Job PurposeReliability Development Engineers are responsible for validating the body and/or chassis strength, durability, and marketability to meet Honda’s internal requirements and model specific targets with a goal of meeting or exceeding Honda and Acura customer expectations. You will be in charge of delivering full vehicle computational and testing results for body and/or chassis systems with available guidance as you continue to expand your technical knowledge and deepen your expertise in automotive development.
Key Accountabilities- Produce and analyze engineering data using pre-set tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
- Responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating various aspects of exterior performance tests including arrangement of facilities, requesting technician support, and acquiring testing materials.
- Physically support tests including confirmation that test setups are correct and that test plans are understood and executed to intent.
- Prepare moderately complex documentation for review by technical leadership to record and submit all necessary development / testing / research information per the determined schedule.
- Help coordinate and execute root cause analysis, countermeasure activites, and improvement intiatives to technical leadership
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 0-6 years engineering experience based on education
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Experience in data analysis and communication of complex information to engineering management is desired.
- Experience with following software or similar is desired
- 3D CAD surface modeling CATiA or SolidWorks
- Data acquisition software

About this Position:
Lead and manage New Model project for new launches in North America through cross-functional coordination and cost roll-up of automotive parts sourced within Global and North American supply base, all which have significant impact on HDMA financial performance. Effectively lead and develop cost targets and strategies to achieve NM Model cost reduction goals for assigned models, monitoring progress and performance against the project, plan versus actual. Provide clear, concise, and accurate cost and maker layout reports to Purchasing management and New Model Cost in line with project requirements. Monitor progress and performance against the project, plan versus actual Lead team cost correlation activity with both global and regional design functions. Support project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
Responsibilities include:
- Create, maintain, and manage multiple new models (13-17) project schedules to meet overall schedule milestones and deliverables
- Represent the Department independently in project team meetings, theme activity, and evaluations; communicating across DEB areas to share ideas and gain consensus on key decisions and milestones
- Independently summarize Unit activity, conduct periodic reviews with Unit, Department & Division management to confirm new model status. This includes Supplier and Cost strategy items.
- Create and manage new model cost targets through cost correlation activity with design, effectively managing performance and implementing countermeasure plans accordingly (annual supplier spend $3.2B/$38M investment).
- Accurately roll-up cost (piece price and investment) for each NM event, and report cost and project status at New Model Evaluations to Procurement and Design Leadership
- Report departments project status, clarifying risk and path forward at New Model evaluations (Cost Evaluations, We Are Ready) to Procurement Senior Management
- Communicate and collaborate across DEB areas of the business to share ideas and reach consensus. Share project requirements to Department team and suppliers
- Develop and manage the coordination of cost table activity for use in supplier negotiation
- Mentor associates within group on problem solving, procedures, and fostering development

Description
Our Client is in search of a talented Security Training Manager to ensure the overall organization, development, and implementation of all training programs for the department’s safety and security policies and procedures. This role requires advanced organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and capacity to provide guidance and oversight to security officers and specialty teams. The manager is accountable for new hire training, sustainment training, instructor courses, lesson plan, and policy development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage training and development for all Security Operations and Special Operations employees, including academy and sustainment programs.
- Coordinate, develop, and manage departmental sustainment training and collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the Field Training Officer (FTO) program, including creating policy and curriculum, and overseeing onboarding.
- Coordinate and conduct CPR/AED and First Aid training for Security Operations personnel.
- Establish and maintain all recertification programs and tracking.
- Oversee inventory control of all medical and training supplies.
- Assist with the hiring process, including interviews, assessments, and range training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experiencein security training is strongly preferred.

Summary: The Pubs Change and Comms Manager Eval and Insp Scheduler to perform management functions to effectively plan, budget, and execute all HQ/ACC Aircrew Evaluation Visits, ACC/IG Inspection General (IG) support, and ACC Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs). In addition, manages all ACC/A3 related Air Force Instructions updates, Flight Crew Information File (FCIF), Safety Information Instruction (SII) and SharePoint information from A3TV. Manages AFI rewrites and Master Question File (MQF) updates for all ACC weapon systems.
Responsibilities & Objectives of this Role:
- Tracks and documents SAV/AQC (Aircrew Qualification Check)/UEI (Unit Effectiveness Inspection) schedule on A3TV Office White Board and SharePoint Site.
- Ensures 100% schedule synchronization with ACC/IG, NAF, and AF Reserve Component (ARC) inspection plans. Ensures timely delivery of inspection and site visit plans from NAFs to A3TV and ensures timely coordination between A3TV and ACC/IG.
- Performs as the A3TV PoC for standardization, "gatekeeping", administration, and processing of FCIFs/SIIs/Waivers/HHQ Memos. Provides monthly updates to A3 via A3O briefing on FCIFs released within the previous 60 days.
- Maintains the A3TV SharePoint for use as an effective communication tool with Wings/NAFs/ARC. Maximizes standardization between A3TV and NAF Standard/Evaluation SharePoint pages.
- Collects and compiles performance data, such as Standard Evaluation Board (SEB) and AQC reports, from NAFs, Direct Reporting Units (DRU)s, Wings, and Groups. Analyzes the data for positive/negative trends across MDS, Wings, Crew positions, etc. Presents this refined analysis and suggested action items to A3T and A3.
- Tracks and manages AFI change due dates and coordinate rewrite for all affected A3 publications.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- 1 year of experience with DoD, AF, and ACC policies and directives regarding aircrew standardization and evaluation
- 1 year of HQ staff experience at the NAF level or higher
- 5 years of USAF Career Enlisted Aviators or rated aviator experience.
- Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery directly related to position.
- Must be able to exchange information effectively with leadership, development teams, and product managers. Active listening skills during meetings and presentations.

The client's Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team is seeking a Technical Lead to participate in development activities spanning multiple Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to:
1. Independently build and unit test components as well as work with Dev/QA team members to resolve code and configuration-based defects. Lead a dev team and provide guidance/mentor as needed.
2. Provide direction to the dev team to conduct research and document results for new Salesforce capabilities or review exiting platform-related issues.
