A leading telecommunications company's Legal and Emergency Response team is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Contract Legal Data Entry Specialist to join their Case Management group. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for processing and routing legal demands served upon the company for historical customer information. You will analyze and accurately categorize legal documents such as court orders, search warrants, and subpoenas to ensure they are handled properly. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and a strong commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for implementing, administering, maintaining and coordinating all IES safety policies and programs including safety training and inspections for the assigned project and others as needed. Ensures compliance with all IES and Site/Customer safety policies and procedure, as well as Federal and State Standards. Develops and manages Safety/Health initiatives aimed at preventing and eliminating occupational incidents, injuries and illnesses. EMT or higher credentials strongly preferred.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Fully support all IES and Site/Customer safety policies, procedures and programs and Federal and State Standards. 2. Deliver safety new employee orientation (NEO), OSHA 10/30 hour and other safety training as needed &/or required by IES, Site/Customer, OSHA, state or local safety standards. 9. Deliver and coordinate safety training for management and field personnel in accident prevention techniques, compliance with IES safety policies, procedures and programs and federal and state standards. 10. As needed, prepare written reports and summaries to provide concise, meaningful information regarding safety audits, investigations and issues. 11. Conduct and coordinate root cause investigations on recordable incidents, near misses and vehicle incidents. 12. Utilize the root cause analysis to help operations identify and implement corrective actions to help prevent future reoccurrence of similar incidents. 13. Participate in and take the lead in any OSHA inspection process as defined in the IES Safety Manual Section 18 and effectively communicate with project stakeholders. 14. Prepare and maintain safety related records and reports. 15. Teach, counsel and mentor all stakeholders to uphold the IES Safety Culture.16. Coordinate Activities with and support site management. 17. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:

Role Overview:

This position coordinates site-level execution, including site surveys, installations, cutovers, and operational validation, while ensuring successful transition from legacy analog services to modern replacement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes for all IT and telecommunications deliverables.
• Perform periodic inspections and assessments of contractor and government compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Provide independent quality assessments of IT projects and recommend improvements for organizational processes.
• Ensure all work performed aligns with contract requirements, Army IT policies, and industry best practices.
• Conduct formal and informal reviews at pre-determined project milestones.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues, track trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and track business-specific quality metrics to measure IT and telecommunications service performance.
• Analyze and document nonconformances, system deviations, and process inefficiencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in quality assurance for IT and telecommunications programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field desired.
• Must be Security+ certified (or hold an equivalent certification in compliance with IAT Level II).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and ITIL Foundations certifications desired.
• Experience conducting audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Proficient in developing QA metrics, tracking performance, and implementing process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Able to conduct formal and informal reviews of project deliverables to ensure quality compliance.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management, ITSM frameworks, and Army compliance requirements desired.
• Proficient with quality management systems (QMS), risk assessments, and process auditing methodologies.
• Able to interact professionally with all levels of an organization.
• Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
