Job Details We’re seeking an experienced Loan Officer with an existing book of business and a proven track record in residential mortgage origination.
This role is fully remote within the licensed states.
It is ideal for someone currently working at another brokerage who wants access to a broader range of products, aggressive pricing, and exceptional operational support.
You’ll bring your network and client relationships; they’ll provide the tools, rates, and back-end efficiency to help you close more deals and grow your business.
Key Responsibilities Leverage your existing client and referral network to generate residential mortgage business.
Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from pre-qualification to closing, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and satisfaction.
Match clients to optimal loan products from a wide selection, including conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, renovation, non-QM, and DSCR programs.
Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to deliver smooth, on-time closings.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements in the states where you operate.
Provide ongoing support and relationship management to past clients for repeat and referral business.
Qualifications & Skills Active Loan Officer license in MA, NH, ME, and/or RI (multi-state preferred).
Minimum 3+ years of residential mortgage origination experience at a brokerage.
Existing, active book of business and established referral network.
Strong knowledge of diverse loan programs and underwriting guidelines.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining excellent communication and responsiveness.

What You'll Do:
- Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreements.

- Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.

What You'll Bring:
- Maintains state licenses/certifications to practice.
- Maintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable).
- Current NCCPA national certification required.
- Degree from ARC-PA accredited program.
- Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).
- State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) (New York ROPES registration).
- Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
- At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $124,800 - $156,000. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0769 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
