The Category Development Manager (CDM) - Family Care is responsible for translating category management principles into action through data analytics and consumer/shopper insights. This position requires the individual to work directly supporting & building relationships with the Walmart customer team, to develop and execute category growth strategies, leveraging a broad and complex variety of data, tools and insights. The individual will provide high quality insights and analysis, leading to actionable assortment, shelving, and merchandising recommendations - in a timely and professional manner that exceeds the stakeholders' needs and expectations.

Salary Range: 101,220 – 125,060 USD

- Work with branch team to align prospects and move them into closing and onboarding

- Drive top line revenue for the branch while supporting efforts to effectively manage bottom line
- Comprehend financial concepts; P&L, rate of taxation, labor burden, etc.
- Clearly communicate value and expectations to clients and referral partners

This position reports to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other positions within the business unit and branch.
Special Requirements:
- 3 + years of experience as a Top Performer in one or more of the following fields, or comparable experience in an industry that requires long term relationship management:
- ASO or Payroll services Sales
- PEO Sales
- Commercial Insurance Sales, with specific knowledge in Workers Compensation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of being a top sales performer
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with valid automobile insurance meeting BBSI criteria. Roughly 85% of time requires automobile travel – primarily local, with some overnight.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

We are currently looking for multiple production Designers and Lead Designers. Must be located in the US and willing to work onsite at the private client’s location in Santa Clara, CA.
Role accountabilities:
- Prepare construction documents for mechanical and process piping systems such as process exhaust, PCW (Processed Chilled Water), UPW (Ultra-Pure Water), specialty gas/chem, and drains.
- Knowledge of pipe sizing and flow rate calculation for liquids and gasses preferred.
- High Tech industry knowledge of materials specs preferred.
- Strong familiarity with the process of developing constructible packages based on client and tool vendor provided information and templates is required.
- Experience surveying and documenting existing conditions and identification of utility points of connection (POC).
- Experience in developing and following space management/routing guidelines and rack details.
- Produce engineering drawings in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Perform construction administration and field work as required. Prior field and installation experience a plus.
- Participate in team coordination activities with other disciplines, sub-contractors, and Clients.
- Able and willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, hard hats, safety glasses, fire retardant clothing, cut-resistant gloves, and other PPE as required per the requirements of clients’ safety policies when required.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2-8 years’ experience creating construction documents for mechanical and process piping systems such as process exhaust, PCW(Processed Chilled Water), UPW (Ultra-Pure Water), specialty gas/chem, and specialty drains.
- Hands on experience creating floor plans, layouts, piping diagrams, and rack elevations.
- Associates level education or above preferred, CADD certificate, or relevant work experience also taken into consideration.
- Knowledge of specialized materials of construction required for high purity and corrosive media system construction.
- Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and relevant procedures.
- Knowledge of Instrumentation, Controls, and Life Safety monitoring system requirements in hazardous production material environments.
- Ability to multitask on multiple projects and work independently. Takes ownership of assignments, can work both independently and as part of the team.
- Proficient use of AutoCAD and/or Revit to produce engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of International Building Codes.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Move, receive and ship product or materials per written and computerized materials, record transactions into computerized systems and provide support to others under occasional guidance
- Receive incoming goods verifying packaging documentation against shipment records and checks for damages generally following standard procedures using judgement in more complex issues
- Gather, weigh, prepare, verify and document items for shipment according to specifications and the applicable transportation method, including recording received and shipped items, following standard procedures using judgement in more complex issues
- Ensure safe storage of product in the warehouse, minimizing damage, utilizing in-depth understanding to perform required duties and assist others
- Operate equipment and machines such as hand trucks, forklift, high-lift mobile equipment, palletizer, stretch-film wrapper, labeler or conveyors in order to stack or wrap materials to move materials, store product and prepare product for shipment
- Perform housekeeping duties and general warehouse maintenance
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintains a safe and clean work environment
- Operate packaging equipment (palletizer, stretch-film wrapper, labeler and conveyors) used to stack and wrap materials prior to warehousing

Required Qualifications:

What will you do?
