GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Church Brothers Farms is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our foodservice and broadline sales strategy for fresh leafy greens and value-added vegetable programs. Based in the Salinas Valley, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding market share across regional and national broadline foodservice channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies for leafy greens and value-added vegetable programs within broadline and foodservice channels
- Build and strengthen relationships with major broadline distributors, foodservice operators and institutional accounts
- Drive volume growth and margin improvement through effective forecasting, pricing strategy, and performance reporting
- Negotiate pricing, annual programs, and service agreements that balance customer expectations with supply chain realities
- Partner cross-functionally with harvesting, procurement, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between field production/processing and customer commitments
- Represent Church Brothers Farms at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to strengthen brand positioning and category presence

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 8 years of foodservice sales experience, ideally within fresh produce or other perishable categories
- Bachelorβs degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field preferred

Position Overview: The Account Manager will serve as the key point of contact for customers within their portfolio, acting as a problem solver and developing strong relationships across customer stakeholders. This role involves identifying cross-selling opportunities, maintaining critical information regarding shipments, and ensuring compliance and efficiency in logistics operations. The Account Manager will also be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints, coordinating activities to respond to customer requests, and continually following up with customer contacts. Site EHS Lead - Rio Rancho (NM)
The Site EHS Lead will serve as the primary Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) expert for the Rio Rancho, New Mexico facility, which will support solid rocket motor manufacturing, integration, and test activities. This role will have full ownership of site-level EHS operations and will play a critical role in facility startup, commissioning, and ramp-up to steady-state operations in a fast-paced, high-hazard manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and environmental compliance of manufacturing and test processes while driving continuous improvement in EHS performance. This position requires a strong understanding of process safety management, hazard analysis, regulatory compliance, and industrial safety best practices applicable to energetics-related operations.
As an integral part of the team, the Site EHS Lead will work closely with operations, engineering, and regulatory stakeholders to implement and enforce EHS programs, conduct risk assessments, and support compliance initiatives that protect employees, the environment, and mission-critical operations. Responsibilities:
- Negotiate competitive rates and foster long-term relationships with carriers to support sales efforts and enhance carrier relationships.
- Independently book and schedule shipments with carrier partners; track and trace all loads to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with shippers and receivers to schedule pick-up and delivery appointments, ensuring smooth logistics operations.

- Post available loads and engage with carriers to ensure full coverage of shipments; use discretion to select the best options for booking.
- Provide regular shipment updates to customers, maintaining clear and open communication to manage expectations.
- Request and review proof of delivery from carriers before uploading into the TMS for accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a high level of office organization and efficiency, contributing to a productive and collaborative work environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily intermodal operations. This role involves managing work orders, tracking rail and port activity, coordinating appointments, and serving as the main communication link between customers, dispatch teams, and carriers. Key Responsibilities:
Work Order Management
- Enter import, export, and reposition work orders into our Filemaker system.
- Update statuses, including PN and APT milestones.
- Verify order details such as rates, accessorial fees, and storage charges.
- Schedule pre-pulls and coordinate appointment times with dispatch.
- Accept freight loads and update customer websites and portals.
Container Tracking + Rail & Port Coordination
- Trace container locations across major rail networks (CN, CSX, NS, CP, KCS, BNSF, UP).
- Monitor vessel arrivals and grounding status using port websites.
- Update last free day (LFD), earliest return date (ERD), and other time-sensitive data.
Customer Communication
- Follow up on deliveries, cut-off times, and container availability.
- Coordinate pick-up numbers, loading times, and delivery schedules with shippers and consignees.
- Provide accurate and timely updates throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Quoting & Rates
- Generate customer and carrier quotes, including fuel, chassis, detention, and other accessorial charges.
- Verify freight legality, including weight and Hazmat considerations.
Problem Solving
- Analyze and resolve customer or shipment issues proactively.
- Work closely with dispatch, terminal operations, and field teams to ensure smooth service execution.

YOUR ROLE

Compensation
Compensation for this role will range between $21.50 - $24 an hour
