Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored TTI product solutions, all while demonstrating deep product knowledge and enthusiasm
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell-through
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and completion of store objectives and resets—leveraging data analytics through Microsoft Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact
• Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics
• Participate in TTI’s world class training program to be equipped with the knowledge to work independently within your assigned market
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution and cultivate long-term business partnerships
• Effectively manage inventory levels through down-stocking, maintaining product accessibility, and ensure prompt reporting of all tasks and responsibilities
• Participate in merchandising resets to support TTI’s relentless innovation, ensuring the timely placement of cutting-edge products and solutions that drive growth, competitive advantage, and meet evolving market needs, all while adhering to TTI’s safety protocols

Job / Employment Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Compensation and Benefits:

Job Description

Uncommon Middle School Math teachers work in grade level teams to help students grow towards being self-guided learners. At the heart of all math classes is a deep joy for mathematics, and our teachers work hard to refine their own mastery of the subject. Math teachers use a variety of instructional strategies to cultivate the skills and the mindset required to persevere and solve problems. At the conclusion of eighth grade, students are prepared for the academic autonomy and college preparatory focus of our high schools.

Responsibilities

1.     Instruction

• You'll teach foundational middle school math principles such as ratio/proportions, expressions/equations, the number system, and more!
• You’ll use our in-house CCSS-based Math curriculum and culturally responsive problem-solving activities.
• You'll motivate students to grapple with problems and think critically about all the different possible paths to solving them.
• You'll use your love of mathematics to foster confidence and meaningful engagement with the subject for students.

2.     Data Analysis

• You'll meet weekly with your principal and/or instructional coach to analyze and respond to trends in student work samples and assessments.

Compensation 

Compensation for this role is between $50,000 to $64,700. 

Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant full-time teaching experience, education certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. Candidates without full-time Teaching experience will likely have a starting salary of $50,000.

Job Summary

• Provide professional loss control services to Tokio Marine Clients and Tokio Marine Management, Inc.
• Multiline service to cover Workers Compensation, Automobile, General Liability, Non-HPR property, Ocean Marine, and Inland Marine coverage lines.
• Coordinates and conducts loss control surveys to determine and verify client operations, evaluate exposure related to insurance coverage provided, determine safety management controls in place to eliminate and reduce exposure, and develop recommendations where controls may need improvement. Essential Job Functions:

• Conducts multiline loss control surveys of prospects and clients to evaluate operation, exposure, and control information to be used by Underwriting in their decision-making process to write insurance business.
• Provides and coordinates loss control service to clients requiring a minimum of annual service. This includes the development, implementation and maintenance of a loss control service plan and schedule per Department performance requirements.
• Prepares reports for external clients (Insured and Producer “Confirmation Letter”)) and internal clients (Underwriting and Coordination “Internal Confidential Report”)) adhering to Department performance requirements. Documentation to include but is not limited to the following key areas:

1. Complete Casualty Loss Control Department internal report forms and client confirmation letters.

2. Loss Control services provided

7. Recommendations for loss controls needed to eliminate or control loss exposures and agreement to implement the same

• Assists in the development and presentation of programs and training seminars for clients and other departments in the Company.
• Responds to special requests from Underwriting Department and clients with prior approval from Loss Control Department Management.
• Develops and maintains Loss Control Service Plans / Instructions for multi-location clients being coordinated by Loss Control.
• Completes all work scheduled in regular service assignments or requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains membership and actively participates in professional organizations approved by departmental standards guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science preferred. (Loss control experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree, i.e., three years of Loss Control experience equates to one year of college.)
• Five years' experience servicing major accounts (multi-locations and $100,000 premium and up).
• Possesses a specialty in casualty and property loss control.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral and capable of making presentation to a group
• Good computer skills to include the use of Microsoft software, TMM internal programs (i.e.: Taurus, MyTMM, Microsoft Outlook, etc.) and other software
• Valid driver's license free of violations.

The Estimating Engineer is a key player on the Fiore Estimation team who provides crucial support to the Estimators on bid efforts while gaining exposure to and knowledge of Civil Construction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews construction documents to understand project scope of work and desired work to meet customer expectations and assists estimators with preparation of bid and execution of take-offs.
• Attends pre-bid meetings with estimators as well as project reviews to gain exposure to budget vs field performance.
• Assists estimators with building and creating complete and accurate estimates.
• Attends pre-bid job site visits with estimators along with job site visits to sites with active work.
• Works with subcontractors and suppliers to solicit quotations and organize, review and complete detailed scopes of work and cost comparisons.
• Maintains files of documents as back-up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on unit prices from suppliers.
• Reads and understands project and municipal specifications and additional scope documents, to include Geotech reports and client-provided project schedules.
• Trains in AGTEK software, B2W Estimate software and possibly other construction software.
• Manages subcontractor and vendor lists, reaches out for updates, and familiarizes themselves with our subcontractors and vendors.
• Uses knowledge, strong attention to detail and follow-up skills to assist estimators in soliciting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and organizes, reviews and completes detailed scopes of work and cost comparisons for each.
• Assesses problem situations to identify causes, gathers and processes relevant information, generates possible solutions, and makes recommendations and/or resolves the problem
• Effectively prioritizes projects, needs, and work requests.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time, including uneven terrain on work sites if needed. Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally for office supplies, filing and storage.Ability to manipulate paperwork and read a computer screen, operate computer peripherals and general office equipment for extended durations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Primarily office-based, with varying temperatures and extended screen time. Periodic outdoor working environments with exposure to variant weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.) and muddy ground conditions, as well as uneven terrain.

We are seeking a passionate PhD-level synthetic chemist to drive the discovery of small molecules for next-generation 3D printing resins. This position involves rapid exploration of chemical space through organic synthesis to develop photochemical and photophysical structure-property relationships. This role will be particularly appealing to chemists with a passion for both synthetic and physical organic chemistry. Our process uses a small amount of each lead candidate, so synthetic creativity is not limited by the scalability concerns that usually narrow the available chemical space in materials applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and troubleshoot small molecule synthetic routes, with a focus on divergent or modular approaches to rapidly generate lead candidates.
• Characterize lead candidates via UPLC, NMR, UV/Vis and IR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry.
