  • Customer Support: Answer inquiries via phone and email; proactively contact customers for order clarifications.
  • Logistics Support: Generate lot numbers and pick lists for the Shipping department; process sample requests.
  • Financial Duties: Email and mail daily invoices, process credit card payments via ERP, and close out the business day by posting invoices.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer documents and file departmental information appropriately.
  • Collaboration: Work with the EDI system to manage purchase orders and communicate across various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Entry-level Customer Service experience is required (more experience is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn and navigate ERP software (specifically Business Central) and EDI systems.
  • Communication: Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to follow Quality Management System (QMS) training, and a collaborative mindset.
