Responsibilities:
Responsible for safely operating electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift or elevating platform, to push, lift, stack, or move products or materials by performing the following duties:
- Adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect
- Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated area
- Unloads and stacks material by using lifting device
- Replenishes shelves throughout the facility based on the number on the product, by scanning the tag to determine location
- Positions and weighs pallets
- Inventories materials on work floor and stocks the shelves in order to replenish necessary products
- Loads or unloads materials onto to or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device. Must be able to document information as per SOP
- Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance

Qualifications:

Join our team in Memphis, TN as a Service Manager, where you’ll take ownership of a high-performing service branch. In this role, you’ll lead maintenance operations, oversee dispatch and workflow, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for safety, team development, inventory management, and P&L performance—while ensuring all equipment and vehicle service is properly documented. This is a hands-on leadership role with a direct impact on operational success
Duties and Responsibilities
- Forecasts workload based on job schedules and assigns work to mechanics, technicians, and shop support personnel accordingly through the development of accurate estimates.
- Assists with preventative maintenance and repairs in the shop as needed.
- Assumes primary P&L responsibility for branch service operations.
- Creates quotes for approval, open work orders, assigns appropriate mechanics to complete repairs, orders parts from vendors, and ensures readiness prior to the crane leaving for the job.
- Opens and maintains the purchase order system.
- Confers with vendors regarding the availability of goods, prices, deliveries, discounts, and changes in supplies, materials, and equipment offered for sale.
- Implements current and improved systems and procedures in accordance with company policies for Safety, Operations, Sales, and Administrative functions.
- Conducts weekly inventory counts and an annual audit in shops to maintain accuracy in ordering, receiving, usage, and adjustments to inventory.
- Actively oversee training and safety practices of employees and correct as needed; actively support and encourage safety training and compliance with all safety procedures.
- Maintains records and prepares reports for the department
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma or GED
- Certified Crane Inspector preferred
Experience:
- 7+ years' experience working with heavy equipment; cranes preferred
Skills/Knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge in Mobile Cranes and their transport equipment including designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of CMMS systems
- Advanced ability to build strategic working relationships

The Resource Surgical Technologist functions under the direction of the registered professional nurse. Assists the health care team in providing safe, age appropriate and culturally aware patient care. He/she has advanced knowledge, skill and ability to perform duties within the context of at least three surgical specialties including moderate to high acuity cases (with an expectation on occasion to work above this level as cases require) as defined by the scope of anatomy, equipment and instrumentation of the case and anticipates the needs of the surgeon and other members of the healthcare team. Exhibits a high-level ability to acquire additional surgical skills for progressively more difficult cases and functions as an expert technical resource. Demonstrates an efficient, organized surgical plan for assigned cases. Takes initiative to discuss surgical plan with other members of the healthcare team. Able to troubleshoot instruments and equipment. Anticipates any additional supplies or equipment required for procedures. Acts as a liaison with sterile processing department. Expert level clinical skill, knowledge, and disposition to mentor, precept or train in various modalities. Initiates performance improvement initiatives in conjunction with unit leadership. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation of the operative suite and surgical field to ensure a safe patient care environment while being vigilant for the maintenance of the sterile field and other patient safety concerns. In addition, they will gather required instruments, supplies and serve as surgical assistant as needed. (not to be confused with a certified surgical first assistant). Other duties as assigned including but not limited to assisting with inventory, ordering and stocking ORs and additional perioperative areas as assigned. Also, ensure that the unit is compliant with Joint Commission standards at all times. Call or late coverage may be required related to the facility in which the ST is working.
DEFINITION:
Certified Surgical Technologist required to have a certificate or associate's degree from a community college or a technical school and have passed the a competency examination through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting or National Center for Competency Testing
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
He/she has the knowledge, skill and ability of the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon and other members of the healthcare team within moderate to high difficulty surgical cases as defined by the scope of anatomy, equipment, and instrumentation of the case
* Checks supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedure which includes review and utilization of appropriate preference card.
* Assists with room set-up to include opening of sterile supplies.
* Sets up sterile table with instruments, supplies, equipment, and medication/solutions needed for procedure in an accurate, aseptically prioritized, and timely manner, including reviewing and utilizing appropriate preference cards.
* Performs appropriate surgical counts with circulator.
* Actively participates in the procedure pause/time-out.
* Scrubs, gowns, and gloves; Gowns and gloves surgeon and assistants.
* Assists in draping sterile field.
* Passes instruments to surgeon during the procedure. Maintains an organized back table and operative field. Able to anticipate and offer surgeon suggestions throughout the procedure for facilitating cases.
* Maintains highest standard of sterile technique during procedure.
* Prepares sterile dressings.
* Actively participates in post procedure pause which includes accounting for proper handling of the specimens.
* Cleans and prepares instruments for terminal sterilization, taking initiative to inform SPD of critical need instrument.
* Applies principles of asepsis to ensure the prevention of infection and safety of patients and employees.
* Prepares case carts according to procedure and preference cards. Reviews surgical schedule and assists clinical coordinator with preparation for future cases.
* Observes patients condition and immediately reports any changes or significant findings to the physician and Registered Nurse.
* Proactively plans for the next steps in the progression of procedure as needed, demonstrating an ability to adjust without faltering when an emergency arises.
* Performs with the knowledge, skill, and ability within the context of moderate to high acuity surgical cases.

Job Summary:
The Infection Preventionist is responsible for activities surrounding infection prevention and control with emphasis on
surveillance, investigation, data analysis/interpretation, consultation, and education. Through these activities, the
Infection Preventionist supports the Hospital Infection Prevention Program to improve patient outcomes in all clinical
areas as assigned by the director. This role serves as the Infection Prevention Officer.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Surveillance: Demonstrates clinical competency and expertise in epidemiology. Demonstrates
understanding of NHSN definitions of infections used for surveillance purposes. Participates in the
development of a plan for routine surveillance of assigned patient groups. Conducts ongoing infection
prevention and/or control interventions and implements as appropriate. Reviews and interprets infection
surveillance data on a regular basis. Identifies clusters/potential outbreaks early.
Investigation: Initiates preliminary case finding and risk factor evaluation for the early detection of potential
problems, collaborates in planning for, and participates in the conduction of epidemiologic investigations
identified. Reports confirmed exposures (patient and/or personnel) to the appropriate internal and/or
external individuals. Integrates evaluation of improvements into surveillance practice.
Consultation: Initiates and provides routine consultation relating to the implementation of established
infection prevention and control policies/procedures. Seeks internal and external consultation as needed to
increase expertise to ensure appropriate investigative/interventional measures are implemented. Advises
department manager, faculty, staff, and students regarding infection problems and recommended
prevention and control measures.
Education: Provides formal, problem-oriented educational programs as assigned. Provides informal
education to staff members as needed. Develops, coordinates, and provides educational programs (i.e.
Asepsis, BSI bundle, etc.) as assigned.
Administrative Activities: Collaborates on an ongoing basis with the department director and HEP Staff.
Participates in of HEP staff meetings. Participates in the Infections Committee meetings as needed.
Participates in the routine review of the HEP policies and procedures. Participates in the routine review of
the Infection Control Manual in conjunction with the Infections Committee. Represents HEP on house-wide
and other committees as assigned.
