Registered Respiratory Therapists provide evidence-based clinical care to some of the most critically ill patients in the United States. A caregiver in this position works nights, from 6:30pmβ€”7:00am, with rotating weekend and holiday requirements.

Caregivers in this position float to multiple locations and are eligible for incentive float pay.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

* Provide assessment, treatment, care and evaluation to patients with respiratory insufficiencies.

* Implement and monitor patient care plans.

* Assess patients for the appropriate type and frequency of treatment and develop, implement and monitor patient care plans.

* Monitor, record and communicate patients' conditions.
