage engineering changes through disciplined configuration control, and develop contingency plans for roadblocks.
  • Operational Readiness: Ensure manufacturing systems, tooling, and supply chains are ready for high-volume production, including making critical "make/buy" decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular status updates on milestones, KPIs, and delivery performance.


Required Qualifications




  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace), Business Management, or Operations Management is typically required.
  • Experience: At least 3-7 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar fast-paced engineering environment.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is frequently preferred or required to demonstrate formal methodology expertise.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., precision machining, assembly), ERP/MRP systems, and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.

The Opportunity:

The Program Manager II at the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) is a leadership role responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality programs for individuals with autism and their families. Working closely with the Center Director and clinical team, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and community impact, managing a diverse portfolio of activities across seven counties. You will serve as a key liaison to community partners, non-profits, and stakeholders to create an autism-friendly landscape through strategic planning and excellence in execution.

Responsibilities:

Program Development & Management:


  • Develop and manage consistent community engagement initiatives, including programs, stand-alone activities, and events.


  • Collaborate with ASD Specialists to ensure all programs are evidence-based, effective, and utilize clinical expertise to support client development.


  • Manage project timelines, venue selection, registration processes, and curriculum sourcing.

We are seeking a Functional Family Therapy Provider to join our team. Your role will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:



ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required.



* Utilizes the CSS system to document services and plan treatment according to the FFT model.



* Utilize other systems required, such as Avatar, to manage confidential client information.



* Monitor progress in treatment and adjust the phase of treatment as indicated.



*Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of phase system



Assured quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.

Job Summary

The Kirkland Parks and Community Services Department is seeking Recreation Attendant staff for the North Kirkland Community Center. This position acts as on-site City representative for recreation programs and activities. Preschool Park Art and Play is an Art and play minicamp for ages 3-5. Crafts, games, exploring and free play at the playground. Each day will include a craft, story, and some active play. Minicamp is Tuesday-Thursday, July 7-August 13 9am to 2:30pm.

The role of the Recreation Attendant is to provide outstanding customer service and assist in providing operational support to recreation programs, facilities, and events within Parks and Community Services. Recreation Attendants serve as the on-site City representative and may work at City facilities, athletic fields, school gymnasiums, City parks, and/or off-site program locations. Recreation Attendants provide operational support including preparing spaces, assisting in leading and monitoring activities, and performing clerical work. Recreation Attendants aged 18 or older may work without on-site supervision.

Recreation Attendants may be assigned to:

The Kirkland Parks and Community Services Department is seeking Recreation Attendant staff for the North Kirkland Community Center. This position acts as on-site City representative for recreation programs, activities and rentals. Performs miscellaneous clerical, and registration tasks.
