Role Summary: The Ramp & Customer Service Agent is responsible for above and below wing tasks which include guest interactions and ramp functions.
Key Duties:
- Assist guests with travel needs (e.g., answering inquiries, baggage, ticketing, checking-in passengers and boarding flights) in a fast-paced environment.
- Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions while performing below wing functions (e.g., transports baggage and cargo, loads and offloads luggage and cargo, aircraft marshaling, pushes back the aircraft and aircraft deicing).
- Performs aircraft grooming and security searches.
- Perform boarding and gate duties (e.g., assisting and directing guests, making announcements, process standby's and upgrade requests).
- Process and secure guest luggage. Files and maintains luggage claims as necessary including damaged, delayed and pilferage.
- Loads and offloads luggage and cargo with the use of conveyor belts.
- At the direction of management, may be assigned to perform duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills: Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Role Summary:The Ground Service Agent works in a fast-paced environment performing activities related to working on the airport ramp and keeping flights running smoothly and safely.
Key Duties:- Load and offload luggage and cargo, transporting to various airport locations.
- Distribute all paperwork to flight crews including fuel slips, load plans, cargo manifests and flight releases.
- Marshals and pushes back aircraft.
- Prepares weight and balance forms and ensures load integrity by inputting accurate commodity codes and weights into a data entry system.
- Service aircraft as necessary to include lavatory, potable water, aircraft grooming, deicing and security searches.
- Operates and/or drives multiple types of equipment, such as belt-loaders, tugs, air-start units, bag carts, lavatory carts and deice trucks.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This Engineer will be responsible for completing the Mechanical Engineering portion of projects in support of the Plant Capital Project execution. WHAT WILL YOU DO

* Acquire validation of projects during the installation, start-up and ramp-up of the equipment in collaboration with team members.

PRIMARY FUNCTION(S):
Under direction of the manager of facilities services or designee, safely and accurately deliver materials on or off-campus. Provide backup and assistance to other facilities services staff as assigned.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Trucking all campus, floater all campus, facilities maintenance garage restroom, project work as assigned.
DUTIES:
- Pick-up and deliver materials from any location on or off-campus, ensuring correct and timely delivery of materials as directed. This includes, but is not limited to equipment for event support, furniture, office supplies, books, publications, inventory, packages, mail and any other materials and/or equipment.
- Maintain positive customer service relations with all members of the college community, including students, faculty, staff, guests and community at large.
- Search for and implement ways to improve efficiency regarding delivery schedules, transportation, pick-up and return of materials.
- Responsible for keeping material handling equipment in good working order, reporting broken equipment via work order system for repair.
- Responsible for keeping track of trucking work orders online, including changing status in system. Must run completion deadline reports and general reports utilizing the work order system.
- Provide backup and assistance to other facilities services staff including truckers and event staff, following established protocols as assigned.
- Clean rest rooms: toilets, urinals, mirrors, sinks, windows and glass, walls, floors, fixtures, restock paper goods, soap, etc.

- Evaluate customer requirements in early phases and ensure compliance, including BOMs, specifications, and incoming quality criteria.
QMS Leadership
- Maintain and improve ISO 9001:2015 processes, work instructions, and records.
- Support internal audits and prepare for external/customer audits.
NPI to Ramp
- Identify CTQs, develop control plans, and complete PFMEAs.
- Perform MSA/GR&R, verify process capability (Cp/Cpk), and conduct FAI for new products.
- Capture and support lessons learned for current and future launches.
Liquid Cooling
- Define and enforce incoming quality criteria for liquid‑cooling assemblies, including pressure‑ and leak‑test limits.
- Maintain leak‑prevention protocols and sensor‑based monitoring.
- Validate coolant fill, purge, filtration, and cleanliness processes.
- Audit cooling and fluid‑handling operations to ensure quality, safety, and reliability.
- Lead CTQ analysis and support PFMEA and control plan development.
- Oversee equipment quality lifecycle, including qualification, calibration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
In‑Line Quality & Yield
- Implement SPC on critical processes; monitor FPY, DPPM, and escapes.
- Deploy mistake‑proofing and lead containment when process signals drift.
Supplier Quality
- Support definition of incoming inspection criteria for NPI.
- Assist with supplier CTQ identification, material storage processes, and supplier qualifications.
Customer Quality
- Lead 8D/A3 investigations for returns and complaints.
- Drive CAPA implementation and communicate results to customer quality teams.
- Identify gaps and coordinate cross‑functional corrective actions.
Digital Quality
- Automate data flow from MES/ERP systems.
- Develop real‑time dashboards and alerts.
- Use control‑chart behavior to recommend corrective actions.
Documentation & Training
- Publish procedures and one‑point lessons.
- Train operators and technicians on CTQs, audit discipline, and error‑proofing.
- Translate customer and regulatory requirements into internal instructions and visual aids.
Success Metrics
- FPY/yield increases; DPPM reductions.
- Zero major audit findings.
- CTQs Green at launch.
