Purpose

The IT Field Engineer II will support physical deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting IT hardware and cabling at Roseburg production sites, offices, and data centers. This position will actively collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Network, and System Engineers and may lead small site-level initiatives to ensure reliable manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and Maintain Fiber Optic and Low Voltage Data Cabling Infrastructure
• Supervise and manage external HVAC, Power, Cooling, and Low Voltage contractors
• Design, implement, and manage Server room physical infrastructure(data racks, data cable routing, HVAC, and UPS power and power distribution).
• Implement and manage Access control and camera systems used in both security and process environments.
• Work with Engineering department and plant leadership to manage major construction projects that require additional IT physical infrastructure.
• Assist Core Infrastructure and Operations teams in the installation and configuration of computers, storage, switches, routers, wireless, and other IT infrastructure.
• Work with the service desk and support administrators to deploy devices such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Work as part of a virtual team with Automation to deploy HMI’s, PLC’s, and other operation system needs.
• Update and maintenance current as-builds for all infrastructure in netTerrain software Work with IT staff and plant staff to support and may lead capital improvement projects as assigned
• May provide guidance to junior IT Field Engineers

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Four years of experience working in IT in an industrial production environment.
• Demonstrated safety focus
• Network skills: Route, Switch, Firewall/Security, Wireless, Circuit Management, VPN, general infrastructure etc. (Cisco/Meraki)
• Physical Infrastructure installation skills such as data cabling, fiber optic splicing, UPS power and Datacenter cooling
• Facilitation and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to be on call for 24x7 manufacturing operations, including nights, weekends and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Experience interfacing with or supporting infrastructure needs of a process-control environment
• Experience with Schneider Electric UPS and HVAC Systems

Job Description

Responsibilities

• This technician will support a large federal agency's Network Infrastructure through survey, design, and deployment of structured networks and will be responsible for the upkeep of the security posture of the environment
• This is accomplished through projects such as new installations, life cycle replacement projects, Cable Plant and wireless installations that are compliant with commercial, TEMPEST, and NIST standards
• Lead network survey, design and installations under direction of the government
• analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks.
• Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
• Knowledge of DISA network topologies and standards
• Topology and rack elevations using Visio
• Create detailed Site Survey reports detailing a site's current infrastructure, NIST and TEMPEST compliance, along with design recommendations
• Configure, install, test, certify, and troubleshoot network infrastructure cabling
• Ensure Network cabling infrastructure is compliant with current NIST and TEMPEST Standards
• Build and install equipment racks
• Install, dress, label, and terminate Cat6 and Fiber cable in telecommunications rooms
• Test and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues on SIPR and NIPR networks
• Create accurate reports and documentation to design/certify network infrastructure
• Track, manage, and ensure project tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Develop Bills of Material (BOM) for network plant design requirements
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance and scheduled upgrades (Life-cycle replacements)
• Investigate physical faults in the network
• Report network infrastructure deployment status to key stakeholders

The salary range for this full-time role is $120,000-$140,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Our client is seeking a highly experienced Principal Program Manager to oversee large‑scale, complex infrastructure programs supporting global cloud customers. This senior‑level role is ideal for someone who excels at cross‑functional leadership, technical program execution, and customer‑facing delivery within modular data center and rack integration environments.

What You’ll Do

Customer Program Leadership

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic cloud customers, ensuring expectations are met through proactive communication, rapid issue resolution, and high‑quality execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver customized infrastructure solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Modular & Integrated Infrastructure Execution

• Direct the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Modular Data Center (MDC) programs, including design planning, build oversight, system configuration, full testing cycles, and global deployment.
• Manage complete rack integration projects from concept through global delivery, ensuring performance, quality, and scalability requirements are achieved.

Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure Delivery

Global Operations & Coordination

Technical Program Oversight

Operational & Delivery Excellence

• Champion continuous improvement in process workflows, risk mitigation, and global program execution.
• Own program timelines, schedules, and resource plans to ensure all commitments and milestone dependencies are managed effectively.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 12–15+ years of technical program management experience involving rack integration, modular data centers, or cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success managing large, global programs in customer‑facing environments.
• Strong ability to lead matrixed teams and collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain, and executive stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in modular data center design, rack‑level system integration, and large‑scale cloud infrastructure.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• PMP certification or similar program management credentials are a plus.

The Team:

Pinterest's Infrastructure Governance (InfraGov) team is a small, high-impact group driving the strategy and execution of key infrastructure programs that keep Pinterest scalable, cost-effective, and secure. Our charter covers everything from cloud spend control and capacity management to automation and vendor relationships. We work closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and major cloud partners to tackle Pinterest's most complex and important infrastructure challenges.

What you'll do:

• Lead or support strategic infrastructure programs, focusing on areas such as cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, automation, and cloud vendor management, with the flexibility to shift across the team's full portfolio as priorities evolve.
  
• Collaborate directly with engineering leads, technical program managers, finance stakeholders, and cloud vendors to ensure alignment, clear ownership, and drive measurable outcomes.
  
• Manage program dashboards, create informative reports, and communicate technical and operational recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

PhilaPort is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of complex capital construction projects that keep the region's maritime economy moving. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, construction management, and public-sector infrastructure, offering hands-on exposure to marine, environmental, and heavy civil projects that are rare in the private market.

If you're a civil, environmental, or construction engineer looking to grow into large-scale infrastructure work — or deepen your experience in marine construction — this is a unique opportunity to work on projects with long-term regional impact.

What You'll Do

As a Project Engineer, you'll support multiple phases of construction projects, from early planning through close-out, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and work plans for active construction projects
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, tracking progress, resolving issues, and helping keep projects on schedule
• Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution in the field
• Assist with contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scope documentation
• Participate in construction site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Support cost tracking, estimating, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For- You must have your PE License or be ready to sit for the exam.

Required / Core Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects in a project engineering or construction management role
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and field coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfort working in active construction environments and participating in site visits

Preferred (Not All Are Required)

• Background or interest in marine, environmental, or heavy civil construction
• Familiarity with regional permitting or public-sector infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• REQUIRED- PE license, EIT certification, or intent to sit for the PE exam within 6 months
• Experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or similar platforms (training can be provided)
