The Culture and Engagement Specialist is responsible for advancing organizational health, employee engagement, and inclusive culture across U.S. manufacturing sites. About the Role:
Reporting to a Content Protection Lead, the Content Protection Business Analyst (CPBA) provides anti-piracy and brand protection support by monitoring and processing daily piracy alerts, triaging incidents, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, appropriate enforcement actions.
The CPBA uses data produced by Wiley's content protection vendors and Wiley's marketing and sales teams to generate regular and ad hoc reports that help Wiley better understand the piracy landscape and inform important business decisions. The CPBA collaborates with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and enrich data and intelligence that can enhance content protection activities, helping to safeguard Wiley's revenue streams and reduce financial loss caused by copyright and trademark infringement online.
The CPBA conducts and/or supports research on revenue protection, return on investment, sales recovery, and the impact of piracy on Wiley's customers and markets. The CPBA stays current on piracy developments and emerging trends, proactively informing Wiley about new technological threats and relevant opportunities-including the increasing use of AI-enabled tools by bad actors and the availability of AI-based technologies that can strengthen detection, analysis, and enforcement. Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing key customer relationships, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and third-party broker networks for effective communication and issue resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with national customers, vendors, and internal teams to design and execute solutions for complex requirements.
- Collaborate with claims management personnel to resolve issues efficiently.
- Revenue Growth and Profitability:
- Seek opportunities to grow revenues and improve profitability.
- Analyze spot-buy opportunities and assign rates to balance business gain with desired profitability.
- Quality and Performance Management:

- Review customer KPI reports and address areas of concern.
- Pricing and Bids:
- Enter RFQ opportunities in Salesforce and manage the bid process.

- Lead the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including gathering performance data, identifying trends, and creating presentations to highlight value delivered and opportunities for improvement.
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct daily reviews of on-hold inventory, dwell times, and ground counts.
- Communicate with terminals and operations teams to ensure SLA compliance and inventory accuracy.
- Customer Meetings:
- Lead and schedule regular meetings with customers, preparing agendas and action plans.
- Work with operations and regional managers to address delays and provide solutions.
- Document and communicate meeting outcomes, logging notes in Salesforce and escalating issues as necessary.
- Communication:
- Internal: Proactively communicate urgent issues, provide weekly updates on account status.
- Customer: Proactively communicate with customers, acknowledging inquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Position Summary
The Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting and advancing the company’s safety strategy within a high-volume commercial bakery manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role partners closely with plant leadership, operations, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and foster a proactive safety culture.
This position blends systems management and documentation rigor with strong field presence and leadership influence. The Safety Specialist will maintain safety programs and records while actively coaching leaders and employees to drive safe behaviors and sustainable operational practices.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Program Management
- Maintain and continuously improve site safety programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations (including OSHA standards).
- Manage required safety documentation including training records, incident reports, audits, inspections, SDS management, and compliance logs.
- Coordinate and support workers’ compensation processes, return-to-work programs, and incident case management.
- Lead and document Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and safety observations.
Compliance & Systems Administration
- Ensure regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment involving heavy machinery, automated systems, confined spaces, lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, powered industrial trucks, and food production operations.
- Maintain safety metrics and dashboards; analyze trends and present findings with actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Administer safety management systems and digital reporting platforms; ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
Leadership Support & Culture Building
- Partner with business leaders to integrate safety into daily operations and decision-making.
- Coach frontline supervisors on incident investigations, corrective actions, and accountability practices.
- Facilitate safety meetings, training sessions, and awareness initiatives.
- Influence leaders and employees at all levels to reinforce ownership and compliance.
- Serve as a visible presence on the production floor to proactively identify hazards and reinforce safe behaviors.
Incident Management & Continuous Improvement
- Lead or support thorough incident investigations using root cause analysis methodologies.

Qualifications
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of industrial or manufacturing safety experience required (food manufacturing experience preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety standards.
Technical Skills
- Strong computer systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with safety management systems, HRIS platforms, incident tracking software, and digital documentation systems.
- Ability to analyze data and create clear, actionable reports and presentations.
