Personal Lines Account Specialist
Position Summary:
The primary function of this role is to drive new business growth through high-volume sales of personal lines insurance products. This role focuses on engaging prospective clients through inbound calls, walk-ins, and appointments, while delivering knowledgeable and consultative service that meets clients' insurance needs. The successful candidate combines strong sales acumen with technical expertise, ensuring policy recommendations are accurate, compliant, and aligned with agency standards. The Account Specialist plays a key role in supporting agency growth objectives and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Acquisition
- Responsible for high-volume personal lines insurance sales to new customers.
- Answer incoming sales calls and assist walk-in clients, with or without scheduled appointments.
- Present and explain insurance coverages to prospective clients, aligning options with their needs and budget.
- Analyze insuredsβ current policies and counsel on coverage improvements.
Quoting and Application Processing
- Gather necessary information to generate accurate quotations for customer application submissions.

Client and Carrier Communication

Qualifications:

A world-renowned client is seeking a skilled junior engineer to provide multidisciplinary engineering consulting to internal and external stakeholders on facility repair and new construction projects, supporting all stages of design and construction. Stakeholders include Internal architects and space planners, ownersβ representatives, facility managers, end users, and third-party consultants.
Work involves engineering consulting and troubleshooting for existing buildings and systems, including recommending repairs and improvements and developing conceptual designs for the work. Case Manager
General Description
The Case Manager is responsible for resource assessment to identify client needs and establish connections/rapport within the community to provide myriad resources and connection to services. Case managers will be responsible for service planning and service plan implementation & coordination, as well as monitoring and follow-up on these services. The case manager is expected to be active in aftercare planning, crisis intervention, and third-party requests.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Develops and executes the strategic vision for Patient Financial Services (βPFSβ) functions across all Cape Cod Healthcare ("CCHC") entities. Provides leadership and oversight of key operational and financial decisions pertaining to all insurance and patient Accounts Receivable (βARβ) resolution, denials management, customer service and billing compliance. Coordinates with the VP of Revenue Cycle and/or CFO to develop yearly metrics and is responsible for managing people and processes to achieve or exceed CCHCβs revenue cycle goals and performance metrics expectations. Has responsibility to timely budget submission and ongoing management to budget expectations. Leads or serves on CCH revenue cycle process improvement task forces and committees.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directs the performance of CCHC Patient Financial Services Accounts Receivable (AR) including but not limited to Billing, Insurance Follow-Up, Customer Service, Denials Prevention and Management and Vendor Management.
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, and otherwise developing direct reports and creating or ensuring creation of a structure for employee onboarding and ongoing development.
- Collaborates with the CFO and VP of PFS & Revenue Cycle to set goals, identify opportunities to improve AR resolution, resulting in payment based on industry Key Performance Indicators (βKPIsβ) for Patient Financial Services and Revenue Cycle.

- Coordinate and oversee all third party AR and payment application process transition points between Patient Financial Services and other functional areas within the revenue cycle organization.
- Monitor and facilitate service level agreements (βSLAsβ) between Patient Financial Services and other related functions, within both Revenue Cycle and Clinical Operations as necessary.
- Coordinate with peers across the Revenue Cycle organization, and with related stakeholders, on the management of third-party denials by working with the onsite Revenue Cycle Integration leaders, Patient Access Services and middle Revenue Cycle functions, Professional Revenue Cycle, Home Health and Hospice, and Behavioral Health to identify trends and implement denials prevention and/or recovery programs.
- Routinely conduct payer trend analysis to ensure optimal processing and reimbursement, identify issues, communicate findings to CCHC PFS stakeholders, define solutions and initiate resolution.
- Coordinate with peers across the Revenue Cycle organization on the management of PFS edits by working with the Unbilled Committee to identify trends and implement modifications to workflow to limit pre-billing edits.
- Build strong relationships and facilitate productive communication between key revenue cycle stakeholders, including peer leaders of Revenue Cycle services and core support departments (e.g., Human Resources, IT, Finance, Managed Care, etc.)
- Develop and maintain effective payer working relationships.
- Assess direct reportsβ performance on a consistent basis and provides feedback to reward effective performance and enable proactive performance improvement steps to be taken.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related discipline preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five to seven years of relevant experience with a track record of progressively responsible positions in a complex healthcare organization such as a multi-hospital system, large group practice or a major healthcare consulting firm preferred.
- Minimum of three to five years of supervisory/management experience. Prior experience in a union environment preferred.
- Strong technical grounding, project management and implementation experience required. Proven leadership abilities and comprehensive knowledge of healthcare information systems. Epic Single Business Office (SBO) and clearinghouse experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements, payer requirements, billing coding requirements (ICD, CPT, HCPCs, etc.), general revenue cycle management strategies, and industry best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of metrics, analytics, and data synthesis in healthcare patient financial services and revenue cycle management to identify trends, produce reliable forecasts and projections.

