The role of the Salon Customer Experience Specialist is to provide an exceptional client experience while driving retail sales performance and maintaining the look and feel of the Salon through core standard execution.
Primary Responsibilities:Client Experience- Helps drive the client experience while maximizing sales potential of each client
- Ensures proper scheduling and continuing appointments, including walk-in clients, booking and re-booking

Job Overview
The Marketplace Data Product Engineer serves as the primary technical facilitator, and adoption champion for the Marketplace platform. This role bridges engineering, product, and business domains - leading workshops, demos, onboarding sessions, and cross?domain engagements to accelerate Marketplace adoption. You will configure demo environments, support development, translate complex technical concepts for business audiences, gather product feedback, and partner closely with product and engineering teams to shape the Marketplace roadmap. - Oversee Amazon Seller/Vendor Central performance, including pricing strategy, advertising, content optimization, and reviews.
- Monitor profitability, competitive landscape, and marketplace analytics.
Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across:
- Meta
- TikTok
- Programmatic
- Retail media platforms
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and LTV growth.
Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and manage email and SMS programs to drive retention and repeat purchase.
- Develop automated flows, promotions, and segmentation strategies.
Digital Analytics & Optimization
- Build performance dashboards and track key KPIs including:
- Traffic
- Conversion
- CAC
- ROAS
- LTV
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across site, campaigns, and creative.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Creative, and Finance teams to align digital initiatives with product launches and inventory planning.
- Manage agency partners and freelancers to ensure best-in-class execution.
Career Requirements/What we ask of you:
- 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing, preferably within CPG, beverage, or food industries.
- Proven success managing DTC websites and Amazon or major marketplaces.
- Strong command of digital analytics tools.
- Expertise in paid media campaign management and optimization.
- Highly analytical with strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with: Klayvio, Shopify, Wingify and A/B Testing tools, Meta, Instacart, AWS.

Job Description
American Omni Trading is seeking an E-Commerce Customer & Operations Lead to support the growth of our Tire Squire e-commerce business. This role is responsible for managing daily marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central and eBay , including customer support, advertising campaigns, order management, and inventory coordination.
This is a hands-on operational role where you will initially manage the process yourself and eventually build and lead a team as the business scales .
This position is fully in-office in Katy, TX .
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central and eBay marketplaces .
* Oversee order management, returns, and customer issue resolution .
* Maintain accurate product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing across marketplace platforms.
* Manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive traffic and sales.
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels and fulfillment coordination .
* Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction.
* Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve listings or campaigns.
* Support compliance documentation and marketplace requirements.
* Continuously improve operational processes and workflows to support growth.
* As the business grows, recruit, train, and supervise team members responsible for customer service, listings, advertising, and fulfillment.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience working within Amazon Seller Central in a corporate environment.
* Experience managing orders, returns, and customer communications on Amazon.
* Experience managing Amazon PPC advertising campaigns .
* Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and eBay marketplace operations .
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operational functions.
* Experience managing inventory and fulfillment coordination .
* Strong communication and customer resolution skills.
* Ability to work full-time onsite in Katy, TX .
* Leadership experience or experience supervising a team preferred.
