Responsibilities and Duties

Strategic Leadership & Oversight

  • Define, implement, and oversee the company’s business development strategy aligned with product roadmaps and long-term corporate objectives.
  • Act as the commercial product leader: translate customer needs and market trends into prioritized product opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead customer discovery and market research initiatives to validate product-market fit, define personas, and shape feature prioritization.
  • Establish governance processes to monitor performance, partnership health, and product market success.

  • Act as a senior leader and cross-functional influencer: present business cases to the executive team and advise on M&A or strategic investments when appropriate.
  • Provide strategic oversight to cross functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
  • Directs companies Business Analytic Team, establishing priorities.
  • Conduit to R&D team at HQ.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the Business Development team at HQ in Austria.
  • Serve as an input provider and sparring partner for strategic and regional product management.
  • Participate in the international Business Development collaboration network.
  • Maintain strong communication across time zones and cultures.
  • Inspire and align multiple stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

Education / Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or product strategy within a product‑centric or technology‑driven environment.
  • Proven track record overseeing cross‑functional initiatives, strategic partnerships, or product commercialization programs.
  • Hands-on product management experience (roadmap, prioritization, discovery, requirements or GTM – able to speak both commercial and product languages).
  • Strong analytic skills – experience with KPI’s, unit economics, pricing experiments, and data-driven decision making. Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, product analytics, CRM).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills: experience working with leadership‑level partners/customers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across Product engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.

Your Mission:

A global and innovative energy solutions company is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a true “right hand” to the CEO, CFO as well as help others on the C-Suite team with some administrative work. This is not a traditional administrative role, but a relational, and trust-based partnership designed to amplify the CEO's CFO’s effectiveness, clarity, and presence. The Executive Assistant will act as a stabilizing force, thoughtful gatekeeper, and intuitive collaborator, someone who understands not only what needs to be done, but how and when to do it in a way that respects people and priorities. Excellent skills using AI is a MUST as well as a “can do” problem solving persona. This is 3 or 4 days in the office depending on what is going on.

About the Job:

Trusted Partner & Strategic Support

  • Act as a thought partner and sounding board, offering perspective, feedback, and quiet counsel when needed.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively remove friction before issues arise.
  • Prepare the CEO/CFO for meetings and conversations with context and background information; leverage AI to draft, summarize analyze and prepare materials.

Time, Energy & Focus Management

  • Manage a complex and fluid calendar with an understanding of priorities and relationships, .
  • Protect the CEO and CFO’s time by thoughtfully filtering requests and creating space for strategic thinking.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel including detailed itineraries.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a warm, professional liaison between the CEO/CFO and internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and manage correspondence on the CEO and CFO’s behalf, ensuring tone, values, and intent are consistently reflected.

Information Flow & Follow-Through

  • Distill information into clear, actionable insights for the CEO and CFO; create and edit PowerPoint presentations.
  • Track commitments, decisions, and follow-ups to ensure momentum and accountability.
  • Support special projects and initiatives that require coordination, and thoughtful execution.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting busy C-Suite executives, preferably in the tech or finance space and someone who thrives in a start- up type firm mentality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Up to date and use AI Tools for daily work to increase productivity and improve processes

Position Summary

REMAX is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Experience (CX) Specialist. This position provides essential operational support to the CX team and plays a key role in ensuring surveys, reporting, documentation, and communications run smoothly. This role builds and tests surveys in Qualtrics, maintains recurring event-survey reporting, manages content on the CX SharePoint site, supports internal communications, and ensures high-quality execution of CX programs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, tech‑savvy, and energized by supporting work that improves customer insight and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics Support

  • Refresh recurring reports (e.g., event or post‑interaction surveys) following established templates and processes.
  • Perform initial QA on reporting data:
  • Validate counts, filters, segments, and date ranges
  • Confirm trends look accurate and consistent with prior data
  • Distribute dashboards or summary updates according to cadence and stakeholder lists.
  • Maintain trackers for survey performance, response rates, and reporting schedules.

Internal Communications Support

  • Draft internal update emails, release notes, and announcements related to surveys, reporting cycles, and CX program changes.
  • Post communications to SharePoint, Teams channels, or distribution lists.
  • Support the CX Analysts with preparation of content for readouts, workshops, and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary maintainer of the CX SharePoint site.
  • Update pages, upload new materials, archive outdated content, and maintain clean structure and version control.
  • Manage SharePoint permissions according to governance standards.

Program Support & Coordination

  • Assist with preparation for CX workshops, including journey mapping, persona sessions, and insight readouts.
  • Take notes, prepare artifacts, and handle logistics (invites, room setup, virtual tools).
  • Maintain CX team calendars, project trackers, and documentation repositories.
  • Support ad hoc tasks across the CX program portfolio.

Qualtrics Survey Management

  • Build surveys in Qualtrics using approved instruments, applying appropriate logic, embedded data, branching, and branding.
  • Conduct end-to-end QA and testing.
  • Manage survey versions, change logs, and launch schedules.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to the CX Analysts or Director when needed.

Agent Recruitment Resource

  • Engage, and build relationships with potential new REMAX agents through personalized, high-touch recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, explain the REMAX value proposition, and address candidate questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Education teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and processes.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, Customer Experience, or a related field.
  • Experience in process design, development and improvement.
  • 1–2 years of experience in coordination, project support, operations, research, marketing, or related field.
