Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce & Inventory Coordinator to own product setup, inventory workflows, and Email and SMS briefing execution across Greenwich St. Jewelers’ Shopify Plus ecosystem. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and visual excellence across PDPs, collection pages, site merchandising, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor, advanced Shopify Plus fluency, and hands-on experience supporting Email and SMS programs in a luxury e-commerce environment.
This is an on-site role requiring 5 days per week in our New York City office.
Core Responsibilities
Site Inventory Listings
- Receive newly entered inventory from the Inventory Associate to commence website processing, including:
- Sorting and maintaining inventory in designated GST locations according to status
- Reporting any additional main photo needs to Vendor or Inventory Associate
- Writing and formatting long-form web descriptions optimized for SEO and UX
- Listing all product details per GST guidelines in bullet format
- Ensuring all online assets are complete and set live in Shopify within two weeks of receipt, notifying sales floor managers for merchandising within the same timeframe
- Creating variants and setting evergreen status as needed once product is live on Shopify
Site Maintenance
- Create, merchandise, and maintain all collection pages, including monthly audits of designer and Top Nav collections for accuracy and relevance
- Conduct weekly site and merchandising audits to ensure PDPs have complete web descriptions, product details, imagery, and supporting assets
- Update photos for alternate metals as needed
Site Strategy & Experience
- Own upload, strategy, and briefing for all site assets, working with the Graphic Designer, Ecommerce & Marketing Director, and Developers (if needed) to ensure assets are on-brand and optimized for mobile and desktop
- Leverage data and Shopify knowledge to translate strategic direction from the Ecommerce & Marketing Director into high-impact site experiences for key moments (Holiday, Sale, Collaborations, etc.)
- Own weekly and monthly site performance and merchandising reporting, providing thoughtful analysis and actionable recommendations
- Ensure press and promotional mentions are reflected on-site via appropriate badges and merchandising
Third-Party Management

Photography Responsibilities
- Assess styled and on-model shot needs for upcoming site and email assets and submit requests to the Social Media Coordinator
- Add SKUs with missing imagery to the shot list weekly
- Pull product and organize trays by designer ahead of shoots
- Return jewelry to the appropriate display, tray, or bin post-shoot
- Receive web-ready alt-view folders once complete
- Upload new imagery to PDPs and adjust image order so model alt views appear first

- Provide real‑time phone support to address technical issues on training center flight simulators.
- Prepare the simulator for customer training, including performing pre‑flight tests.

• Understanding of network requirement for the Tableau cluster to provide a common graphical interface portal for the end users to access backend data and troubleshooting basic network issues in a Windows server environment.
• Work with Tableau vendor support teams on any tableau cluster related issues /escalations, new tableau requirements to ensure better health of Tableau clusters, upgrade of existing cluster etc.
• Monitor performance of Server through developing Custom Administrative Dashboards.

In this role, you will beresponsible for managing and optimizing the Microsoft 365 tenant with an on-premises AD and the Microsoft O365 suite, including, but not limited to, the following: AD, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook.
This role will ensure effective and timely resolution of problems and issues, as well as provide leadership in problem solving/remediation of issues.
Typically, responsible for establishing operational plans for job area, developing and implementing new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results. Requires communication with leadership
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Monitor service health, usage, and performance across the tenant. Implement and co-manage Microsoft Purview policies, DLP, Conditional Access, and MFA
- Manages the end-to-end systems design, capacity planning and performance management to meet systems requirements while identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement
- Design, implement, and manage the various items in the O365 platform (e.g., SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Security & Compliance Center, etc.). Understand the interdependencies with other enterprise services in the O365/Azure technology stack, and licensing, features and policies
- Maintain knowledge of and apply industry best practices for the O365 platform. Assists with the evaluation and selection of existing and emerging technologies, and the options that best fit business and IT strategic needs.
- Identifies, develops, and implements continuous process improvements and best practices into all areas (e.g., process, metrics, performance, etc.) to enable accurate, efficient, and effective systems' operations and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis for major outages and incidents, engineer permanent solutions to issues and implement solutions as required
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and bulk operations. Leverage Graph API and other tools for advanced automation and integration

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an O365 engineer or administrator

The Systems Administrator is part of the global Information Technology team. Reporting to the IT regional Manger of Infrastructure. The System Administrator’s role is to mange and tune in-house computer software systems and network connections to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications. To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:

- Experience in LAN/WAN operations with solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations to include experience with Cisco routers and switches, Internet firewalls and wireless technology required.
- Ensures all changes are documented and follow the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) change management processes as defined by Corporate IT Standard Operating Procedures.
- Strong background in Outlook and Exchange messaging systems
- Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills required.
- Virtualization experience in VMWARE, Hyper-V
- Basic Windows scripting skills preferred.
