The Content Understanding team builds machine learning models that "read" Pinterest content-images, text, and video-to produce high-quality semantic signals (e.g., embeddings, localization, quality/safety labels). These signals power relevance and retrieval for Homefeed, Search, Related Pins, and Ads, and also support integrity use cases like spam and low-quality detection. We work end-to-end: from data and labeling strategy, to model training and evaluation, to low-latency serving and monitoring at Pinterest scale. The role is ideal for a senior modeler who also enjoys developing, productionizing models and leading technical direction across teams.



What you'll do:



  • Lead modeling strategy for content understanding (vision, NLP, multimodal), including architecture selection, training approach, and evaluation methodology.
  • Design and ship production models that generate content signals such as embeddings and classifications used across multiple product surfaces.
  • Own the full ML lifecycle: data/labeling strategy (human labels + weak supervision), training pipelines, offline evaluation, online experimentation, deployment, and monitoring/retraining.
  • Partner with infra/platform teams to ensure scalable, reliable training/serving (latency, cost, observability, rollout safety).
  • Collaborate with signal-consuming teams (ranking, retrieval, integrity, ads) to define signal contracts, adoption patterns, and success metrics.
  • Provide technical leadership through design reviews, mentoring, and raising the quality bar for modeling and ML engineering practices.


What we're looking for:



  • M.S/ PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
  • Significant industry experience building software and ML pipelines/systems, including technical leadership (project/tech lead or equivalent).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and at least one ML stack such as PyTorch / TensorFlow, plus solid software engineering fundamentals.
  • Proven experience training and deploying ML models to production, including model versioning, rollouts, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
  • Deep hands-on experience in content understanding domains, such as:

    • computer vision (classification, detection, representation learning),
    • NLP (text classification, entity/topic modeling),
    • multimodal / embedding models (e.g., transformer-based representations).

  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed compute (e.g., Spark-like ecosystems, distributed training, GPU environments).
  • Strong applied skills in evaluation and experimentation: defining metrics, offline/online alignment, A/B testing, debugging regressions, and model quality analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across teams and drive ambiguous problem areas to measurable outcomes.

The Content Quality Signals team at Pinterest is seeking a Sr Product Manager to define, execute, and champion the multi-year strategy for building advanced borderline content signals. You will lead product innovation at the intersection of machine learning and user experience-developing the core content quality signals that drive personalization, discovery, and business outcomes across Pinterest. About Sales Strategy & Operations


As a Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team, our mission is to power sustainable revenue growth for Pinterest with datadriven strategic insights and decision making, tight management against them and highimpact revenue management. What You'll Do:


Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for Agency & Programmatic, and in close partnership with the VP, GM Programmatic Ads Sales, you will develop and bring to life datadriven strategies to accelerate growth in this critical business vertical. In this role, you will:




  • Own development of the sales gotomarket strategy for Programmatic Sales - including customer segmentation, ideal customer profiles, bookofbusiness design, coverage models, sales priorities, and annual planning for Programmatic sellers.




  • Lead the analytics and forecasting engine for Programmatic Sales by designing and maintaining revenue forecasts, pipeline and coverage models, performance scorecards, and forwardlooking views that help leadership make fast, datadriven decisions.




  • Build and manage core reporting and dashboards (in partnership with Data, Finance and BizOps) that surface clear, actionable views of programmatic performance across regions, channels, partners, and products - and continually refine these based on stakeholder needs.




  • Run recurring business review cadences (e.g., weekly performance reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews) for Programmatic Sales - owning the narrative, analyses, materials, and followup to drive accountability and execution.

  • Direct experience in programmatic or digital advertising (publisher, platform, agency, ad tech, or consulting), with a solid understanding of SSPs/DSPs, deal types, and the broader programmatic ecosystem.

Brand Stewardship

  • Support ongoing refinement of MirrorMate’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Ensure consistency across marketing channels including website, ads, email, influencer content, and B2B materials.
  • Partner with designers to execute brand-aligned marketing assets.
  • Flag inconsistencies and opportunities to improve brand presentation.



This role will also collaborate on adjacent marketing efforts such as SEO, PR, affiliate marketing, and emerging growth channels, ensuring alignment with overall ecommerce and brand strategy.


AI & Automation

  • Actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and similar platforms) to:
  • Accelerate reporting, analysis, and documentation.
  • Draft and iterate on copy, briefs, and internal documentation.
  • Improve efficiency across workflows and recurring tasks.
  • Stay current on AI tools and proactively recommend ways to apply them within ecommerce marketing.


Skills

  • Strong project management and deadline ownership

Experience

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have 3–8 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Have hands-on experience managing Shopify-based DTC brands.
  • Be highly data-driven and comfortable working with numbers daily.
  • Be a self-starter who thrives without heavy hand-holding.
  • Be excited by ownership, accountability, and growth opportunities.
  • Have ecommerce experience first; home goods, interiors, or design experience is a bonus, not required.

We are seeking aΒ hands-on, creator-first Luxury Content & Social Media CoordinatorΒ to support our Marketing Manager and elevate our luxury brand’s digital presence. This is anΒ in-person, 3-month contract role with strong potential for permanent hire.


This position is ideal for aΒ content creator who shoots, edits, and publishes their own work-not someone who only manages freelancers or agencies.


Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social Media

  • Create, shoot, edit, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and X.
  • Develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with luxury brand standards and campaign priorities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines, including:
  • Required posting cadence
  • Share of Voice (SOV) targets
  • Hashtag and tagging protocols
  • Approval workflows prior to publishing
  • Engage daily with partners, brands, and industry accounts to strengthen brand presence and visibility.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a professional, luxury-brand tone.
  • Monitor platform dashboards to track engagement, optimize content performance, and support consistent follower growth.


Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist with Meta advertising and retargeting campaigns during key sales periods.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to refine audience targeting and segmentation.
  • Submit COOP campaign previews for brand approval and schedule campaign launches.
  • Monitor campaign performance, refresh creative assets, and coordinate with Meta Marketing Pro/Support as needed.


Videography & Creative Production (REQUIRED)

  • Hands-on videography is required.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content.
  • Capture lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes, and campaign-driven visuals.
  • Support creative planning, shot lists, and execution for digital campaigns.


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (luxury, fashion, or jewelry preferred).
  • Proven hands-on content creation experience-must personally shoot and edit content.
  • Portfolio or verifiable proof of work required (social channels, campaigns, reels, website, etc.).
  • Candidates who have only managed agencies or creators will not be considered.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and attention to detail.
  • Experience with community management (comments, DMs, engagement).
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads, retargeting, and audience targeting.
  • Familiarity with Meta Professional Dashboard and performance analytics.
