What you'll do:

We focus on excellent customer service, and we take pride and phenomenal care in every order we fill for our customers – and their fuzzy family members. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including:

  • Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations using a Forklift, etc.
  • Fulfilling and coordinating orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
  • Crafting accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.
  • Safely and efficiently operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations.

What you'll need:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Willing to be trained on PIT equipment—e.g., Movexx/Amigo, Walkie Stacker, Double Walkie Rider, etc.

Physical job requirements:

  • Walk up to 2 miles per shift.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift.
  • Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift.
  • Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
  • Climb up and down stairs (where applicable).

Role Description

The Communications Coordinator leads all of the association’s internal and external communications and outreach, communicating the value that ETNR provides to its members and the general public through policy advocacy, professional development, community building and contributing to the region’s economic wellbeing.


The Coordinator designs and executes the association’s communications strategy and collaborates with staff, members, external vendors and community partners to maintain ETNR’s reputation as a trusted regional authority in real estate.


Responsibilities

  • Position ETNR as the regional authority on real estate, development and housing and seek opportunities to highlight its membership’s expertise, professionalism and ethics
  • Create and execute annual communications strategic plan for all ETNR channels, including member outreach and external communications, in collaboration with staff and external public relations vendor
  • Manage ETNR’s social media presence by executing annual strategic plan and seeking timely opportunities for relevant content creation
  • Coordinate and execute media-related activities such as drafting press releases, coordinating interviews and applying for awards

Role Description

The Government Affairs Coordinator is an entry-level full time position supporting the ETNR Government Affairs and Policy department, helping to implement and administer the annual advocacy goals of the association.
