About the Role
We are hiring a Founding Account Executive to own revenue alongside the founders. This is a highly strategic, zero-to-one role for an entrepreneurial seller who thrives in early-stage environments and has a proven track record of closing six-figure or larger enterprise deals.
You will play a central role in shaping the company’s go-to-market motion, influencing positioning, pricing, packaging, and sales process, while providing direct customer feedback that informs product direction.
What You’ll Do
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing complex enterprise deals
• Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling ROI across customer segments
• Partner closely with founders on strategy, pricing, and packaging
• Build repeatable sales processes and playbooks from the ground up
• Contribute to pipeline generation and collaborate with SDRs
• Deliver structured customer insights to inform product evolution
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or data sales
• Demonstrated ability to close six-figure or larger deals
• Experience operating successfully in fast-moving, early-stage environments
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence cross-functional decisions
• Background in people data is a strong bonus

The Role
This is less "traditional AE" and more high-touch growth. You'll own recruiter partnerships end-to-end — identifying top recruiters and boutique agencies, earning their trust, and growing long-term platform engagement. You'll sit at the center of our supply ecosystem, helping define what "great" looks like for recruiter partners and building the playbook that scales our network to thousands of top-tier operators.
What You'll Do
- Own recruiter partnerships end-to-end: identify great partners, earn their trust, onboard them thoughtfully, and drive long-term engagement
- Manage a portfolio of top partners: help recruiters win on the platform and keep them excited to return
- Qualify and curate supply: build strong judgment for who belongs in the ecosystem and maintain a high bar as it scales
- Build and refine outbound systems that consistently generate pipeline
- Spin up supply as demand emerges: when a new role hits the platform, ensure the right recruiters are ready to run it
What We're Looking For
- 2–8 years in growth, partnerships, or sales at a fast-moving startup
- Strong relationship-building instincts — credible, responsive, trusted by sharp operators
- Growth mindset over quota mindset: motivated by building durable partnerships, not just closing transactions
- Proven ability to run outbound and build pipeline, with thoughtful judgment on who to bring in
- Consistent top performance: quota overachievement, President's Club, fast promotions, or equivalent
- Comfort in ambiguity: you test, iterate, and turn what works into a repeatable playbook
- Bonus: experience in marketplace businesses (e.g., DoorDash, Shopify)

The Role

What You'll Do
- Run full-cycle enterprise deals: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
- Partner with SDRs and marketing to build and convert pipeline

- Translate prospect pain points into compelling product positioning
- Feed market intelligence back into GTM strategy and product roadmap
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of full-cycle closing experience as an Enterprise AE at a tech startup
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ARR quota
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
