Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Product Strategy for Samsung Health will report to the Head of U.S. Digital Health Strategy and play a critical role in developing and executing the joint product vision between Samsung and our recent acquisition, Xealth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a shared product strategy and leading pilot programs with health systems and strategic partners to validate new offerings.
Acting as a key operational link between strategy and execution, you will collaborate closely with the Xealth team to leverage their clinical workflow and SaaS platform expertise while driving the adoption of Samsung’s consumer facing digital health tools. This role is ideal for an execution focused strategist who thrives on validating new concepts, managing complex partnerships, and bridging the gap between consumer tech and healthcare delivery.
Role and Responsibilities
• Partner with leadership to define and refine the joint product roadmap for Samsung and Xealth, ensuring alignment with broader US digital health business goals and market needs.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of product pilots with health systems and strategic partners, including defining requirements and success metrics, managing timelines, and overseeing partner engagement.
• Synthesize data from pilots, including user engagement, clinical feedback, and commercial and operational feasibility to validate hypotheses and inform long term product requirements.
• Act as the primary product strategy liaison with the Xealth team, collaborating with their product and technical experts to ensure seamless integration into their platform and clinical workflows.
• Build data driven narratives and business cases for new offerings and to scale successful pilots into full commercial offerings.
Monitor the digital health landscape and government policies, specifically patient engagement, patient-provider communication, AI use cases in healthcare, and remote monitoring to identify emerging opportunities for the Samsung/Xealth portfolio.

- Familiarity with the US healthcare system, provider workflows, and digital health landscape.
- Prior exposure to EMR environments (Epic, Oracle Health, etc.) is a plus, though deep technical expertise is not required.
- Strong ability to translate complex pilot data into clear strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Ability to travel (approx. 10-20%) to support pilot launches and product workshops.
Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA is expected to be between $165,000 ~ $215,000 base. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. Job Summary:
Incumbent will perform, plan, develop, evaluate, and analyze electrical engineering design tasks and projects with a primary focus on instrumentation and motor controls electronics and electric machinery. The ideal candidate will be familiar with industrial electronics (IE) design, modern power electronics (PE) circuit design, modern PE devices (SCRs, IGBTs, MOSFETs, etc.), and electronics manufacturing. Incumbent must be able to create engineering solutions meeting programmatic objectives considering cost and schedule as well as technical requirements. The incumbent must be able to analyze a variety of electrical engineering problems using traditional analytical methods and other simulation techniques including such tools as PSPICE, MATLAB, Simulink, and OrCAD. Incumbent will be based in Oak Ridge, TN.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Initial area of focus will be the deployment of new machine control electronics and machine drive electronics for the manufacturing facility in Oak Ridge, TN as well as the production facility in Piketon, OH. Additional assignments will be related to gaseous centrifuge enrichment machines, support equipment and other industry projects.
· With minimal supervision, provides electrical engineering support by preparing design packages, construction specifications, statements of work, equipment specifications, schedules, and cost estimates necessary for project implementation in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
· With minimal supervision, manage multiple projects including offset manufacturing of electronics and testing in house.
· Incumbent will have experience, knowledge, and skills in Electrical Engineering discipline; is responsible for all phases of assigned standard engineering projects, ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within an appropriate time and at an appropriate cost.
· Plans, develops, and implements electrical instrumentation and control systems and electrical design modifications incorporating various types of electrical components with a variety of power distribution levels.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering plus 6 years of experience or equivalent in industrial electronics, preferably with an emphasis on PEEM design.

· One to three years of experience working in R&D.
· Strong interest and/or design capabilities covering an array of electrical equipment and systems from low voltage DC systems through low voltage three phase systems.

· Must be able to obtain or already possess a DOE “Q” clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: (some may be required to achieve principal engineer role)
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering plus 12 years of experience or equivalent in industrial electronics, preferably with an emphasis on PEEM design.
· 4+ years’ experience in the nuclear industry.
· Standard industrial plant electrical distribution systems and associated national electrical codes and regulations.
· Knowledgeable of applicable codes and standards (i.e. UL, IEEE, NEC, ANSI, OSHA, NUREGS).
· Electric motor design and/or manufacturing experience.
· Embedded software development and/or testing experience.
The Certification Test Development Specialist will assist with operational examination development related to psychometrics, interactions with SMEs, item development and review workshops, examination building, and quality assurance of exams. Identify and communicate defects in processes and work towards continual improvement of the Examination Development process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Examination Development
- Under the oversight of the Psychometrician produce technical documentation related to item, test, and program performance.
- Design, construct, and test IPC branded examinations; assure accuracy and quality of finished product.
- Troubleshoot software and operational problems.
- Recruit and grow a pool of SMEs to participate in Certification Committees.
- Oversee the entire Item Writing Development process with the respective Certification Committees with assistance from the Psychometrician.

