Brand and Creative Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
The Brand and Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for development and
execution of all creative and brand design initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and
growth. This role requires a highly visual storyteller with strong brand-building instincts, and
the ability to translate business goals into creative campaigns that connect with audiences
across multiple channels. The position will be responsible for all graphic design (both online
and print) including message consistency and creative output. In this role, you will lead brand
positioning, messaging architecture, and storytelling to strengthen our brand recognition.
The position responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Brand Direction
- Develop and evolve the brand through all graphic design elements including online and print.
- Lead graphic design for campaigns, promotions, product launches, and in-spa materials.

Creative Direction
- Create compelling campaigns that align with brand objectives and engage target audiences in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Content creation in both static and videos for the brand from planning, production, editing, and finalization of the deliverable.
- Use of Canva and/or Adobe Suite to create content for the Brand's digital marketing and in-store collateral for all locations. Projects range from quarterly promotions, grand openings, product/service rollouts, franchise-facing promotional materials, SMS graphic design, email marketing design, and ad hoc items.
- Website management in Word Press for updating or revising website content, visuals, and promotion, while collaborating with any outside website vendors as needed.
- Ensure website reflects current offerings, pricing, and brand standards
- Optimization of website content for user experience and marketing campaigns
Social Media Management & Community Engagement
- Social media strategy and management, including development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms.
- Engaging with followers and other brand accounts via messages and comments.
- Consistent planning, scheduling, and publishing content while monitoring engagement, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize growth for all national accounts and franchise accounts.
- Curation, collaboration, and management of influencers, content creators, and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets that align with brand values for national account and corporate spas.

Qualifications & Experience

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the in-house management of our digital media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google, and Amazon ads. This is a hands-on role, and we’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in managing multiple digital platforms.
This is a Remote Role (United States only) - preference to candidates outside of CA and NY.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Campaign Management: Own and act as an individual contributor on end-to-end digital media campaign setup, ad management, and management across key platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Amazon, and TikTok. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Manage paid media budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Platform Expertise: Leverage in-depth experience with Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and Google (SEM, SEO, YouTube, Google Ads) is a must-have.
- Strategy and Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative media strategies that align with brand goals, recommending tactics based on platform best practices.
- Content Management: Load and update campaign content, including creatives, copy, and dynamic elements, ensuring optimal performance.
- Optimization and Testing: Lead and own as an individual contributor on A/B testing initiatives and daily optimizations to drive engagement, conversions, and reach while reducing costs. Analyze and adjust strategies based on platform-specific data.
- Analytics and Reporting: Own, track, and analyze campaign performance, provide insights on key metrics, and prepare regular reports to guide decisions.
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years of experience in digital media; 5+ years of experience for Sr Manager, ideally in-house, with experience across multiple platforms with full channel ownership.
- Proven in-platform expertise in Meta, Amazon, and TikTok; knowledge of Google (SEM, SEO, YouTube, Google Ads) is a must-have.
- Demonstrated experience with campaign management, testing, and optimization strategies to drive performance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to inform campaign decisions - someone who can dissect data and glean actionable insights is a must-have.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Cross-Channel Alignment & Story Integration
- Ensure creator and organic programs align to the active campaign story and seasonal narrative.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing Managers to translate campaign themes into culturally relevant platform expression.
- Partner with PR, Media, and Partnerships teams to ensure creator activity reinforces — rather than fragments — the brand message in market.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Creator & Cultural Growth team.
- Establish clear roles across influencer partnerships, organic social leadership, and UGC operations.
- Create repeatable processes, playbooks, and performance standards to scale the function effectively.

Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or creator ecosystem leadership within digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
