Guest Service Support Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Support Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

Position Summary:
The Corporate Safety & Health Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety and health programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, state, and local regulations. This role provides strategic leadership and technical expertise to minimize risk, promote a culture of safety, and ensure regulatory compliance across all company operations. The position collaborates with site leadership, corporate teams, and regulatory agencies to drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company-wide policy compliance with changing OSHA, MSHA, DOT and state and local regulations. This includes oversite of the policy update process for the Safety & Health Management Manual.
- Manage internal and external safety and industrial hygiene audit programs company-wide, ensuring scheduling, completion, reporting, and all follow-up activities are completed.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, direction and subject matter expertise to plant managers, safety managers/coordinators, supervisors, and site safety teams.
- Design and deliver safety training programs for employees and management. Instruct all levels of employees on investigation of workplace incidents and regulatory violations.
- Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections and inquiries.
- Facilitate timely and accurate annual OSHA 300 reporting for each facility.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement by answering questions via phone/email and following up on required reporting and corrective actions.
- Lead and coordinate the safety and health auditing process.
- Act as the subject matter expert for determining severity and response to audit findings versus opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the administration and data analysis function for Corporate Safety & Health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in safety and health compliance in a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations. Experience with multiple sites/states a plus.
- Skilled in leading others without formal reporting authority.
- CSP, CIH, or equivalent credentials strongly preferred.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, auditing and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Position will be located at the Charlotte, NC, NGC Headquarters.

SUMMARY:
The Patient Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for helping our physician clients grow and sustain thriving membership practices by ensuring their financial operations run flawlessly. This role serves as a trusted financial partner to physicians, office managers, and patients, delivering accurate billing, timely collections, and proactive financial guidance that directly supports practice growth and patient retention.
This role requires a high degree of personal ownership, discipline, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, high-accountability environment where their work has a direct impact on the success of the physicians they support. This individual is meticulous with follow-through, proactively improves and automates billing and collection processes, and continuously refines workflows using technology and emerging tools to deliver better, faster service to our clients.
The PAM manages a portfolio of practices with accountability for the following outcomes:
- Protect client revenue: Process and maintain accurate payment information; enforce credit-card-on-file and ACH payment methods versus check
- Expand client revenue: Support membership fee adjustments and manage billing renewals
- Advise on client financial health: Ensure physicians have timely visibility into their practice’s financial position through accurate daily posting and reconciliation; provide physicians with proactive financial guidance and insights that inform practice decisions and support long-term growth
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete month-end reporting responsibilities, including consolidating data and preparing accurate financial reports.
- Ensure physicians have real-time visibility into their practice’s financial position through accurate daily payment posting and reconciliation. Actively support ongoing automation and system improvements to deliver faster, more reliable service.
- Protect client revenue by driving timely collections with urgency, discipline, and a patient-first approach. Maintain rigorous follow-up cadence, accurate documentation, and clear escalation when needed.
- Conduct patient outreach via phone, text, and email for past-due balances; escalate issues to office managers as appropriate; send non-payment notices within defined timelines.

- Support practice growth by managing membership fee adjustments and billing renewals. Proactively review patient lists and coordinate with physicians, implement requested changes, and identify risks or issues in advance to minimize patient disruption.
- Partner with physicians and office managers to review at-risk accounts and develop clear action plans. Surface issues early and recommend solutions rather than waiting for direction.
- Manage patient payment updates accurately and on time across phone, office, and web-based channels.
- Play a direct role in client practice growth by leveraging and refining the “Save a Patient” protocol. Identify root causes of patient dissatisfaction or potential churn, gather relevant information, and recommend approved retention strategies that help physicians maintain and expand their patient base.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, revenue cycle management, or similar high-volume operational roles strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage detailed work accurately under deadlines.
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and new tools; curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting management in the general business operations of the company by overseeing the onsite management of projects, including the supervision and oversight of onsite personnel and subcontractors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Superintendent will be primarily involved with performing the following duties and responsibilities.
- Use discretion and independent judgment and professional skills to perform daily duties and to resolve field operations issues.

- Identify and proactively resolve field problems, issues, and conflicts to prevent project delays.

- Handle project set-up to include obtaining trailer, equipment, required signage and postings, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other items in accordance with company procedures. Demobilize at project end.
- Through use of CMiC, complete accurate daily reports (including weather and subcontractor manpower reports), safety logs, equipment rentals, and cost coding.
- Assist the Project Manager in issuance of monthly payment applications (e.g., percent complete of each activity).
- Work with Project Manager and Project Administrator to ensure material deliveries and manpower loadings are in accordance with the project schedule.
- Through use of CMiC, provide minutes of weekly superintendent/subcontractor meetings to attendees and Project Manager.
- Create (or assist Project Manager with) Requests for Information (RFI’s) as needed.

Safety:

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, concierge-level care to a select patient panel, including comprehensive assessments, personalized health planning, and ongoing high-touch support.
Provide proactive, preventative, and performance-focused care that integrates lifestyle, fitness, nutrition, and recovery strategies.
Serve as a trusted health coach and guide, empowering patients to take control of their health through education, data, and science-backed interventions.
Collaborate closely with SHIFT’s interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain high engagement with patients, responding promptly to texts, emails, and messages to ensure a next-level healthcare experience.
Support the continuous evolution of SHIFT’s medical model by contributing to the development of clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and patient engagement strategies.
Embrace innovation by leveraging data analytics, emerging medical technologies, and advanced diagnostics to optimize healthspan and lifespan.
Qualifications
Board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Illinois.
Strong background in lifestyle medicine, preventative health, or performance optimization preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a patient-first mentality and a commitment to high-touch service.
Experience working within an interdisciplinary team and a collaborative care model.
Highly adaptable, energized by innovation, and eager to push the boundaries of the traditional clinical care model.
