About You
Your contribution
As a member of the Retail Operations team, this associate will be responsible for consulting with our ShopRite and Alternate Banner Members, store management and retail staff with regard to the operations and merchandising of our Produce Departments. The Produce Merchandiser will consult with our Members, retail staff and subsidiaries on all innovative/state of the art merchandising strategies and technological advances to ensure long-term growth and profitability. A successful merchandiser analyzes market trends, understands the importance of seasonality and creativity in the craft. This associate will counsel our stores regarding departmental sales, gross profit, labor, shrink, product quality, training and customer service. This is accomplished through the establishment of Member/Store specific business plans which enhance market share, build sales, and ensure profitability in their respective trade areas. This merchandiser will conduct store visits to ensure merchandising standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are in place in order to deliver consistent execution and financial results by leading and coaching for improvement. This individual shares best practices throughout the cooperative. In addition, this merchandiser will also be charged with the implementation and successful execution of all resets, remodels, new store setups, divisional programs, initiatives, and openings.
What you will do
- Provide knowledge and product information on various produce commodities to Wakefern procurement staff, Members, and Store personnel to enhance merchandising mix and sales opportunities.
- Convey leading edge knowledge of new, innovative concepts to ShopRite Members, Alternate Banner Members, Supervisors, and Store staff.
- Counsel Membership on all regulatory laws and compliance issues.
- Develop store Member Business Plans with sales goals, objectives, and measurables.
- Conduct quarterly Produce Manager/Supervisor meetings to introduce new products, concepts, and innovations plus solicit feedback on how Wakefern can provide better support and service.
- Monitor ad activity and retail pricing in ShopRite market areas.
- Assist in all remodels and new store openings.
- Develop value-added product lines to support the customer trends.
- Conduct and monitor yields of products to ensure proper sales value and gross profit at store level.
- Liaison with procurement staff to solicit vendors and products that are more advantageous to promote.
- Development of promotional P.O.S. materials pamphlets, and brochures
- Provide technical support to the Members to enhance sales, profits, and customer image. (Shrink Clinic, Training, etc.)
- Coach and counsel merchandising staff to focus on supporting corporate and department goals and objectives through written business plans and measurables.
- Work with Human Resources to develop retail training seminars and enhance our overall operation, customer image, and performance.
- In conjunction with Tech, develop user-friendly sales and gross profit reports and merchandising information (ie: QA scores, customer service measurements, demographics, etc.) to support perishables goals and objectives.
What we’re looking for
- Four year college degree strongly preferred. Equivalent retail supermarket experience will be considered in lieu of college degree.
- Minimum 3 years in Produce Department management / supervisory experience in operations and merchandising
- Refined organizational and problem-solving skills; able to develop ideas and procedures
- Strong time management skills; must be able to follow-through on multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to convey information clearly and concisely to various audiences
- Expertise in processes and utilization of reports that drive retail excellence within our Produce Departments
- Ability to train and coach associates at store level in Produce operations and merchandising standards
- Proficiency in taking and reviewing SI inventory
- Knowledge of retail operations related to sales, gross profit, shrink, labor requirements and retail merchandising

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.

Regional Field Service Manager
Location: Roanoke, VA (Relocation Required)
Department: Field Services / Aftermarket

Position Summary
The Regional Field Service Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and scaling field service operations across an assigned region, supporting installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and aftermarket service of power and distribution transformers. This role ensures safe execution, technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance across all field activities.
This position is ideal for a proven field services leader with strong transformer expertise, customer-facing experience, and the ability to lead technicians in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations & Leadership
- Lead and manage regional field service technicians and supervisors supporting transformer service activities.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of field work including installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and emergency response.
- Set expectations, manage performance, and develop technical and leadership capability within the field organization.
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues, customer concerns, and field execution challenges.
Customer & Commercial Support
- Act as a primary regional contact for customers during field service and aftermarket engagements.
- Support customer meetings, outage planning, and service coordination.
- Partner with sales and aftermarket teams to support service opportunities, scope development, and execution planning.

Safety, Compliance & Standards

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in field services, power equipment service, or industrial service environments.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, managing technicians or field teams.
- Strong knowledge of power and/or distribution transformers, field testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and field execution simultaneously.
- Willingness to relocate to Roanoke, VA.
- Ability to travel regionally as required to support field operations.

Summary
The network telecommunications project manager position is responsible for reviewing, presenting and implementation of the design, installation (build, config, test, and deploying), and ensuring the maintenance and support of the company’s network telecommunications systems, including telephone, data, and video systems. They manage and supervise network telecommunication teams and work towards improving system performance, maintaining and reducing costs.
Essential Functions
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of network telecommunications equipment and systems
- Assess and recommend network telecommunications equipment to meet organization’s needs
- Manage and supervise the network telecommunications team, providing training and development opportunities as needed

Assemble and weld parts and/or frames to print specifications and self-inspect finished product.
- Align and clamp workpieces together, using rules, squares, or hand tools, or position items in fixtures, jigs, or vises.