- Audit tests for typographical errors, formatting errors, internal inconsistencies, and other quality problems, and clearly communicate quality issues.
- Oversee the entire Item Review process with the with the respective Certification Committees with minimal assistance from the Psychometrician.
- Support exam lifecycle activities, including updates, refreshes, and retirement of items.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years' experience managing all aspects of Item Writing Workshops and Item Review Committees.
- Knowledge of psychometric principles or standardized testing best practices.
- Excellent technical writing, proofreading, English language, and editing skills. Exams are written in English.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously, often under time constraints and to follow instructions carefully and thoroughly.
- Attention to detail is imperative; Must be organized, accurate, and quality conscious.
- Must be honest and maintain high-level ethical behavior; ability to maintain data confidentiality and security.
- Experience in areas of forecasting and prioritizing assigned tasks preferred.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Role Summary & Essential responsibilities:
- Develop and Setup Tests in the Erie Power Electronics Labs; Design and develop test plans, procedures, and fixtures for new and existing products, including but not limited to IGBTs, GTOs, Inverter Assemblies, Sensors, Bus Bars, Cold Plates, and Transformers
- Execute testing in the Erie Power Electronics Labs; Conduct functional, environmental, and reliability testing of power electronic components and systems using various testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, probes, sensors etc.)
- Analyze Test data; Collect and analyze test data using LabVIEW, MATLAB and Excel, identify trends, and generate detailed test reports. Provide recommendations for design improvements based on test results

Project Manager
Role Description:
This is a full-time (on-site) role for a Project Manager at Megmeet USA, Inc. in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with a background in mechanical, electrical engineering and sales background. Candidate must have PRIOR experience working in a Project Manager role or equivalent role with PM responsibilities. They excel in cross-functional team coordination, project planning, and customer communication. Strong documentation skills, familiarity with prototyping, quality control, and compliance are essential. PMP certification and Chinese language skills are a plus, supporting effective collaboration with global teams and successful execution of product development initiatives.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Navigate clients’ RFQ systems and collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotations
- Assist Marketing and Sales in exploring and monitoring new client opportunities
- Act as primary point of contact and foster strong relationships with clients’ cross-functional teams and drive satisfaction improvement
- Provide consistent updates on program status to all stakeholders
- Work with external clients and internal teams to define short-term and long-term engineering strategies to meet business needs
- Manage and drive project timelines, design implementations, reviews, and phase exits
- Deliver project performance metrics and recommendations to upper management and stakeholder committees
- Host and lead key project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure productive discussions from the U.S. side
- Identify and resolve conflicts efficiently, set priorities, and highlight risks and opportunities
- Support local compliance application; for ex. 80 Plus Application and Special Safety Compliance application (sample delivery record, reports follow up, etc.)
- Responsible for customer survey, compliance, questionnaire. Communicate with internal team and respond to customer’s request
Ad Hoc Mission:
Team will need support from PM role and some tasks will be assigned below:
- Upcoming Trade Show Booth or Customer Events
- Megmeet Team Customer and Engineer Visits
- System Tests and Audit Factory
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; mechanical, electrical engineering, sales background is a plus.
- Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years+ of working experience in electronics, manufacturing and sales environments preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese is highly desired; ability to understand Chinese is a plus (Will need to communicate effectively with our engineering project team from China HQ)
- Documentation Skills: Ability to develop project proposals and quote documentation.
- Project Process Knowledge: Familiarity with project processes (e.g., Prototype A, Prototype B) and manufacturing techniques (e.g., injection molding, stamping).
- Quality Control: Working knowledge of production and quality control methodologies is a plus.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

An established organization operating in the electronics manufacturing industry is seeking an engineer to support testing and validation activities associated with printed circuit board assemblies and related electronic products. This role supports production by developing and maintaining testing methods, evaluating product performance, and assisting with troubleshooting efforts when issues arise during manufacturing. The position works closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to help maintain product reliability and improve manufacturing efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain testing approaches used to verify the functionality and performance of electronic circuit boards and related assemblies. This may include the development or support of functional testing, board-level verification, and system-level validation activities.
Support production testing by executing defined procedures and confirming that products meet technical specifications and internal quality requirements before release.
Investigate test failures or irregular performance observed during production. Work with design, manufacturing, and quality personnel to identify the source of issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Review and interpret test results to identify trends, recurring defects, or potential areas for improvement within the manufacturing process.
Maintain documentation associated with test procedures, engineering changes, and test results to ensure traceability and compliance with internal standards.
Assist with the setup, maintenance, and verification of electronic test equipment used within the manufacturing environment. Coordinate equipment service or repair when necessary.
Participate in process improvement activities related to product testing, equipment reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
Provide guidance to production personnel regarding test procedures and correct handling of electronic assemblies during the testing process.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure testing processes are properly integrated into manufacturing workflows.
Ensure all testing activities follow applicable internal procedures, quality standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
Approximately three to five years of experience working with electronics testing or validation in a manufacturing or production environment is typically expected.
Experience working with common electronic diagnostic and measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, or automated testing equipment is beneficial.
Exposure to test automation tools, scripting environments, or engineering software used to support test development is helpful.
Working knowledge of electronic circuit fundamentals and printed circuit board assembly processes is preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a production environment are important for success in this role.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are also important.
