What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, improving, and supporting automated manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:


Automation & Controls

  • Program, modify, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley / Rockwell PLC systems
  • Integrate and support AI/machine vision platforms (Cognex, Keyence, etc.)
  • Deploy and optimize collaborative robots (cobots) such as UR, FANUC CRX, ABB GoFa
  • Support and improve AGV/AMR material handling systems
  • Develop and update HMI screens and industrial network components


Process Improvement

  • Lead process validation, capability studies, and CI initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Implement new processes to improve efficiency, quality, throughput, and safety
  • Perform root-cause troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
  • Support new product launches and line expansions


Cross-Functional Impact

  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and IT
  • Train production/maintenance staff on new equipment & processes
  • Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Manage KPIs and support vendor relationships as needed


What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, etc.)
  • 3+ years in manufacturing or industrial automation
  • Hands-on Allen Bradley PLC experience is required
  • Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical systems (motors, drives, pneumatics, sensors)
  • Experience troubleshooting cross-disciplinary issues
  • Background with high-volume or high-mix automated production preferred


Bonus Experience

Project Portfolio & Strategic Management

  • Manage portfolio of automation projects (AS/RS, conveyors, G2P systems, AGVs, ancillary technologies) aligned with corporate strategy and capital constraints.
  • Monitor KPIs: schedule adherence, budget variance, quality, safety compliance, ROI.
  • Allocate resources strategically across concurrent multi-site projects.
  • Drive process improvements in project delivery methodology.
  • Support automation roadmaps and long-term supply chain strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead engineering, procurement, operations, installation, and IT teams across all phases.
  • Coordinate project activities from design/procurement through commissioning.
  • Manage vendor, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Foster collaboration between departments and external partners.
  • Mentor team members on best practices and technical skills.
  • Manage organizational change during automation implementations.

Planning, Scope & Schedule Management

  • Develop charters, scope, specifications, and integrated timelines.
  • Establish budgets and manage financials through execution.
  • Identify/mitigate risks and manage scope changes.
  • Maintain full project documentation and compliance records.

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Select and manage relationships with MHE vendors and automation providers.
  • Assess vendor performance on quality, delivery, cost, support, and innovation.
  • Negotiate contracts to optimize value.
  • Coordinate cost reduction and supplier consolidation initiatives.
  • Manage disputes and performance issues; participate in new technology evaluation.

Technical Oversight & Integration

  • Ensure system design meets operational workflows and facility requirements.
  • Oversee installation, software configuration, and integration with WMS/ERP systems.
  • Validate designs, approve technical specs, and oversee acceptance testing.

Operations Handover & Early Support

  • Deliver SOPs, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide training and technical support during ramp-up.
  • Monitor early performance and drive optimization.

Financial & Business Case Management

  • Develop budgets, control expenditures, and analyze variances.
  • Present financial performance and ROI analyses to leadership.
  • Manage capital allocation across projects.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years in project management/supply chain operations; 7+ years in warehouse automation/MHE projects.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar capital projects on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in AS/RS, conveyors, AGVs, goods-to-person systems, WMS/ERP integration.
  • PMP or equivalent certification; strong leadership, strategic thinking, vendor management, and communication skills.

Working Conditions

Job Description

THE POSITION:

We are seeking a highly experienced WMS Workflow Architect to provide technical, functional, and strategic leadership for our Datex WMS platform supporting pharmaceutical 3PL operations. This role serves as the design authority across all warehouses, clients, and solution implementations.

You will lead both onshore and offshore WMS configuration teams, ensuring standardization, compliance, architectural soundness, and operational excellence across multi-client pharma distribution environments. This includes oversight of workflow design, regulatory alignment (cGMP/GDP, DSCSA, Part 11), master data governance, integration frameworks, and change-control/validation strategies.

This is a senior-level, hands-on technical leadership roleβ€”ideal for someone who combines deep WMS expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to align technology design with operational realities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    • Architect efficient workflows for:
      • FEFO/expiry-driven allocation

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of hands-on experience with Datex WMS in configuration, workflow design, and architecture.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role guiding onshore and offshore teams.
  • Deep expertise in pharmaceutical distribution, including:
    • DSCSA traceability
    • cGMP/GDP
    • 21 CFR Part 11
    • Audit trails, e-signatures
    • Cold chain / temperature-controlled workflows
  • Extensive experience in 3PL multi-client environments.
  • Strong understanding of all core warehouse processes (inbound, putaway, replenishment, picking methods, VAS, returns, QC, cycle counting).
  • Strong SQL Server experience (queries, stored procedures, debugging).
  • Strong experience working within GxP validation frameworks (URS/FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ, CAPA, change control).
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate between business, operations, and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications in supply chain or WMS technologies are a plus.
  • Experience designing or supervising Azure Functions or Node.js/TypeScript utilities for integration or workflow extensions.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and TMS/carrier integrations.
  • Exposure to warehouse automation (AMRs, conveyors, print-&-apply, dimensioners, pick-to-light/put-to-light).
  • Familiarity with serialization or regulatory platforms (TraceLink, SAP ATTP).
  • Power BI/Tableau for operational data models.

About the Role


The Sales Manager – North America is responsible for leading revenue generation across the U.S. market, with direct accountability for annual sales performance, customer acquisition, and pipeline development. This role is critical to MyBull’s overseas branch growth plan and reports directly to the General Manager of the U.S. branch. The Sales Manager will manage the full sales lifecycle β€” from prospecting and solution development to contract negotiation and account expansion β€” while coordinating with HQ and technical teams to ensure delivery success. Responsibilities


Sales Execution & Performance

  • Develop and execute the company’s annual and quarterly sales plans for North America
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs, as aligned with HQ performance metrics
  • Track, forecast, and report sales performance using CRM tools and structured reporting
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline using company-approved sales systems (e.g., β€œ333” rule or equivalent)

- Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols.
- Utilize your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care.
