POSITION SUMMARY:
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the overall merchandise presentation in stores. You will conduct daily store visits to guarantee an exemplary presentation of all brands and ensure store teams are well-trained in maintaining DTLR Visual Merchandising standards. The role of Visual Merchandiser is fast-paced and requires a strong passion for merchandising with a keen understanding of the DTLR brand to create extraordinary window and in-store displays to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling merchandise presentation that will engage customer experience and stimulate sales activity.
- Drive all timelines and for retailer seasonal updates and ensure projects deliver on time.
- Complete daily walkthroughs at store using Workforce Experience app to ensure visual merchandising is kept to the highest standards.
- Submit daily photo postings in Workforce Experience app to show before and after work to be reviewed by Regional Visual Merchandising Manager
- Re-merchandise apparel and footwear setups, window presentations, in-store displays and point of sale area to maximize product sell through.
- Coordinate with Regional Visual Merchandising Manager in determining specific visual needs such as fixtures, lighting, photos, signage, and pricing concepts, point of sale, and execution of critical marketing campaigns.
- Implement the company’s visual merchandising directives throughout the stores, but not limited to specialty concept with specific vendor compliance.
- Communicate with Store Manager and District Manager regarding each store visual merchandising successes and opportunities.
- Must provide daily and concise follow-through on all areas of merchandising via email.
- Must provide in the moment training to motivate and coach store teams about visual merchandising standards and maintenance.
- Partnering with the Buying Team to understand key merchandising strategies and communicate inventory levels or issues.
- Partner with District Manager in holding store team accountable for the visual maintenance of the store and assist with executing visual directives.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Overview
SEG is seeking a motivated, detail oriented Inside Sales Support Representative to assist in growing sales of custom UL508A/698 control and relay panel solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Align and adjust the silk screen to achieve proper contact and registration, applying paint using the squeegee method.
- Layout, locate, and apply lettering on various instrument panels using silk screening and related processes.
- Liaise with the Decal Area and other departments to coordinate changes, distribution of decals, and maintain perpetual inventory.

The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics for our website, product illustrations, blog post images, executive presentations, and content marketing pieces such as e-books, digital guides and proprietary thought leadership reports. In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for creating motion graphics and video content that engages our audience and communicates our brand message effectively.

How You'll Shape the Experience:
Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing, Demand and Product Marketing teams to create visually compelling graphics, motion graphics, and video content that align with the company's brand identity and business goals.
Design and create graphics for our website, guides, resources, landing pages, and promotional pages, that improve user experience and drive conversions.
Develop product illustrations that communicate complex ideas and features in a simple and intuitive way.
Create blog post images and social media graphics that engage our audience and drive traffic to our website.
Design digital presentations and reports that are visually appealing, easy to read, and showcase our brand's identity.
Create high-quality motion graphics and video content that effectively communicates our brand message, such as product demos, explainer videos, and social media video content.
Edit and post-produce video content, including sound mixing, color grading, and animation.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring that all designs and video content are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and industry standards, and share knowledge with the team.
The Skills That Set You Apart:
5+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics/video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing experience in website graphics, product illustrations, motion graphics, and video content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) slide tools, and other design and video editing software.
Experience with designing for responsive web design, Figma, Webflow, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Experience with sound design, audio editing, and music selection for video content.
A passion for creating high-quality designs, motion graphics, and video content that drive engagement and conversions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring that all designs and video content are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Position title:

Salary range:
A reasonable estimate for this position is $1,500 - $2,250 total per synchronous Live Online course. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.
Percent time:

UC Berkeley Extension (UNEX), the continuing education branch of the University of California, Berkeley, has been building bridges between UC Berkeley and the public since 1891. UNEX serves the professional and continuing education goals of thousands of people each year and plays an essential part of the University mission to: extend the research and scholarship of UC Berkeley to a global community; increase access to higher education for non-traditional, online, and international students; and improve the workforce. UC Berkeley Extension is a part of the division under the leadership of the Dean of Extended Education that also includes Berkeley Summer Sessions, Berkeley Study Abroad, and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.

General Duties
The department seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy. Specific duties and expectations will vary depending on the method of instruction including: Synchronous Live Online (Zoom).
- For synchronous instruction (live online courses), duties include but are not limited to: syllabus development; assignment development; lesson planning for class meetings; preparing and submitting required texts and course materials; reviewing and updating Canvas course site; and delivering lectures, presentations, and learning activities for all required hours of instruction.
