This full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Medium and Heavy Truck Technology (MHTT) presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the exceptional training and pedagogy at the College.
The Transportation Technologies department offers various degree and certificate options to prepare students to be successful technicians in the transportation industry. The department programming focuses on automotive service technology, carbon-based alternative fuels, electric vehicles & hybrids, heavy vehicle & truck repair, and Toyota technician training. All programs prepare students to pass the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) examinations and professional manufacturer certifications.
Medium and Heavy Truck Technology (MHTT) is an A.A.S degree program that enables students to gain hands-on, practical knowledge and service of medium and heavy vehicle and equipment platforms, including trucks, buses, tractor-trailer systems, and off-road equipment. The courses are both aligned and in compliance with the Automotive Service Excellence Education Foundation (ASEEF) to provide industry-certified quality of instruction and accreditation. MHTT courses are also part of two professional certificates offered at the College which provide a practical skillset and allow a student to gain quick entry into the industry.

Specific Responsibilities

* Teach Medium and Heavy Truck courses to students with an interest in becoming medium and heavy truck technicians and working in dealerships or fleet repair centers.
* Teach automotive technology courses to students in general automotive technology programs.
* Create an engaging ASE preparation program so Medium and Heavy Truck graduates exit the program prepared to earn ASE certifications.
* Become expert in Medium and Heavy Truck curricula and other course materials, and prepare lectures, hands-on activities, and presentations for effective teaching.
* Attend required Medium and Heavy Truck training and facilitate student engagement on the college's learning management systems.
* Create a vibrant Medium and Heavy Truck advisory committee to help fill the needs of area medium and heavy truck service providers by creating lasting relationships that facilitate student and graduate employment opportunities.
* Establish, maintain and implement a system to effectively attract and retain students for the Medium and Heavy Truck degree program from the Greater Philadelphia region.
* Support community college students as they further develop their medium and heavy truck technology skills, professional attitudes, and behaviors, for college and workplace success.
* Facilitate student learning, provide effective instruction, and perform evaluations of student learning for all assigned classes, using each course's standard course outline and requirements as guides.
* Meet all classes and other scheduled responsibilities such as office hours and meetings at the designated times. Be available to students via email, phone, or personal conferences. The method of contact and hours of availability should be clearly communicated to supervisors and to students through the course syllabus each semester.
* Become expert in curricula and other course materials, prepare lectures, hands-on activities, and presentations for effective teaching.
* Assign grades and maintain course/student records in accordance with FERPA regulations and submit grades and records by established deadlines.
* Proactively identify and address student problems.
* Maintain and develop curriculum that is consistent with departmental learning objectives. Work with other faculty and administrators in developing program curriculum, standards, and policies, including reviewing and participating in textbook selection process where appropriate.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Property Manager to lead and elevate operations across a multi-property portfolio within an assigned region. This role provides strategic oversight of property performance, team leadership, financial results, resident satisfaction, and asset value creation. GENERAL SCOPE OF POSITION
On assigned projects, responsible for scheduling, managing, and directing field operations including the work of subcontractors and suppliers. Responsible for the timely completion of the project, for quality assurance, for job site safety, and for generating required field records and reports.