The Floor Supervisor's primary function is to assist and support the Store and Assistant Manager in all aspects of the store, including all personnel, product, merchandising, and visual functions, business processes and results for the store. Assist management with recruiting, training and development of associates.
Overall responsibilities include:
- Direct and motivate the store team to provide service in accordance with the TH Customer Service program, generate sales and profit, minimize losses and while ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
- Maximize associate productivity, ensure compliance and consistent execution of company standards and Policy & Procedures as well as create an environment which is results driven.
- Assist in the development of associates through feedback, coaching and training.

Operational responsibilities include:

- Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program.

Box Assembler - Job Responsibilities and Requirement
Reading Blueprints and Specifications
Assemblers must be able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and flat layouts to ensure the accurate assembly of box cabinets, Racks and related components. Basic Understanding of Building skills, Electrical or mechanical background is a plus.
Using Tools and Assembly Techniques
Responsibilities include bending fastening devices, fitting and securing interlocking parts, and applying touch-up paint to finished cabinets as needed.
Packing for Shipment
Assemblers are responsible for properly packing cabinets for shipment to ensure products are protected and prepared for delivery
Duties include moving materials using hand trucks or fork trucks and completing required documentation and related paperwork.
Physical Requirements
The position requires frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, along with other physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
Safety Compliance
Assemblers must follow all workplace safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear protection, and safety shoes. (Steel Toed shoes)

What You'll Do:
The Production Leader has responsibility and accountability for the plant assets, EH&S, personnel, and the achievement of the plant related business goals. This role provides unit, business and people leadership and leads the unit's development to be a work process driven and empowered team.
What We're Looking For:
* Ensures the plant EH&S program delivers performance to meet EH&S goals and relevant permit/regulatory requirements. Leads by example with a commitment to safety by personal behavior.
* Key representative for the plant in goal setting and business strategy discussions, as well as communication of both within the unit.
* Accountable for meeting annual goals, objectives, and KPI improvements, including costs, asset reliability, and asset utilization.
* Manages annual operating budgets for all departments, review monthly costs and drive cost saving initiatives.
* Ensures implementation of work processes, operating discipline, management systems and roles.
* Ensures necessary resources are in place to meet production requirements and achieve the plant goals.
* Manage personnel issues (career development, training, succession planning, staffing, performance reviews, goals setting, discipline, etc.) for all employees in the department.
* Creates an environment that allows team and individual empowerment to grow and flourish. Models expected behaviors for an empowered organization.
* Ensures the operating discipline and standards are in place to produce quality products and meet customer needs.
* Ensure quality systems/standards are followed to meet customer requirements and adhere to applicable ISO/GMP certifications.
* Develop a culture that is responsive to the manufacturing environment and business needs through teamwork and personal accountability.
* Understand quality systems (ISO 9001:2015 and EFfCI) and Process Safety Management to ensure resources and controls are in place to meet all requirements.
* Communicate with Supply Chain or commercial teams on issues as needed. Ensure all applicable customer complaints are investigated and resolved.
* Work with Process Technology and Pilot Plant operations to support process/product development.
* Successfully support the scale-up of new products to support new business opportunities.
* Manage multiple costs centers associated with the above departments. Includes PO approvals as needed to maintain operations. Review and follow-up on monthly expense items to address overruns
* Work with Operations Support to manage capital plan for the department. This includes planning, project selection, prioritization, justification, and implementation. Projects should support safety improvements, maintain equipment and support business growth.
* Directly communicate with product and business leaders as needed.
* Participate as a member of the Avon Lake Leadership Team.

* 10+ years of process engineering and/or operations management in chemical industry.

The Assistant Traffic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and/or dispatching non-ferrous truck shipments, negotiating freight rates with carriers, and insuring on-time pick-up and delivery of product between facilities and broker accounts.
- Monitors, analyzes and negotiates freight rates with existing contract carriers, manages carrier to achieve most cost-effective utilization.
- Reviews established origin/destination points and negotiates rates with new and existing carriers to increase carrier base and reduce freight costs
- Expedites transportation solutions by trouble-shooting immediately when problems arise
- Contacts facility representative and broker account to determine when product is available to ship; notifies carriers of pick up and/or delivery schedule
- Sorts freight and demurrage bills, confirms accuracy of invoices and submits for payment
- Maintains the freight rate database
- Acts as back up for other traffic coordinators handling trucks
- Other responsibilities or projects as requested or assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience in the traffic/transportation industry
- Must be highly detail- oriented
- Must have excellent communications skills in order to manage communications between carriers, facilities, traders, vendors, suppliers to successful conclusions

POSITION SUMMARY
The General Assembler is responsible for assembling sheet metal parts, motors, blowers, and related sub-assemblies. This role installs assemblies into units, places insulation into metal panels, and installs motors and blowers into frames. The General Assembler may be required to perform other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble sheet metal components, mechanical sub-assemblies, motors, and blowers according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
- Install completed assemblies and sub-assemblies into units, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and function.
- Insert and secure insulation materials into metal panels following safety and quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to perform assembly operations accurately and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and production schedules to determine assembly requirements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet established standards and resolve basic assembly issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate any material shortages, equipment issues, or process concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.

Pay Range:$15-$18.16 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
