THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a metal stamping environment.
• Skilled in manual machining (setup and operation of lathes, mills, grinders) for one-off and production parts.
• Strong understanding of die functions, stamping processes, tooling setup, and press operations.
• Proficient in blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG) or completion of a welding program preferred.
• Familiar with quality control standards and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
