Metro Community Health Center is looking for a dedicated Mobile Therapist to join our Mobile Mental Health Program. The chosen candidate will deliver therapy and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults, diagnose mental illnesses, and provide treatments in underserved communities throughout Pittsburgh. Our services aim to bridge gaps in healthcare access across various neighborhoods and demographics, serving populations like the uninsured, homeless individuals, those in poverty, substance abuse sufferers, disabled individuals, at-risk children, veterans, isolated seniors, members of the LGBTQA+ community, sex workers, and others who need mental health support but struggle to access traditional care settings. In addition to therapy, the mobile therapist will participate in outreach and educational activities at various events and gatherings, ensuring that high-quality care is accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Screen, assess and provide psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children with common mental health and substance abuse issues.
- Use standardized assessment tools and measures to determine appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strength-based, developmentally appropriate, individualized treatment plans and use evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Activation, Problem Solving and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in reaching their treatment goals.
- Offer crisis intervention support and referral to clients in acute distress or experiencing psychiatric emergencies.
- Work with Mental Health Case Manager to facilitate care coordination, resource navigation, and linkage to services as deemed clinically and socially necessary for mental health treatment.
- Participate in regularly scheduled caseload consultations with assigned clinical supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Use provided tools to track patient care and treatment as needed to evaluate specific outcome measures.
- Stay current on best practices in mental health treatment by attending relevant training and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards of practice, including maintaining client confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries.
- Support the 988-crisis system by helping stabilize community members, reducing Emergency Department visits, and enhancing overall community mental health.
Qualifications

- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Physician (Emergency Medicine) Part-Time
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to start work ASAP but ideally NLT spring/summer 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and managing a wide variety of cases, often complicated by indistinct symptoms or overlapping conditions, across a patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric. This role requires exercising considerable skill, perception, and independent judgment to ensure proper diagnosis, treatment, and referral in a fast-paced emergency department.

- Triage and Diagnosis: Serves as a Medical Officer in the Emergency Room (ER), receiving patients with diverse and complex conditions. Exercises significant independent judgment to accurately diagnose and treat patients presenting with indistinct or overlapping symptoms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service within 24 to 48 hours, as well as routine upkeep on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a “punch” list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance shop by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.
- Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.
- Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
- Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.

Work Hours (may vary by state or location):

The Concrete Block Machine Operator operates a batching system that feeds aggregates, cement, and water mixed together creating the ideal mix design to form a strong dependable block. Once the material is mixed, it is the operators job to set machine parameters that will feed and form the concrete block with high levels of vibration. After a minimum of 16 hours the block is cured enough that it can be handled and formed to be shipped at a later date. The operator is responsible for operator the dry side of the machine that creates a safe practical pattern to be shipped. All of this while monitoring our quality standards set by the industry and Easton Block specifications. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and strives to continuously build knowledge and skills.

Uses hoist to assist in mold changes of different products

ABOUT THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze survey reports, maps, plans, and other relevant information for project planning
- Oversee survey operations for construction, develop site grading and drainage plans
- Oversee SWPPP implementation and maintenance in accordance with regulations
- Check and reconcile drawings with field survey control points, ensure elevations, rebar placement, top of concrete, foundation location matches the drawings before concrete is ordered
- Submitting permit applications for projects with multiple regulations to appropriate local, state and federal agencies
- Budget construction cost and risk analysis for projects
- Site investigations: Conduct field visits and analyze survey data, soil reports, and environmental constraints to determine project feasibility
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, government officials, and project managers to resolve design modifications and project issues
- Project Support: Will support Project Managers and other engineers in project activities including, but not limited to the following: Preparation of bid packages, acquisition of quotations and bids, preparation of purchase order documents, tracking orders and processing the invoices

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for making process improvements through collection and analysis of manufacturing data to improve safety, product quality, customer delivery, and cost reductions. Provide on-floor process information for training and meeting engineering standards. Support and provide production associates with the tools required to perform the job in a manner to meet all requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Leading and directing technical activities are necessary to solve problems encountered from blending through shipping. Ensure the team takes the necessary steps through effective communication and proper documentation to avoid similar problems in the future
- Develop & maintain process guidelines (SOP/SOC) and training programs for the integration of new products and systems
- Reduce process variation (improve process capability) to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards
- Lead cost reduction initiatives through materials, product, and process improvements; assist the project teams to hold brainstorming sessions and develop action plans for the Profit Improvement Process (PIP), including activities to reduce utilities consumption, cycle times, scrap, downtime, material usage variance, and direct labor
- Act as a technical resource in Continuous Improvement Tools to plant and PIP project leaders: Lean Manufacturing/Toyota Production Systems, Six-Sigma, 5S/6S, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen Events, Value Stream Maps, DOEs, FMEAs, Advanced Problem-Solving, SMED, etc., and assist in their implementation in an efficient manner for individual projects
- Participate in the updating of manufacturing standards as a result of performance improvements
- Develop work cell layouts in an effort to optimize material flow and support 5S and visual management initiatives
- Initiate new equipment and technologies to maintain the company’s competitive advantage; including detailed scope definitions with the plant (capabilities, throughput, and equipment controls including function block diagrams, process parameters, and data acquisition requirements), RFQ documents, and execution timeline plans (including facility preparation, installation, H&S, training, production ramp-up, etc.).

The Senior Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and support electrical systems for specialized equipment used in manufacturing, distribution, and automation environments.

Key Responsibilities