- Prepare and review initial disclosure packages, including Loan Estimates, ensuring accurate loan setup and compliance with loan program guidelines.
- Deliver disclosure packages to members via eSign or mail, based on their communication preferences.
- Order and track required third-party reports such as appraisals, title, flood certifications, tax transcripts, and employment verifications.
- Review borrower documentation for completeness and alignment with AUS findings; request and collect any outstanding items.
- Process home equity applications from approval to closing, including communication with members, delivering required documents, and clearing pre-closing conditions.
- Monitor and review title and property condition reports, escalating any issues to underwriting as needed.
- Ensure timely submission of loan files to underwriting; update the LOS with verified information and clear conditions as received.
- Manage government loan files, including coordination with lenders, tracking conditions, and providing updates to borrowers, MLOs, and agents.
- Track key milestones such as underwriting timelines, financing contingencies, closing dates, and rate lock expirations; communicate proactively with MLOs.
- Prepare and issue revised Loan Estimates in compliance with TRID for any changes in circumstance.
- Communicate approvals to all relevant parties and conduct pre-funding audits, including verbal employment verifications.
- Support the closing process and ensure confidentiality of all borrowers and loan information.

Senior Superintendent Role
The Senior Superintendent will directly supervise and coordinate construction activities of the datacenters that are being constructed and report directly to Applied Digitalβs Campus Project Director. The Senior Superintendent will play a critical role in ensuring the project's success by monitoring and facilitating collaboration among Applied Digital, contractors, subcontractors, 3rd party vendors/contractors, and regulatory bodies. EH&S Job Site Specific (Primary and Supporting Role):
Β· Collaborate with client on site EH&S to establish and sustain site health, safety, and security controls in accordance with corporate objectives
Procurement (Primary Responsibility):
Β· Ensure the GC is properly managing site logistics for client owner furnished equipment. Know and understand the full OFCI process and what gear is coming and when.

Β· Inspect and check-in all Applied Digital-furnished equipment and materials that arrive to the jobsite.
Construction Management, Administration & Management (Primary Responsibility):

TITLE: DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Development will spearhead industrial projects through the full project lifecycle. From site selection and entitlements to completion and turnover. Beyond ground-up builds, this individual will oversee complex value-add repositioning and asset repurposing. We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least five (5) years of direct experience within an industrial general contractor, site contractor, or in-house development construction management team. The Director of Development will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role is site-intensive and requires presence on active project sites a minimum of four (4) days per week. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious go-getter to join a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial firm at the ground floor and play a primary role in scaling our development team.
This individual will play a critical role in risk mitigation, cost control, schedule management, contractor oversight, and value optimization, with performance-based bonus opportunities tied to timing and savings realized on managed projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership & Execution
- Oversee multiple industrial development projects from site selection, entitlements and due diligence to pre-construction through completion.
- Work with local municipalities and zoning authorities to ensure compliance with applicable code
- Manage applicable requirements with civil engineers, project budgets, schedules, and overall execution strategy.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact cost, schedule, leasing flexibility or quality.
- Maintain high standards of construction quality and safety compliance.
On-Site Oversight
- Be physically present on project sites a minimum of four (4) days per week.
- Coordinate daily with engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants.
- Monitor construction progress and proactively address delays or issues.
- Ensure alignment between field operations and ownership objectives.
Budget & Cost Management
- Review and approve project budgets, GMPs, change orders, and pay applications.
- Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
- Track cost savings initiatives and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain disciplined cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.
Pre-Construction Management
- Participate in contractor selection and bid review.
- Lead scope reviews and identify gaps prior to contract execution.

Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular reporting to OCP Principals.

Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working directly for a general contractor, site contractor or an in-house construction management team for a development company.
- Direct experience managing industrial development projects (warehouse, distribution, light manufacturing, flex, etc.).

- Strong understanding of construction budgets and GMP structures.
