What you'll do:

We focus on excellent customer service, and we take pride and phenomenal care in every order we fill for our customers – and their fuzzy family members. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including:

• Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations using a Forklift, etc.

• Fulfilling and coordinating orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.

• Crafting accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.

• Safely and efficiently operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations.

What you'll need:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures.

• Willing to be trained on PIT equipment—e.g., Movexx/Amigo, Walkie Stacker, Double Walkie Rider, etc.

Physical job requirements:

• Walk up to 2 miles per shift.

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

• Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift.

• Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift.

• Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
• Climb up and down stairs (where applicable).

We are looking for a talented designer who will work closely with cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering to create and execute on our bold vision for transforming the real estate industry. Your responsibility will be to understand, scope and ship polished experiences for our 75M monthly active users across web and native apps. What you’ll do:

Collaboration

• Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders—including researchers, product leaders, engineers, product marketing, brand, and other designers—on complex problems
• Articulate the value of design as well as the reasons for your design decisions clearly, in non-designer-speak, to Product and Engineering teammates as well as other important stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative sessions for your team

Craft & Execution

• Be the voice of the user, and explore multiple ideas while also knowing when to bring the work to an executable deliverable
• Deliver innovative solutions which significantly improve user experience across products for your team
• Independently lead all aspects of the design process from conception to completion
• Actively contribute to the evolution and strengthening of our design system, including crafting components, auditing libraries, and ensuring quality in application of the system

What you’ll bring:

• 8+ years working in design industry, with at least 3 years in a product-led organization

Role Description

The Communications Coordinator leads all of the association’s internal and external communications and outreach, communicating the value that ETNR provides to its members and the general public through policy advocacy, professional development, community building and contributing to the region’s economic wellbeing.

The Coordinator designs and executes the association’s communications strategy and collaborates with staff, members, external vendors and community partners to maintain ETNR’s reputation as a trusted regional authority in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Position ETNR as the regional authority on real estate, development and housing and seek opportunities to highlight its membership’s expertise, professionalism and ethics
• Create and execute annual communications strategic plan for all ETNR channels, including member outreach and external communications, in collaboration with staff and external public relations vendor
• Manage ETNR’s social media presence by executing annual strategic plan and seeking timely opportunities for relevant content creation
• Coordinate and execute media-related activities such as drafting press releases, coordinating interviews and applying for awards

Qualifications

Role Description

The Government Affairs Coordinator is an entry-level full time position supporting the ETNR Government Affairs and Policy department, helping to implement and administer the annual advocacy goals of the association. This role is also directly responsible for coordinating all REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) fundraising initiatives, planning and executing REALTOR® Party and Government Affairs events, and managing the association’s advocacy outreach. Requires occasional domestic travel.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities of the Government Affairs Department vary along with the region’s dynamic political environment. A successful Government Affairs Coordinator will be self-structured and organized, enjoy interacting with members and external stakeholders of all political backgrounds, and have a passion for community involvement.

• Collaborate with association members and staff to further develop ETNR’s visibility and reputation among state and local elected officials and the public
• Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems to support the association’s policy, outreach and advocacy goals
• Manage ETNR’s REALTOR® Party program, fundraising and events, and serve as staff support to the RPAC Committee
• Manage government affairs communications with staff and external vendors
• Aid in the planning and execution of Government Affairs events, such as the Day on the Hill, RPAC-a-thon, and candidate forums
• Analyze policy documents and prepare summaries and talking points on key policy issues
• Manage national and state grants, funding and resources
• Assist with coordination and scheduling of Public Policy Committee and Candidate Task Force meetings, including compiling candidate information for interviews, preparation of meeting materials, distribution of meeting minutes

Required Education and Skills

This role combines hands-on design expertise with marketing strategy, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a creative and motivated professional who can translate company initiatives into engaging marketing materials, both digital and print. This role supports member engagement, event promotion, advocacy initiatives, educational programming, and overall brand positioning.

• Ensure consistent application of NVAR’s brand across all marketing channels.

Marketing Campaigns and Communications 

• Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for membership growth and retention, events and educational programs, advocacy initiatives, and key organizational projects. 
• Assist in campaign reporting and optimization. 
• Develop and collaborate on marketing communications plans and multi-channel strategies. 

Digital and Content Marketing 

• Assist in managing website content updates, landing pages, and visual assets. 
• Optimize creative for engagement, SEO, and conversion. 
• Partner on email marketing campaigns, including template design and A/B testing. 

Event Marketing and Experiential Branding 

• Ensure consistent brand execution across in-person and virtual experiences. 
• Collaborate cross-organizationally to ensure cohesive messaging. 

 Vendor and Project Management 

• Manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, photographers, and agencies.

Qualifications

Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field. 
• 3+ years of professional marketing experience.