Role Summary
The Senior CSA Superintendent leads field execution of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scope on mission-critical data center projects. This role owns day-to-day site leadership for CSA work: site logistics, safety, schedule, subcontractor coordination, quality, and turnover readiness. The CSA Superintendent drives predictable production, enforces standards, and ensures work is installed safely, correctly, and in sequence with MEP/commissioning needs.
This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, holds trade partners accountable, and keeps the project moving with clarity, urgency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Safety (Primary)
- Lead CSA field operations while reinforcing a zero-incident culture.
- Partner with project safety leadership and subcontractors to implement site-specific EH&S plans, JSAs/AHAs, permitting, and housekeeping standards.
- Conduct regular safety walks; correct unsafe behaviors immediately and escalate as needed.
CSA Scope Execution (Primary)
- Direct and coordinate all CSA activities including: site civil, earthwork, concrete, foundations, underground utilities (as applicable), structural steel, envelope, roofing, architectural buildout, doors/frames/hardware, exterior finishes, and interior buildout.
- Ensure CSA work supports MEP rough-in, equipment setting paths, commissioning access, and turnover sequencing (clearances, access panels, curbs, housekeeping pads, etc.).
- Maintain strong daily communication with MEP superintendents to avoid trade stacking and rework.
Schedule & Production Management (Primary)
- Own CSA short-interval planning (daily/weekly) and support pull planning with measurable commitments.
- Track manpower, production rates, constraints, and deliveries; proactively communicate schedule risks and recovery plans.
- Align CSA milestones to overall project milestones (dry-in, permanent power readiness support, white space readiness, turnover phases).
Quality Control (Primary)
- Enforce CSA quality standards and installation tolerances; drive “build it right the first time.”
- Lead and document quality walks; manage deficiency logs and punch lists to closure.
- Ensure clean build practices aligned with data center requirements (dust control, protection of installed work, critical space readiness).
Logistics & Site Control (Primary)
- Manage CSA laydown, access routes, lifting plans coordination, concrete/steel deliveries, material staging, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate sitewide logistics with the General Contractor/CM and other scopes to keep the job moving without congestion.
Coordination & Communication (Primary)
- Lead/participate in key field meetings: subcontractor coordination, foreman huddles, look-aheads, constructability reviews, and progress walks.
- Communicate issues early with clear options, impacts, and recommended paths forward.
- Coordinate with AHJ/inspectors for CSA-related inspections and closeouts.
Procurement Support (Supporting)
- Track CSA long-lead items (steel, precast, envelope systems, roofing, doors/hardware, specialty architectural items).
- Confirm lead times, delivery windows, and readiness of areas for install.
Turnover & Closeout (Primary)
- Drive CSA punch, closeout, and turnover readiness by area/phase.
- Coordinate turnover requirements with PM/QAQC/commissioning teams: as-builts, O&M where applicable, attic stock, warranties, test reports, inspection sign-offs.
- Ensure spaces are ready for commissioning activities and operational turnover (clean, labeled, accessible, complete).
Leadership & Culture (Primary)

ROLE SUMMARY
The Mechanical Estimator will complete increasingly complex mechanical and field construction activities. This position will be responsible for collecting and assembling data, developing estimates and generating systems and bid analysis. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.
ESTIMATOR FAMILY – CORE
- Learns and actively participates in all aspects of the company’s safety and quality plans and culture by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others.
- Completes entry level and routine mechanical and field construction activities.
- Learns how to develop budgetary M/E estimates, based upon program and schematic design information using automated M/E estimating system.
- Assists in the review of mechanical options as part of the preconstruction process and completes systems analysis for select projects.
- Learns to develop the mechanical scopes of work used to coordinate during the bid process.
- Assists in the completion of bid analysis and provides input during the subcontractor selection process.
- Assists in developing sequencing requirements of various systems and providing solutions to meet the schedule requirements.
- Gains knowledge of design documents in order to identify potential quality problems to assist in developing constructability review reports.
- Learns to perform job inspections to ensure specifications and expectations are met and work is completed in a quality and timely manner.
- Learns and assists with the shop drawing/submittal process to comply with the contract documents.
- Assists with the commissioning process including developing pre-functional checklists, functional testing procedures and actual functional testing.

Purpose: Proactively provide project-related and branch-level support to ensure efficient and accurate management of project-related documentation and contractual obligations throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Train, support, and advise local Contract Administrators; provide guidance on legal matters at the branch level.
Basic Job Functions • Oversee and manage the day-to-day functions of the Contracts group: assign projects; serve as knowledge resource for team members; develop and train members from foundational contractual to more complex agreements.
• Personally manage more complex contracts: draft, edit and review contract language, terms and conditions, indemnification clauses, amendments, among others.
• Negotiate directly with customers, project managers, purchasing staff, and attorneys.
• Collaborating with others, conduct risk assessments; assist with drafting plans to mitigate risks.
• Serve as first point-of-contact for legal advice regarding issues that may arise within the designated regions of NRF Southeast and South Central.
Elevate legal issues to Nucor Corporate Legal team as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, customers, billing, accounting, and Contracts/Legal Department on project-related issues and concerns.
• Provide support to project management staff, assisting with contract-related matters, subcontractors, outstanding receivables, and claims.
• Train sales and project management teams on contractual terms, and risk management.
• Review customer-issued documents for project scope and pricing accuracy, redlining any changes to the documents using Bluebeam and Microsoft Word.
• Facilitate, assist with, and monitor the review of letters of intent, contracts, NDAs, change orders, and other project-related documents by the Contracts/Legal Department.
• Review projects on at least a monthly basis and provide a status update to the regional senior leadership team regarding shipments, job progress, invoicing, pricing adjustments, change order management, and job completion.
• Work collaboratively with other regional support locations as well as the central administrative office in Lexington, NC.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum three years of experience reviewing or assisting with construction project-related documents such as bids, purchase orders, subcontracts, letters of intent, change orders, etc.
• Proficient in the use of computers, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.
Preferred Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
