Summary:

The competent Nurse, in the Medsurg, Telemetry, and Intermediate Care clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, in accordance with patient treatment plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.

What you'll do: The Associate Relations Specialist assists with managing associate relations issues and investigations, EEO complaints, conflict resolution and other work-related issues and case documentation.  This role will assist with researching, developing, implementing, and advising on HR policies consistent with federal and state laws and organizational needs. 

Qualifications Required:

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a qualified Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst (Level 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. Essential Functions:

This Program Cost Control Analyst position will, under minimal supervision, interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.

The Program Cost Control Analyst will have experience with Earned Value Management and performance measurement baseline concepts and be able to apply them to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).  This position will be responsible for leading and training other analysts if full level 1 Earned Value contracts.

Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks include:

  • Establishing Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled

  • Assessing and maintaining of objective performance criteria – developing, maintaining, analyzing and justification of estimates to complete

  • Supporting internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis and budgeting baseline

  • Maintaining a solid and accurate cost and schedule integration with business partners and program teams

  • Analyzing funding, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports - Preparing government cost performance reports and preparation and/or review of Performance measurement variance analysis

Additional responsibilities will include:

Perform analysis & prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Be responsible for supporting the preparation and coordination of the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and reporting processes. Provide internal reporting requirements to include incorporation of forecast, identification of staffing issues related to baseline/ETC, and execution of corrective action or updates using program reporting tools.  This position will interface with Business Managers and support booking rate files and profitability updates.  Good leadership skills & the ability to work with the Program Office while leading a smaller team are essential.

Job Summary

The program assistant supports and assists with programs, facilities, services, and events within Parks and Community Services (PCS) and serves as a primary customer service agent.

This assignment is for a seasonal, ongoing, non-benefited on-call program assistant, to support year-round community building events including Lunar New Year, Dia de Los Muertos, Outdoor Summer Movie Series, Celebrate Kirkland July 4th Parade, Harvest Festival, and many other events hosted by PCS, plus the LED screen rental program. This position is anticipated to begin in February and be ongoing with hours varying, usually 15- 40 hours per week depending on need and is not to exceed 1040 hours per year. Most work will be done Monday-Friday at Kirkland City Hall, with occasional weekend or evening shifts primarily for events. The on-call program assistant must be available to work July 4 and the days immediately preceding and following the holiday.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, the capacity to prioritize tasks and work on a variety of projects with competing deadlines. Candidates should have the ability to be adaptable to new situations, ideas, and challenges and must be able to take initiative and work proactively. Must be self-motivated and work well as part of a supportive team.

This position will work closely with the Community Building Events team to help plan and carry out multiple events. Primary tasks include purchasing, vendor and parade entry support, volunteer recruitment and record keeping, marketing and outreach support, LED screen operation and other administrative functions.

The on-call program assistant is the primary contact for vendors, contractors, and volunteers to ensure logistical needs as well as contract terms and conditions are met.

The program assistant also serves as the on-site liaison for several events, facilitating the delivery and set-up of event equipment such as tables, chairs, pop-up canopies, marketing materials, audio-visual equipment and other supplies.

  • Assists with the organization and production of department events (i.e. Green Kirkland Program, community building events, etc.).
  • Assists with publicizing and promoting programs, program brochure preparation, and maintaining City webpages.
  • Inventories, purchases, maintains, and organizes program supplies and equipment.

  • Performs functions as assigned in the City's emergency response plan in the event of an emergency.

You will lead product innovation at the intersection of machine learning and user experience-developing the core content quality signals that drive personalization, discovery, and business outcomes across Pinterest. What you'll do:



  • Developing, aligning the organization around, and driving the strategy and roadmap for Borderline Content Signals, ensuring the roadmap is ambitious, principled, and closely aligned with company priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional development of critical borderline content signals that power personalization, ranking and core user experiences.
  • Build, launch, and scale signals that make Pinterest safer, relevant, engaging, and valuable for users and advertisers globally. Nurture a culture of transparency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Build strong partnerships with engineering, data science, and multiple product groups to translate vision to metrics, OKRs, and product deliverables.
  • Represent the Content Quality team in org-level forums, proactively communicating progress, strategy, and tradeoffs to senior leadership and partner teams.


What we're looking for:



  • Demonstrated success in product management or related experience at fast-growing companies.
  • Previous successful experience partnering with machine learning engineering teams.
  • Experience working with safety, integrity or content quality teams is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead in ambiguous environments, aligning across functions, teams, and orgs to deliver on time in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to define product strategy and drive decision making, making appropriate trade-offs based on data analysis and qualitative feedback from Pinners.
  • Exceptional communicator who builds deep alignment across engineering, product, and business partners-skilled in influencing at all levels and facilitating decision-making across organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
