JOB SUMMARY:
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of any given project. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures budget and deadlines are met and consistent with project standards.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Create a Schedule of Values for our pay applications and submit to the General Contractor.
- Analyze the construction schedule and create a schedule for submittals, material ordering and estimated field labor durations & project completion.
- Create submittals for doors, frames and hardware from architectural plans and specification.
- Manage and respond to electronic contractual changes (RFIβs, PCβs, Etc.). Quote changes that affect our material and/or labor cost. Distribute Change Order Due letters to the contractor.
- Order materials (Purchase orders) from approved submittals for timely delivery according to the construction schedule or as agreed upon with the contractor for billed and stored material.
- Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
- Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
- Actively pursue contractual βChange Ordersβ from βprice and proceedβ CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
- Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.

We are currently looking for a Civil Project Engineer who is ready to engage in a large alternative delivery (CMGC) project in Los Angeles County. This project is a multi-year project that will widen the 105 freeway from the 405 to the 605. This widening will increase HOV capacity, reduce congestion along the corridor and introduce tolling to the 105. Phase one of the project is starting at $400 Million, and the remaining phases will push the project towards $1.1 Billion. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Project Safety Manager to join our team on our NOHO Bus Rapid Transit CMGC project.
This project is a multi-year project that will add bus lanes from North Hollywood to Pasadena. This widening will increase BRT lanes and capacity. It will be the largest, most impactful BRT CMGC project in Southern California. The project is currently in Pre-Construction and when construction starts, the project size will be over $250 Million Dollars. This is a great opportunity to join the team as we are doing early work packages and prior to the project breaking ground, influencing project design, staging and contribute to the success of this critical project to improve mobility ahead of the 2028 Olympics.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Safety and Health Program that meets or exceeds corporate minimum requirements.
- Create, communicate, and identify opportunities for improvements in Corporate Safety Program.
- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate all Subcontractors Pre-Construction Safety Planning Meetings acting as a resource for field operations with compliance on Federal (OSHA) and state as well as local safety and health regulations.
- Maintain all administrative tasks related to project specific safety documentation/recordkeeping system, including OSHA reports, management reports, training, etc.
- Conduct regularly scheduled site evaluations, follow up and tracking of corrections to deficiencies
- Attend superintendent meetings and monitor Toolbox Talks/Discussions to ensure documentation and quality
- Perform root cause and accident investigation techniques in the event of a job site accident β including collection of safety and health standard incident reporting forms and documentation working closely with local and Risk Management
- Ability to conduct in-house training on various health and safety related topics.
- Assist with OSHA inspections, compliance reviews, insurance provider reviews/audits, and other federal, state, or local agency reviews/inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree
- 5 years+ of experience in heavy construction safety
- Cal/OSHA 30-hour construction training course
- Certified as a Safety Professional or Construction Health and Safety Technician is perferred
- Traffic control supervision certification is preferred
- Knowledge in safety procedures for all types of work being performed on Ferguson Slide Project
- Knowledge of Caltrans specifications and plans, Cal/OSHA policy and procedures, and California Code of Regulations Title 8 safety requirements

We are currently looking for a Superintendent with 10 years plus experience in Treatment Plant construction in California. This person would work on Plant projects in Placer County / Roseville and would be responsible for building projects in that area. Myers has a robust treatment plant business across Northern California that provides steady work and growth opportunities.
This position is for a Water Treatment Plant upgrade project in Roseville, CA. The project involves the removal and replacement of concrete wash water reclamation basins, equipment upgrades to existing wash water basins, replacement of the sludge collection system (including pumps, chains, and flights), installation of miscellaneous metals, and replacement of the HPE piping system
Key Responsibilities:
- Work On Site to help solve problems that occur during construction
- Maintain thorough understanding of the contract with the Owner
