THE QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a metal stamping environment.
Skilled in manual machining (setup and operation of lathes, mills, grinders) for one-off and production parts.
Strong understanding of die functions, stamping processes, tooling setup, and press operations.
Proficient in blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Welding experience (MIG/TIG) or completion of a welding program preferred.
Familiar with quality control standards and preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
