TPI Global Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Payroll & Operations Specialist to support our internal finance, HR, and operational functions. This role replaces an internal team member and requires someone who can quickly step into a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy across payroll, billing, reporting, and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll, Billing & Accounts Receivable

  • Manage bi‑weekly billing cycles (approx. 20 hours/month).
  • Process payment applications (approx. 24–32 hours/month).
  • Conduct TPI AR reviews and follow‑up on outstanding items.
  • Support subsidiary AR follow‑up (15‑hour project every 2–3 months).
  • Prepare and send permanent placement invoices.
  • Perform expense reconciliations and ensure accuracy of submissions.

HR, Intake & Employee Setup

  • Manage new hire intake, including onboarding documentation and JD Edwards setup.
  • Support new company setup in JobDiva.
  • Assist with performance reports and internal HR reporting.
  • Troubleshoot JobDiva issues as they arise.

Client Onboarding & International Operations

  • Lead new client onboarding, including system setup, documentation, and coordination (5–10 hours per client depending on complexity).
  • Support international setup, including follow‑up and coordination with global partners (approx. 3 hours/month; up to 20 hours when launching a new country).

Operational Support

  • Assist with India commission processing.
  • Manage certified mail, FedEx, filing, and general administrative tasks.

The primary function of this team is to travel locally to grocery, mass merchant, and drug stores collecting observational data about product placement and inventory information. To do this, you would spend the majority of your day walking and standing on the sales floor using a handheld device to scan products. The work is typically performed Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm with occasional weekend work. About the Role


Under the direction of the Physician Recruitment Lead, undertakes administrative activities related to physician recruitment and onboarding of physicians as well as producing performance reports. We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer/Procedure Documentation Specialist to partner with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders on initiatives focused on process optimization and continuous improvement within the Technical Writing Group. This role will primarily focus on developing procedural documentation within a GxP-regulated environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, while also creating training materials and job aids.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, business process owners, and stakeholders in the creation, revision, improvement, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of process and procedural documentation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple process development projects concurrently, ensuring the successful and timely completion of project objectives.
  • Develop and author training program content, including clear and effective training materials and job aids that support process comprehension and practical application.
  • Apply knowledge of global regulations within a GxP environment to develop processes and supporting documentation that meet regulatory standards, support corporate compliance, and remain inspection-ready.
  • Support compliance initiatives and audit/inspection readiness strategies to ensure all documentation aligns with required regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Review and assess global procedural documentation in relation to evolving regulatory expectations, industry standards, audit/inspection outcomes, and internal policies; recommend updates and improvements based on insights, feedback, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a BA or BS required; an advanced degree in a related field is preferred. A degree or professional certification in process design or change management is a plus.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business process design, documentation, and change management required.
  • Experience developing, delivering, and/or implementing process training is preferred, including creating training materials and job aids.
  • Experience working within a GxP-regulated environment is required.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Technical Writing: Experience in pharmaceutical technical writing, particularly the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning, organization, and multitasking capabilities with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.

Job Description

The D365 Senior Technical Analyst partners closely with D365 Platform Operations Leads to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused support service aligned with agreed service scope and SLAs. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) through effective troubleshooting, user support, system enhancements, and controlled releases.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensure incident, request, and defect tickets are managed and resolved within defined SLA targets, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively manage and report on the operational backlog, providing key performance indicators aligned to service level commitments.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for major and critical incidents, implementing resolutions, workarounds, and preventative improvements to reduce recurrence.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by developing and enhancing operational processes, procedures, and documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams for alignment.
  • Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with key IT and business stakeholders, as well as third-party vendors and strategic suppliers.

  • Support configuration and customization of Production and Sandbox D365 environments using tools such as Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across enterprise systems by adhering to approved workflows and procedures.
  • Understand and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control requirements, supporting audit preparation and remediation activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, and operational procedures to safeguard application integrity.
  • Stay current on D365 features, updates, and best practices, as well as organizational standards, through participation in change governance forums (e.g., CAB, VMOB).

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the delivery of all IT components related to the Capital Construction Projects Portfolios ranging from small medical & Admin facility renovations to building new Medical Office Buildings.  
  
DUTIES:
  • Gathering IT related project requirements

  • Developing IT estimates for each project and submitting for approval (obtain project funds)

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering these projects according to scope, schedule and budget and to do so, will be required to learn and become familiar with KP-ITs program and process methodology and execute it within the established KP and KP-IT organizational framework.   

The Senior Project Manager must be a self-starter who can work independently and with little supervision.  This role requires you to be a dynamic, confident and energetic team leader with the ability to drive project teams while building a working rapport with your resources and creating full functioning cohesive teams that will work well together to meet & exceed all project goals 
 
Essential Functions: 
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project in the Greater San Francisco Service Area and South Bay program, ensuring the delivery of IT solutions and services that provide the highest value in support of the Capital Construction and Infrastructure Portfolios 
  • Project planning, Project financial management, Project schedule management, Project resource management 
  • The ability to manage highly complex, large-scale project with overlapping schedules with multiple inter-dependencies is expected 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of information technology experience that includes a broad understanding of IT infrastructure projects through professional services consulting and/or project/program management 
  • Demonstrated track record in leading multiple teams through both overlapping and sequentially related projects 
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with MS Excel and Project
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow and various supplier portals (OneLink is what is used here)
  • Demonstrated strong customer focus and client relationship building skills 
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
