The Machine Operator will be responsible for all operational activities related to safety, product safety, line efficiency, performance and ingredient usage of the assigned production line.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our high-volume cylinder manufacturing department. In this critical role, you will be deeply embedded in the machining area, ensuring our tube and rod machining processes run reliably every day. You will be the go-to expert for CNC turning, writing and optimizing G-code, and building clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) that empower our operators. If you are a hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and loves collaborating across shifts, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Machining Process: Take full responsibility for the cylinder manufacturing department, from machining raw tube to turning scratch-sensitive chrome rod.
• Optimize CNC Operations: Write, edit, and optimize G-code programs for CNC turning and milling, utilizing both CAD/CAM and handwritten programming.
• Build Clear Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs and Operating Method Sheets (OMS) to ensure seamless execution by operators across all shifts.
• Collaborate and Improve: Partner daily with CNC operators, Tool Design Engineers, and our MRO supplier to select tooling, set min/max levels, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5 to 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with a strong focus on high-volume CNC turning and production machining.
• Proven ability to understand, manipulate, and write G-code for CNC lathes in a production environment.

CNC Machinist III ($30-$35 P/h)

This is a highly skilled, senior-level machinist responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment to manufacture precision components. This role serves as a technical expert on the shop floor, leading complex machining projects, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior machinists to ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Expectations

• Set up and operate CNC mills for complex, tight-tolerance parts
• Edit and optimize CNC programs (G-code or CAM-generated)
• Interpret advanced engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies
• Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools

This is a senior-level technical expert responsible for full-cycle CNC programming, setup, and operation of complex precision components. This role leads advanced machining strategies, develops efficient programs using CAM software, and drives continuous improvement across machining processes. This position supports engineering and manufacturing by assisting with troubleshooting, process development, and manufacturability improvements, while mentoring machinists and supporting production excellence.

Expectations

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360)
• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes for highly complex, tight-tolerance parts
• Interpret advanced engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
• Design and recommend tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions
• Lead new part introduction (NPI) from print to production
• Perform program prove-outs, first article runs, and process validation

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician/Electrician (THIRD SHIFT) to join our team! You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, performing routine maintenance, fixing any faulty wiring, and maintaining production and facility equipment.

Work is performed in a production environment which requires exposure to all temperature changes, high noise levels, working around moving equipment, vibrations, dust, etc. Working hours will be a set schedule but must be flexible with working extended hours when required.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect on a routine basis electrical equipment wiring, fixtures, and other components to ensure they remain functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion by analyzing test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. This includes recording parts and materials used.
• Perform mechanical skills including and not limited to PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or AA degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.

The Materials Supervisor is responsible for all internal material flow from incoming receiving/inspection to line side presentation for production including end-of-line pick, pack and ship, de-trashing, all material movements, supermarket sizing and replenishment, and order picking for intra-plant deliveries. Overview

Assist in managing the raw materials and the finished goods inventory to achieve an optimum level of inventory turns, with the minimum amount of waste. Key responsibilities include receiving products in Syspro/Datascope, preparing them for put-away and ensuring receiving and put-away procedures are followed & coordinate closely with production planning, purchasing and suppliers.

Essential Duties & Principal Responsibilities

• Perform material receipt function(s) in Syspro/Datascope.
• Perform cycle counting daily and investigate variances as required.
• Rectify any discrepancies with physical goods and paperwork.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of put-away locations in facility, using system reporting.
• Ensure proper rotation of product lot numbers (FIFO), using system reporting.
• Work with Purchasing, Production and Shipping/Receiving to resolve issues.
• Coordinate rework of expiring and obsolete items where required.
• Manage, consolidate, and prepare environmental waste items for shipment to disposal facilities in conjunction with company EHS officer.
• Report Supplier quality issues in Unipoint.
• Follow up on raw material and finished goods returns.Assure proper completion and coordinate inventory adjustments as required.

• Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
  
• Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
  
• May perform other general assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and color coding parts and assemblies.
  
• Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
