Position Description: Project Supervisors are responsible for one or more of the following areas on a specific project/program: Functional Performance, Project Reporting, and/or Personnel Performance. Project Supervisors demonstrate technical expertise and leadership and should be familiar with the commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in electrical and/or civil engineering environments, preferably in the utility industry, and be able to rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Supervisors are expected to be able to recommend new and/or improvements to documentation and implement approved changes. While their focus is on the assigned project functions, the failure of their team/area to achieve objectives will impact overall project/program deadlines and results.
The Design Supervisor:
- Provides first-level leadership: Supervises and leads a team or functional activities daily
- Concurrently perform the work of those they supervise
- Provides support to key duties of the Project Manager / Project Engineer
- Assists in the process to review function/project procedures, specifications, and standards
- Works with Project Engineer to set priorities for a team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities for team members.
- Provides cross-functional representation
- Mentor team members in professional development
- Responsible for performance management of team members
- Complete and deliver annual performance reviews for assigned staff
- Provides input on disciplinary actions
- Adapts management to changing conditions and supports associates affected by the change.
Requirements:
Education/Experience Requirements:
- EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree or higher is preferred
- EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in the Electric Utility Industry is required; previous experience as a supervisor/manager is strongly preferred

- Familiar with basic concepts, practices, and procedures used in general personnel management

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.
In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Applicants without utility pole design or distribution engineering experience will not be considered.
Note: This position is remote, but new hires must attend a 2-week paid, in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.

About the role - Welder/Maintenance Technician (Winnemucca, NV)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a Welder/Maintenance Technician within our Specialty Mining Chemicals team.
The Maintenance Welder/Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks to maintain, repair, and improve plant equipment and infrastructure. This role ensures operational reliability and compliance with safety and quality standards, in addition to a basic understanding of Maintenance Technician skills.

- Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday 4-10's

What you will be doing
- Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication on plant equipment, piping systems, and structural components.
- Read, interpret, and update blueprints, technical drawings, weld maps, and welding symbols.
- Understand, inspect, and maintain welding tools and equipment to ensure good welding practices and safe operation.
- Ability to plan welding work, order and assemble parts, materials, and consumables for welding jobs.
- Able to qualify and follow weld procedures
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow Orica’s safety protocols, including PPE requirements and hazard identification.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance programs.
- Review planned work with the supervisor ahead of time to limit downtime during the assembly process
- Provide accurate and fast estimates on task completions when requested
- Assist in controlling site fixed costs by following or proposing lean methodology for expenditures. Consider alternative solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge to be able to manage documentation.
- Adheres to all company safety protocols.
What you will bring
- Minimum 2 years of welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent), 1G – 6G plate and pipe, or the ability to pass the performance testing of each preferred.
- Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and stick welding techniques.
- Ability to work with carbon steel and stainless steel.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions.
- Basic understanding of NDE.

- Frequent repetitive motion involving wrists, hands, and fingers.

Physician (Emergency Medicine) Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to start work ASAP but ideally NLT spring/summer 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and managing a wide variety of cases, often complicated by indistinct symptoms or overlapping conditions, across a patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric. This role requires exercising considerable skill, perception, and independent judgment to ensure proper diagnosis, treatment, and referral in a fast-paced emergency department.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Triage and Diagnosis: Serves as a Medical Officer in the Emergency Room (ER), receiving patients with diverse and complex conditions. Exercises significant independent judgment to accurately diagnose and treat patients presenting with indistinct or overlapping symptoms.
Critical Decision-Making: Makes immediate, critical decisions and initiates treatment for difficult emergency cases, including heart attacks, head injuries, lacerations, seizures, and other life-threatening conditions.
Direct Patient Treatment: Treats the physical condition of the patient (e.g., administers intravenous fluids for heat exhaustion, prescribes medication) or recognizes and refers patients to a specialist for further diagnosis and treatment when necessary.
Surgical Procedures: Performs minor surgery as required, such as incision and drainage (I&D) of abscesses, I&D of hemorrhoids, and suturing lacerations.
Leadership and Supervision: Instructs and supervises other medical personnel in the care and treatment of patients, serving as a Senior Specialist and mentor within the department.
Medication Management: Administers and prescribes appropriate medicine and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Record Keeping: Accurately records all relevant medical data and case history in the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) .
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
US Citizenship required
Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited medical school.
Residency: Completion of an accredited residency in emergency medicine.
Experience:
Proven experience Board Certified emergency medicine Physicians or residency trained with 4 years emergency room experience ( Family Medicine and potentially internal medicine would be suitable as well if they meet the experience clause)
Postgraduate clinical experience in emergency medicine is required.
Licensure and Certification:
Valid state medical license and current registration to practice.
Board certification or eligibility by ABEM or AOBEM.
Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is required.
ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications are highly desirable.

Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position The Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist performs phlebotomy and specimen collection. They use Lab Information System (LIS) and Hospital Information System (HIS) to conduct functions related to phlebotomy, patient registration, order entry, result look-up and report generation. They process specimens for diagnostic testing and referral testing and sort specimen drop-offs according to insurance. They ensure accurate registration of specimens as needed.
