What You'll Do

  • Manage supplier relationships and commercial activities such as business and technology reviews, RFQs, and roadmap/strategy discussions.

  • Craft comprehensive commodity and business strategies aimed at maximizing efficiency and driving down costs through strategic initiatives,

  • Lead executive business reviews with internal/ external stakeholders.

  • Establish commodity strategic direction by working with our technical teams, understanding the technical and the necessary business requirements that allow for a competitive advantage and position us for profitable growth. This requires a deep understanding of the supply base, technical needs and cost structures.

  • Build robust supply chains based on product requirements and needs at the most basic levels of our supply chain to ensure that we have a complete and thorough understanding of the Sonos supply chain.

  • Ensure continuity of supply. Set up long-term/ short-term capacity planning with supplier, partner with Operations and Material teams to schedule supply to meet Sonos's component demand.

  • Collaborate with Product design and Engineering teams to review initial specifications of the parts/modules recommend sources to influence technical decisions in early phase of the program.

  • Be able to manage multiple projects in parallel.

  • Evaluate technical and business risks, analyze based on the data and create mitigation plans/alternatives.

  • Need to support management of development builds, materials, and any risk to execute successful ramp in NPI stage.

$133,000 and $166,800

Overview / Objective:

About the Role: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

What You'll Do:


· Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning

· Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals


· Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews


· Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills

· Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)


 


What We're Looking For:


Must Have:


· Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement, as well as a current Illinois Department of  Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) license


· DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance


· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills


· Excellent written and verbal communication


Preferred:


· One year of experience in speech therapy


· Department of Education certification


· Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs


· Experience with school-based caseload management

Speech Language Pathology Assistant Key Responsibilities

  • Treatment Planning: Develop therapy materials for verbal and non-verbal learners, including assets for AAC devices, visual icons, and communication boards.  Work within a dynamic team to implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising SLP.
  • Consultation & Instruction: Deliver speech-language therapy tailored to students' needs and functional levels.  Foster resilience, positivity, and empowered among families and students.
  • Data Collection & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy goals, progress, and other relevant documentation.
  • Time Off Management for Full-Time School Employees: Employees are encouraged to schedule their time off during school breaks. Time off requests will be reviewed and approved by the supervisor to ensure minimal disruption to normal operations.

Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:



  • Licensure: Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered or eligibility to obtain such licensure.

  • Experience: Preferably one year of experience in speech therapy; clinical fellows or RPE candidates are welcome.
  • Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check and TB clearance required. Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
