What we're looking for:
- Deep understanding of iOS development and best practices in Objective C and/or Swift, e.g. Xcode, app states, memory management, etc

The Quality Assurance (QA)Learning Experience Designer actively engages in the review, design, development, and implementation of learning products (e.g., academic programs and courses, short courses, micro-credentials), working closely with strategic partners and vendors; this includes the quality review of new learning content, as well as the search for suitable existing learning content within Covista's owned content repositories and learning content management systems.
The QA Learning Experience Designer has a working knowledge of digital learning product design and development theories, processes, best practices, and trends, integrating that knowledge to enhance the student learning experience by leveraging contemporary learning design principles, applying flexible approaches, and driving strategic innovation to anticipate, meet, and exceed partner needs.
TheQA Learning Experience Designer manages multiple reviews during different stages of development, each with varying requirements and milestones. In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $61,720.78 and $108,334.92. Responsibilities
In your role as a Displays Software Engineer, your primary focus will be designing, architecting, and building a variety of real-time user interface applications for controlling our automated aircraft systems. These can range from browser-based applications to real-time embedded UIs on aviation-grade hardware. Position Summary
The Product Designer will support the design and development of performance-driven softgoods across socks, accessories, base layers, and underwear. This role is focused on product and industrial design execution, including block development support, construction refinement, and material application, with supporting graphic execution as needed.
The Product Designer will contribute across research, ideation, development, and commercialization. This role partners closely with internal teams, overseas factories, and brand partners including New Balance, FootJoy, and SECONDS to help bring product concepts into production.

Role Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to help shape what Kiln looks and feels like as we grow. This role sits at the intersection of space design, workplace design, and experience design. You will help create environments that influence how people work, connect, and move through a space.
You will work closely with our Creative Director as part of a small, in-house design team responsible for bringing new Kiln locations to life. From early concepts through final installation, your work will contribute to thoughtfully designed environments that support productivity, community, and hospitality. Your work will directly influence spaces experienced by thousands of members every day.
The Role:
This is both a technical and creative role for a designer who is equally comfortable producing detailed drawing packages and developing design concepts.
You will contribute to the space design, workplace design, and experience design of new Kiln locations while helping evolve the design language of the brand.
This includes space planning, test-fitting new sites, collaborating with architectural partners, and helping deliver environments that feel cohesive, layered, and intentional.
You will also participate in the development of The Kiln Series — our proprietary furniture and componentry line, which is a key part of Kiln’s long-term design strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Creative Director to deliver new site designs for Kiln
- Develop concept design ideas and spatial concepts for new locations
- Space plan and test-fit concepts into new sites
- Manage and produce detailed drawing packages for each location
- Work closely with the build and procurement team to ensure designs are delivered on time and on budget
- Collaborate with external architectural partners to produce construction design sets, attend site meetings, and participate in final installations and fit-outs
- Contribute to the development of The Kiln Series furniture and componentry line by creating shop drawings, reviewing engineering specifications, and evaluating prototypes with manufacturing partners
- Develop interior styling concepts for Kiln spaces and support the interior styling team
- Integrate Kiln’s graphic brand identity into physical environments
- Develop a deep understanding of coworking and how members interact with our spaces
- Participate in the Kiln member community and contribute to social media or brand storytelling when appropriate
- Support additional design initiatives as directed by the Creative Director
Experience and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial interior design, workplace design, or hospitality environments
- A design sensibility that is layered, eclectic, and experience-driven rather than purely neutral or corporate
- Portfolio required demonstrating thoughtful commercial interior design work (hospitality experience highly valued)
- College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required
- Highly proficient in CAD software, preferably Vectorworks
- Experience with space planning, commercial workplace design, and interior documentation
- Experience with rendering, visualization, and hand sketching for presentations
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Slack, and Asana, and comfort learning new SaaS platforms
- Understanding of ADA and commercial office code requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities across concurrent projects

Role Summary / Purpose
The Junior CAD Designer provides drafting, design, and documentation support to the engineering and manufacturing teams. This role applies fundamental CAD and engineering principles to assist with product design, tooling concepts, and manufacturing documentation while developing technical skills in a production environment.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
CAD & Product Design Support
- Assist senior designers and engineers with 2D and 3D CAD drawings for new and existing products
- Create and revise part and assembly drawings under guidance
- Support minor design changes and updates to mature products
- Assist with the design and documentation of basic tooling such as fixtures, work supports, and templates
Manufacturing & Production Support
- Prepare CAD files for manufacturing processes including laser, plasma, or punch operations (training provided)
- Work with engineering and production teams to ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and manufacturable
- Assist in creating basic work instructions and shop drawings
- Respond to manufacturing questions related to drawings and dimensions
Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain drawings, models, and related documentation in the engineering database in accordance with standards
- Ensure revisions, part numbers, and change records are accurate and up to date
- Assist with technical documentation and communication with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Essential Qualifications
- Completion of a College diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, CAD Technology, or a related field
- Basic proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications/Assets
- Exposure to sheet metal design and fabrication concepts
- Familiarity with Autodesk Vault or other document control systems
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC cutting, punching, or forming
- Experience through co-op, internship, or entry-level role in a manufacturing environment
- Interest in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
