We are currently seeking a Bridge Mill /Gantry Mill Machinist in our Rhinelander, WI location. In this role, you will perform set up and machining of large complex weldments on a SNK RB4 and/or RB6 with a high degree of accuracy on various sizes and related dimensions up to 25ft. You will demonstrate the ability to meet routed hours with a high level of detail to quality and modify and create programs as needed to meet company and customer requirements.
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Independently set up intricate parts and fixturing
- Work from advanced drawings and job layouts
- Machine intermediate to advanced parts with a high level of quality using materials such as Stainless Steel, Aluminum, exotic and high temperature alloys
- Make all parts efficiently within print/contract details using materials
- Overhead Crane operation and rigging
- Setup tooling using machine setup documentation
- Use drawings, specifications, and a wide variety of precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain equipment and safe work area
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a multi-axis machining background including tool path verification and collision analysis
- Machining experience in the manufacturing industry is required
- Fanuc CNC experience strongly desired
- Worked with materials such as Stainless Steel, Aluminum, exotic and high temperature alloys a plus
- Experience working with large complex weldments (up to 90') is preferred
- Experience setting up quality gauging
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds.
- Long periods of standing.

As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of Commercial and special project new construction; project quality control, subcontractor coordination, daily logs/project documentation, safety, and inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of large-scale or complex construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations
- Manage project financials including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and the monthly pay application process
- Drive subcontractor buyout, contract execution, change order management, and trade partner performance
- Develop, update, and manage project schedules and site logistics plans in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Cultivate strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and other partners through effective communication and proactive issue resolution
- Oversee and enforce compliance with all project-specific and company's safety and quality standards
- Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including leadership of large or complex projects
- Proficiency in project financial management, scheduling, contract administration, and subcontractor management
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Experience with industry software platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6)
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable building practices (preferred not required)
- Experience with Design-Build and CMAR delivery methods (preferred not required)
- Strategic thinking and business development acumen (preferred not required)

Duties and Responsibilities
Hand assembly of parts (hose/tubes/clamps) using hand tools.
Follow procedures and work instructions.
Hand load machines already set-up and operate automated equipment.
Inspect parts and ability to make minor adjustments to program or machine.
Lead basic assembly teams.
Read blueprints and interpret shop orders.
Download and setup programs on machines.
Knowledge of computers to find the next job order, download programs, setup machine, print out shop orders/drawings, perform quality inspection of parts. Enter lot data after running each job.
Aptitude to learn and operate several machines.
Skills and Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.
Good Attendance.
Willingness to learn.
Ability to conduct basic measurements using tape measures, calipers.
Basic math skills including fractions.
Ability to find dimensions on prints.

Duties and Responsibilities
Reads and interprets blueprints, planning sheets, sketches and related technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings and methods and sequences.
Enters computer program for parts to be run based on technical data supplied by drawing, engineering and other sources.
Selects and communicates type of tooling required for each job to be run.
Mounts, aligns and secures tooling, attachments and workpiece on machine.
Programs controller to run the parts as specified.
Uses statistical process controls to ensure quality production.
Adjusts setup and tooling as needed.
Loads new data in coordinate measuring machine and verifies product to blueprint.
Provides support for the job estimates and prototype development.
Participate in testing's and requesting new tooling.
Qualifications
Previous experience programming, setting up and operating CNC type machines preferred. Metalworking courses at a technical school preferred.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Handle transactions, including processing payments through the POS system, ensuring timely service.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender.

Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation.
Experience using POS systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Must be of legal drinking age of 21+ & certification in Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and LEAD alcohol service is required.
