Summary:
Responsible for the management and direct supervision of all manufacturing at the plant to execute safely, right first time quality, service for our customers efficiently each and every day. Manage the operational and personnel decisions related to staffing production lines, compounding support as well as receiving warehouse activities. Direct and coordinate training across all teams to comply cGMP standards as an FDC regulated operation. Indirectly manage a staff of 400+ employees in the areas of Production, Compounding, Receiving Warehouse; supervise staff and ensure company safety procedures, personnel policies, and administrative procedures are successfully implemented and adhered while integrating a robust culture toward continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Directs all phases of Receiving Warehouse; directly supervises the SR Warehouse Supervisor; either directly or indirectly through Shift Supervisors, oversees production teams of both Consumer Product Partners full-time associates and temporary associates.
- Coordinate daily with temporary employee agencies and schedules the temporary support as required.
- Facilitate daily production meetings; Tier 2 and Tier 3 communication meeting; prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities; assure all components are available, make necessary changes in the event of a breakdown in component delivery; resolve production schedules and problems.
- Hire, supervise, and direct production personnel; optimize employee productivity, set priorities, design workflow, communicate objectives, and monitor performance.
- Develop or revise standard operating procedures, safety, housekeeping, and personnel policies; observe workers to ensure compliance with standards.
- Review new products; plan production operations; set standards for new packaging; establish priority and sequence for manufacturing products, utilizing knowledge of production processes and methods.
- Responsible for monitoring and directing expenditures for three cost center budgets (production, compounding, receiving warehouse).
- Insure proper processing, handling and storage of hazardous, flammable material such as flammable chemicals, etc. in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
- Performs numerous administrative and computer tasks; Analyses work output, computes efficiencies and costs; prepares reports and documentation for Human Resources related to production bonuses and awards, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

The Digital Innovation Division within the Digital Manufacturing Unit is looking for a Vision Inspection / loT Solution Engineer for a Global Automotive Company in Raymond, OH. This role requires 5 days onsite.
The engineer will work closely with vision professionals to implement, configure, and support machine vision systems used in vehicle manufacturing. This role combines hands-on work on the plant floor with technical configuration, automation integration, and programming.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and maintenance of vision inspection systems across manufacturing plants.
- Assist with smart camera setup, configuration, and calibration.
- Adjust and optimize cameras, lighting, and automation triggers used in inspection systems.

Job Description
Statement of Purpose
The Behavioral Health Technician fulfills the assigned role as a part of the treatment team, maintaining the well-being of clients and integrity of the program. Provides client supervision and staff/unit support as assigned.
Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes admission procedures on new clients including tech paperwork, room assignments, and initial orientation.
- Conducts property searches of clients as required by program standards.
- Performs urine drug screen testing of clients as required.
- Performs medication call supervision as required.
- Provides transportation services including patient transportation, donation pick-ups, agency errands, etc.
- Attending in-service training and educational workshops.
- Attending all required staff meetings.
- Knowledge of mental health, drug and alcohol abuse, family systems and various recovery resources in the community such as Smart Recovery and others.
- Develop and maintain individualized records of client progress (shift notes) and participation in treatment including admission and discharge, individual sessions, group facilitation, family, vocational (both individual and group) literacy training and other occasions as appropriate. The technician will not be doing any treatment planning or counseling services unless registered to do so. The tech will have restricted EHR access.
- Ability to write clear (and concise) statements, summarizing client’s feelings, expressions, resistance and response to their treatment plan, goals, and objectives. Includes letters to referral agencies, courts/probation.
- Ability to confront behavioral changes, identify a crisis, and recognize when additional assistance is necessary.

Position Responsibilities:
- Interpret orders and transcribes or verifies them accurately and efficiently into the pharmacy computer system. Participate in the design and update of pharmacy computer system programs relating to pharmacy, nursing, and physician programs. - Works closely with Medication Safety Officer for the design, analysis and reporting of adverse drug reactions, medication errors and pharmacy quality initiatives. Assist in mentoring others in their roles for these programs.
- Train and participate with Code Teams as assigned. Obtain and maintain BLS-ACLS or PALS current certification as appropriate
- Responsible to develop and actively participate in training and mentorship programs for pharmacists, pharmacy students, residents, technicians, nurses and physicians as it relates to clinical pharmacy services. Primary preceptor for pharmacy students and/or pharmacy residents. Responsible for designing and managing these programs and mentoring students and/or residents as well as other preceptors.

Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Florida Board of Pharmacy. ACLS certification is preferred.
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy is required.

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting management in the general business operations of the company by the coordination, and successful completion of the estimating phase of projects.The overall goal of the Estimator is to provide a thorough, accurate, and competitive estimate that will result in the award of a profitable project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Estimator will be primarily involved with performing the following duties and responsibilities.
- Use discretion and independent judgment and professional skills to perform daily duties and to resolve issues in order to minimize risk to the company.
- Provide thorough, accurate and competitive cost estimates through all phases of design, from concept to construction and permit documents.
- Identify value-engineered alternatives relating to construction methods, materials, schedule, and design.

MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONS:
- Provide leadership to the team by interviewing, hiring, training, and managing performance in accordance with Company policies and business practices.

- Direct and monitor all building staff, engineers, maintenance technicians, security officers, janitorial persons, construction providers, subcontractors or other personnel and service providers on site.

ADVANCED FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and submit monthly financial statements, leasing and operational reports, annual budget, and property condition reports.
- Provide a 5-year capital plan for the property for all items that will require repair or replacement outside of normal day-to-day operations.
- Oversee rent collection, manage delinquencies, and implement legal remedies when necessary.
- Obtain, review, and negotiate scope of work descriptions, service agreements, and business contracts to provide quality-control, and oversight while implementing cost-containment initiatives, measures of compliance and contract standards.
