As a Partner Sales Executive, you will own revenue growth through strategic technology partnerships with a major focus on Amazon/AWS, Microsoft and other large ISVs or OEMs. You will be developing and executing on business plans, creating qualified pipeline, and driving co-sell opportunities to close. 3) Drive sellable joint offerings
- Identify opportunities to develop joint solutions and architectures that integrate Theobald Software technology into the partners product offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams and the partner contacts to produce field-ready pre-sales and sales assets (positioning, architecture guidance, competitive talk tracks, demos, customer success)
- Ensure offerings are commercially packaged to sell, including the ability to transact via AWS Marketplace
4) Partner enablement and alignment
- Align closely with partner account owners, sales engineers, product owners, to stay on top of partner strategy and customer needs
- Enable partner sellers with value proposition, case studies, training, reference architectures, that increase partner-developed opportunities
- Support partner and customer-facing deal execution, including guidance on Marketplace procurement to reduce friction
Who you are:
- 3 - 5+ years in enterprise software in partner sales, channel/OEM, or BD roles with proven ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Ability to identify and articulate business benefits of technical solutions and sell to senior stakeholders

Contract Liaisons provide strategic guidance and partner with Discovery Sciences (DS) project owners to efficiently manage the end-to-end contracting agreement process while ensuring Healthcare Compliance requirements are met.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Enter purchase requestions for team.
• Manage changes orders Purchase Requisition (PR) changes for all DS requests
• Manage invoicing mismatch process and advise leaders on needed approvals, changes, and invoicing issues.
• Processes, modify, and update Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) / non-disclosure agreement (NDA) requests
• Enter all Scope of Work (SOWs) for project requests into e-Marketplace or e-MC. These requests will be used to generate a contract / Purchase Order (PO) or a PO only, depending on project cost and risk assessment
• Determine all category designations for project requests. This is the most difficult component of the e- Marketplace process and often requires procurement interface
• Serve as the ‘project monitor’ for the project requestor
• Track requests on a regular basis and report on status to requestors
• Manage a ‘project tracker’ spreadsheet for each request and document activities (or lack thereof)
• Follow-up and serve as project expediter when a request gets stalled in R2P, Sourcing, Supplier contracting, or legal internally, or with the supplier externally
• Notify process step owners of changes / project timing criticality
• Process new supplier requests in ARAVO, and work with the supplier to get relevant banking information entered into the system
• Assist new HCP supplier complete submissions for HCP number, or National Provider Identifier Standard (NPI) number
• Manage and track the health care compliance component of all relevant contracts and POs / process Totality requests and track / monitor the request through the approval process
• Provide procurement, contracting and e-Marketplace training for the team

• Receive information from R&D business partners in order to submit PRs on their behalf
Examples of purchased goods or services may include: lab services, prototype components, sample raw materials, tools, catalog supplies, etc.
• Modify and manage purchase orders for the user base. This includes but are not limited to these activities: Check order status, modify quantities or due dates, receive and deliver products to team members, reassign PO owners, perform research, assist with error messages, cancel / close POs.
New Supplier Add Process
• Most supplier add requests are submitted through eMP. In certain circumstances, utilize ARAVO to create and update vendor information.
• Work with the requestor to complete the supplier add form for the preliminary required information to start the supplier add process.
• Enter the request to add a new supplier into the ARAVO database by adding the preliminary supplier information and instructions to the supplier contact to assist them with completing their required tasks.
• Follow the process through the ARAVO database to ensure that the supplier addition goes through smoothly and in a timely manner. This will then allow PRs to be created for the new supplier.
Customer Service and Training
• Proactively communicate with and provide customer service to company's requesters that KOCG is supporting.
• Ensure training and proficiency on all applicable company's Systems
• Provide detailed training for user community on PR entry, Invoice and PO management,
• Systems use, contracting, and other topics related to the procure-to-pay process. Compliance

Role Description:

As a Principal Product Designer, you will shape the UX/UI strategy for Flex’s digital products, transforming the traditional, often fragmented $90B+ moving, storage and last-mile delivery industry into a customer-first service with a Wow experience online and offline. You will operate at the intersection of consumer-facing booking flow and apps, marketplace supply platform and internal tools to drive efficiency and user satisfaction. This role is responsible for maintaining product information, coordinating promotions, supporting marketing campaigns, building lifecycle emails, and ensuring the online shopping experience runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Site & Merchandising Operations
- Manage product setup, updates, and merchandising in Shopify
- Maintain product data including descriptions, pricing, images, tags, and collections
- Ensure product launches and promotions are executed accurately and on time
- QA website updates across PDPs, PLPs, and landing pages
- Monitor site functionality and report bugs or issues
Lifecycle Marketing Support (Klaviyo)
- Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Create and maintain automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reorder reminders, etc.)
- Implement segmentation logic and campaign targeting
- QA emails across devices before launch
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams on email creative and copy
- Monitor basic email performance metrics (open rate, click rate, revenue attribution)
(Important framing: execution + maintenance, not lifecycle strategy ownership.)
Promotions & Campaign Support
- Coordinate sitewide promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Support implementation of discount codes, bundles, and promotional pricing
- Assist with homepage updates and merchandising changes
- Work with marketing to align on campaign timing and execution
Product Feed & Marketplace Support
- Assist with maintaining product feeds for Google Merchant Center and marketplaces
- Help troubleshoot product listing issues across channels
- Ensure product availability and pricing consistency across platforms
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams
- Support documentation of e-commerce processes and workflows
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking

About the Role
The Senior Manager of eCommerce, Dickies is responsible for leading, executing, and communicating the strategic vision for Dickies’ digital business. Reporting to the Senior Director of eCommerce (Dickies, Billabong, Quiksilver), this role owns in-season go-to-market execution while partnering cross-functionally to optimize conversion, revenue, and overall site performance.

How You’ll Contribute

Associate Merchant / Buyer
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Associate Merchant/ Buyer to work with Product Development and lead seasonal assortment planning across our ecommerce and B2B channels. The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate fashion-forward buyer who understands how brand storytelling, product, and timing drive demand and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
Buying Support & Analytics
Provide hands-on support for buying activities and sku performance analysis.
- Pull and analyze sales reports to inform buying decisions
- Generate performance reports across categories, styles, and time periods
- Track sell-through rates, inventory levels, and key performance metrics
- Support reorder and markdown recommendations based on inventory reports and data analysis
- Prepare buying presentations and line reviews
- Select and buy product across key categories with a clear aesthetic and customer lens
- Shape seasonal assortments and focused capsules
- Partner closely with design and product development to influence direction early

Seasonal & Launch Calendar

- Support B2B needs including:

Trend Research & Analysis
Identify and analyze external marketplace trends across all relevant product elements to inform buying and product development decisions.
