Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
* Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: observing devises in operation to location root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; examining parts to detect imperfections; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditioning and repairing machine tools.

* Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards; creates maintenance standards and instructions for altered or new manufacturing equipment.
* Directs customer counterparts in maintenance optimization efforts, reliability, and preventative maintenance processes.
* May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks.
* Conforms and complies with customer contractor codes of conduct, housekeeping standards, and safety processes
* Documents work performed in service reports, applicable management systems, and written explanation regarding observation and collected equipment performance data. Compiles technical manuals, operations, and maintenance processes relevant to equipment upgrades and automation integrations.
* Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to project teams. Performs expert functions as a part of training and development.
* Alters, troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/ hardware and configuration problems.
* Utilizes advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data. Observes trends and makes recommendations.
* Conducts on-the-job training and leads technical programs for technical development of customers and coworkers
* Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.

What You'll DoGathering necessary order related information from all parties and assuring it is accurately communicated to those who need it. If unable to secure necessary information, this position is responsible for securing the assistance of the District Operations Manager, as needed.
Coordinate information flow for new equipment jobs using order logs, order management, and entry systems.
Create and maintain accurate and complete job files, work orders and information to include maintenance, reconciliations and filing processes.
Work with customers, contractors, and vendor to assure order requirements are achieved, orders are released, and shipping dates meet customer expectations.
Review vendor invoices for accuracy and properly code and post into corporate order management system and that they meet corporate accounting requirements.
Review job costs and gross profit to ensure accurate invoicing and minimize profit erosion.
Assist with resolution of collections issues.
Ensure incoming new equipment orders meet standards and advise appropriate parties if they do not.
Create and maintain accurate and complete job files.
Create Work Orders to support the equipment installation process.
Create purchase orders for allied equipment.
Maintain a strong working relationship with supported district's Installation Coordinators.
Enter and administer equipment orders for both Rite-Hite and allied equipment vendors following the appropriate procedures for each vendor. Maintain a smooth order flow, assure release dates and shipping schedule meet customer requirements. Expedite orders when necessary.
Review vendor invoices for accuracy and properly enter into the system for payment.
Process all submittals, contracts, insurance certificates, and any other similar documents necessary to release and invoice orders.
Assist District Management and sales personnel in resolving collections issues. This includes effectively interfacing with customers to ascertain and document billing procedures to assure timely payment of Arbon invoices.
Work to consolidate shipments to minimize freight costs while meeting customer requirements.
Review completed job files to ensure that profit erosion is minimized. Analyze and communicate variances to District management as required.
Cross-train with other administrative personnel to provide additional help during heavy workloads or back-up during absences.

What you will do
As a Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be collecting single use devices at hospitals within your designated territory. You will also get to engage with hospital staff to provide optimal customer service on training and education around the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solution's bins and what devices can be collected. Partnering with the sales representatives in your assigned territory, you will manage inventory, help with the education cadence, and supply of materials for your hospitals.

We are currently seeking candidates for a Legal Associate role with a well-established asset management firm located in Boston, MA. This role sits within the Legal & Compliance organization and supports the firm’s Client Platform, with a primary focus on contracting and documentation. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of client-facing agreements while also supporting process improvement and legal technology initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of experience in a legal or contracting role within the financial services industry.
This is a 6-month contract position paying between $42–$48/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model of four days per week onsite, one day remote in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with contracting and documentation supporting the Client Platform, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating investment management agreements, amendments, ancillary documentation, RFPs, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the Advisory Legal team, as well as business development and relationship management professionals.
• Collaborate with other members of the Legal team in connection with complex contracting and documentation matters.
• Support resolution of complex documentation issues and assist in establishing controls and processes where required.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of technology solutions related to the contracting process, including AI tools and Microsoft Power Apps.
• Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of legal processes, design, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field required.

• Must have experience within the financial services industry; asset management experience is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a legal or contracting function at an asset manager, financial institution, or large corporate organization.
• Hands-on experience negotiating contracts, including NDAs and exposure to RFPs.
• Strong interest in legal technology, process design, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill and communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
