How you'll contribute
The Inpatient Therapist is a licensed mental health professional responsible for providing high-quality clinical services within an inpatient behavioral health setting. This position focuses on delivering individual, group, and family therapy to patients experiencing psychological, emotional, or substance use issues. The Therapist actively participates in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive patient care. The role also includes documentation, communication with families and referral sources, coordination of discharge planning and aftercare. Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients.
Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company and all
- applicable governmental regulations.
- Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures.

- Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.

- Responsible for cleaning equipment when assigned by supervisor or down time allows, following the Branch
- Maintenance and Cleaning Guidelines

Requirements:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Entry level sales, customer service background essential
- One (1) year of Military, delivery driver with sales component or health care technician experience would be
- considered related experience and preferred.
- Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to stretch, bend, stoop and crouch and perform moderate to heavy physical labor while moving equipment and supplies.
- Subject to long periods of sitting and driving.
- Work environment may be stressful at times, as overall work activities and work levels fluctuate.
