Job Summary
The OSP Inspector – FTTH is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of construction activities associated with Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects. The OSP Inspector works closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all work adheres to project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Oversight:
- Inspect FTTH construction activities, including mainline and distribution fiber, service drops, and termination points.
- Verify installation of fiber optic cables, splice enclosures, cabinets, handholes, and pedestals per project specifications.
- Oversee directional boring, trenching, and pole attachment processes to ensure compliance with plans and local regulations.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct field inspections to confirm the integrity of fiber installations, proper labeling, and clean splice connections.

The Cassandra Database Engineer is an expert across NOSQL database technologies, but specifically a specialist on Cassandra database administration.
For this position, NOSQL database expertise is mandatory with a primary focus on Cassandra databases, as well as expertise in Public Cloud technology (AWS and/or GCP).
For this mission, the engineer will primarily be responsible for database operational activities.

Job Summary
The Field Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers – including but not limited to contract employees, clients, program offices, and alternative delivery teams – receive superior support from offer accepted through start and management of all onboarding responsibilities. This is a customer-facing role that will support customer interactions, problem resolution, and maintaining general office operations, via telephone, email, and in-person.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
- Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
- Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc.) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start
Contractor Onboarding

Operational Support Activities

- Provide education and accountability to field office/VOP producers around important processes, including timely ESF submittal, timely CRG submittal, timely finish ESF submittal, etc.
- Serve as point of contact for real estate communications (support any in-office updates/moves/installations), and property management
- In partnership with FOS, manage office purchasing (P-card reconciliation) and vendor management (copier maintenance, kitchen appliance service, etc.)
- Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory

Key Responsibilities

As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be part of a highly trained security team that supports critical facilities and infrastructure, public venues that required an enhanced presence and personal protective services. You'll be trained by our team of highly qualified firearms instructors in safe weapons handling and marksmanship. Job Description:
- Security Officer Covers posts (e.g., customer counter, employee, vehicle entrances, guard houses, gates, construction gates, parking lot, perimeter, etc.)
- Screens employees (in/out) and personal baggage at pedestrian and vehicle entrances
- Verifies seal controls on vehicles at gateway (cut and apply seals)
- Verifies identity badges of personnel for clearance, screen vehicles
- Conducts roving patrols, on foot or in vehicle around perimeter fences, gates, buildings, warehouses, storage areas, switchyards etc.
- Identifies fire hazards, unauthorized activity malfunctioning utility, hazardous conditions
- Monitors CCTV
- May be required to perform emergency duties which require physical exertion such as: standing or walking for an entire shift, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying up to 50lbs. and running.
- Performs additional duties related to security of premises as required
Qualifications:
- Have reliable transportation
- Physically capable of performing the assigned work
- Able to meet all applicable licensing, registration, and certification requirements in the state in which the officer's assigned facility is located
- Communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
Education & License:
- Must be 21 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
Work Environment and Schedule
- Job operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities.
- Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed(overtime occurs).
- Work various shifts and Holidays as assigned.
