Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Seasonal Summer Associate will perform various responsibilities contributing to our success while demonstrating our core values.

Shift Hours:

  • 1st Shift 7:00 am - 3:15 pm (6:00 am on Mondays)
  • 2nd Shift 3:00 pm - 11:15 pm
  • 3rd Shift 11:00 pm - 7:15 am

Responsibilities:

  • Frequently handle trays of gummies weighing up to 35 lbs.
  • Standing 8 hours per day
  • Accurately weighing, labeling, and loading gummies into boxes
  • Stacking boxes on pallets
  • Sanitization and washing of trays
  • Adhering to workplace safety regulations
  • Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure high-quality product standards

Physical Requirements:

The general duties and responsibilities include:




  • Design and develop online modules
  • Teach a short course
  • Participate in course and program evaluation
  • Teach at institute bootcamps
  • Contribute to curriculum development of modules, courses, and/or certificate programs for non-degree students


In addition to teaching responsibilities, duties can include preparing course materials (e.g., syllabus, videos, and interactive assignments etc.), holding office/discussion hours, assessing student work and providing feedback to students, advising students, responding to email, and maintaining a course website.

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Intern, you will leverage your MBA skills to collect and evaluate market data, design and test sales strategies, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth. You will share your findings and implementation recommendations with leadership, collaborating closely with your team to ensure impact.

  • Analyze market trends, size, and growth opportunities within targeted segments to inform sales decisions.
  • Assess competitor products, pricing models, and distribution networks to identify sales advantages and opportunities.
  • Evaluate customer requirements, pain points, and purchasing behaviors relevant to each segment to strengthen sales approaches.
  • Develop a robust business model featuring go-to-market sales strategies, pricing plans, and compelling value propositions to our network.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and ongoing Michelin projects.
What You Will Bring:
