North Carolina Surgery at Wilson is hiring a General Surgeon in Wilson, NC
The practice focuses on general surgery cases, such as breast surgery, colon surgery, and hernia surgery using laparoscopic techniques. Through its partnership with North Carolina Surgery, the practice’s patients will have easy access to a network of more than three dozen surgeons who can provide resources for complex cases.
The practice currently consists of three physicians (MDs) and two advanced practice providers, with an additional APP to be hired. Average patient volume ranges from approximately 80 to 120 patients per month, and the position includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible and comfortable performing the full scope of general surgery procedures. The role offers a competitive compensation package including bonus opportunities. Practice hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a call schedule of 1:3.

What You'll Do:
Triage, diagnose, and resolve IQVIA data and connectivity issues
Coordinate with IQVIA support on escalations, root-cause analysis, and incident remediation
Maintain state guidelines by storing and sharing Schedule Drug Reporting Guides for each state
Maintain the Liberty schedule drug reporting templates to stay up to date with guidance by state
Communicate changes to the appropriate Liberty teams to ensure pharmacies are converted to new formats
Troubleshoot schedule drug reporting issues
Submit and track Surescripts cases (e.g., NTA, network provisioning, SPI updates, routing/NPI issues, EPCS/eRx connectivity)
Troubleshoot issues related to Surescripts and respond to cases created by Surescripts support
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot internal and external data feeds
Partner with development and infrastructure teams for feed enhancements and issues
Submit and manage A2P 10DLC brand, campaign registrations, and use-case approvals with Twilio
Troubleshoot tickets related to texts not sending from Twilio when initiated by the pharmacy software
Diagnose and resolve RXQOne syncing issues
Collaborate with DevOps/Engineering on logs, metrics, and hotfixes; validate post-fix stability
Proactively identify patterns and drive permanent corrective actions
Qualifications:
2+ years in connectivity/integration support, technical operations, or healthcare data operations.
Hands-on experience with SFTP, APIs (REST/JSON), and log analysis
Familiarity with healthcare data flows (eRx, EPCS, SPIs/NPIs, NCPDP standards) and vendor networks (e.g., Surescripts)
Working knowledge of A2P 10DLC/Twilio registration, campaign compliance, and messaging deliverability
Strong troubleshooting methodology (hypothesis-driven), clear ticket documentation, and stakeholder communication
Comfortable with tools such as: SMMS, Excel/CSV validation, and ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk)
Experience working directly with IQVIA data products or similar healthcare data aggregators a plus

Facility is seeking Chief Medical Officer to lead our team
- There is an expectation that the CMO will participate in providing care (whether in a clinic or ALF) for 2-3 days a week, with the remainder being used for administrative time.
- The CMO will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for designing, approving and executing the strategy of the company. As our company grows, we anticipate the CMO role evolving, with greater emphasis on administration and management.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Associate CMO is responsible for assisting the Tampa CMO in improving clinical outcomes for internally tracked performance improvement data and publicly reported outcomes. The Associate CMO assists the CMO in performance improvement, risk management, continuing medical education, medical staff office, medical school affiliation(s) and residency programs. The Associate CMO serves as physician advisor to the Case Management staff and serves as physician liaison to promote appropriate utilization of resources by the medical staff. Performance improvement efforts will result in improved service for patients, medical staff members and lower cost.
- Leads in the continuing adoption of evidence-based medicine by the medical staff and the protocols that come with evidence based model approach.

Position Summary:
The RT Vent Field Clinician is a Respiratory Therapist providing respiratory patient care to Vent patients for optimal outcomes. Provides respiratory care to patients in alternate sites in accordance with AdaptHealth’s policies and procedures. Respiratory care will be preventative, rehabilitative, and palliative in nature. The RT will utilize all the resources available within the agency and community to accomplish care objectives. This position will provide education and care to the patient and communicate with team, physicians and referral sources and other patient agencies ensuring prompt attention to patient care issues.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Utilizes various sources of information to attain greater competence about his or her position, including attending educational events (including attending optional in-services) and asking questions.
- Utilizes acquired knowledge to increase his or her competencies.
- Consistently demonstrates ability to adequately complete all documentation and charting procedures in compliance with company policy and procedures.

- Ability to demonstrate and instruct on use of vent units and supplies. Ability to make decisions for patients based on compliance data and assessment.
- Communicates with team, physicians and referral sources and other patient agencies ensuring prompt attention to patient care issues.
- Maintains working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and other third-party payer guidelines related to ventilation.
- Electronically documents patient care activity, intervention provided and all communication regarding the patient. Documentation is accurate, complete and follows company standards.
- Appropriate steps taken to ensure recommendations and orders sent are acknowledged and followed up in a timely manner.
- Responsible for accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of verbal and written communications as it relates to role.
- Responsible for documentation that supports data collection to track and trend outcomes.

Job Description:
- Provides patient care services along with direct treatment and follow-up.
- Evaluates patients new to service where there are physician orders, utilizing motor evaluation, sensory-perceptual-cognitive evaluation, and/or performance evaluation as indicated by the patient’s condition.
- Develops a plan of care appropriate to the patient’s diagnosis, utilizing assessment findings and data.
- Establish measureable goals in compliance with patient’s physical assessment.
- Documents patient care data accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely matter, reflecting evidence of improvement/progress/decline in patient’s condition.
- Coordinate regularly with COTA’s and provide monthly supervision of the COTA’s patient care.
- Submits the daily/weekly patient visit schedule to the Scheduler.
- Communicates as necessary with intercompany and intracompany contacts.
- Discusses company and third party reimbursement policies and guidelines with the patient/family and discuss treatment plans with the Patient Care Coordinator, physician, and patient/family.
- Coordinates with Patient Care Coordinator in making referrals to appropriate disciplines.
- Provides in-service education, health care professional education, and public education in addition to supervising peers and supporting personnel and students in training as needed by the company.
- Conducts research and assists with orientation of new employees as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited school of occupational therapy, successful completion of the National Certification Exam and current licensure from the state where therapy will be provided.
- Prefer a minimum of one year’s therapeutic experience in a non-home health care environment.
- Strong knowledge of theory and concepts relating to the practice of physical therapy and the ability to evaluate and treat patients for whom a physician’s order exists.
- CPR certified and strong communication and organization skills.
- Minimum of twelve hours of continuing education annually.

As the AMER Industry PDS for Games, you will own and manage the execution plan with partners for the Games segment, driving go-to-market and building deep capability and capacity through strategic industry partners. You will possess a deep industry background and consulting experience that enables you to engage at the CXO level with LOB customers and partners.
Lead Games pipeline creation with a focus on game studios and game technology providers through customer-facing BD engaging CXO personas while building scalable mechanisms enabling partner-led delivery. Execute CXO Elevate plays across the Games segment targeting CMO, COO, CTO, CIO, and CFO buyers—deep experience working with one or more of these CXO personas is highly preferred.
The position requires strong business and technical acumen, along with working knowledge of the Games industry landscape including game development pipelines, live operations, multiplayer infrastructure, player engagement, and monetization strategies. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about new go-to-market business models, solutions, and relevant partner engagement to help build and convey compelling value propositions for AWS customers through AWS Partners. Lead cross-industry GTM efforts engaging CXO buyer personas beyond Games, executing scalable strategies for key use cases while serving as an industry thought leader on cloud gaming, AI/ML, live operations, player analytics, and AWS partner capability.
Drive proactive GTM initiatives delivering customer outcomes at scale via AWS partners, leading customer-facing activities at major conferences including GDC, Gamescom, executive innovation events, & panel discussions.
Collaborate with strategic partners to expand the AWS Games practice through scalable, industry-aligned motions and repeatable mechanisms across AMER game studios and publishers.
Build scalable mechanisms enabling partner-led delivery, transitioning ownership to operations teams while leveraging AI, automation, and knowledge sharing to improve sales cycle speed and win rates.
Represent Games in MBRs, providing insights on pipeline health, gaps, and corrective actions while guiding partners and internal teams to prioritize and sell high-impact solutions.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders—Global Sales, Partner Sales, Partner Management—to align on persona-based GTM initiatives, navigating matrixed environments while establishing C-level relationships with ISV and consulting partners.

Own customer outcomes by engaging CXO-level executives at game studios, publishers, and cross-industry accounts to understand business transformation priorities. Lead executive innovation events at industry conferences such as GDC and Gamescom, facilitate customer roundtables, generating Qualified+ pipelines, and conduct strategic meetings obsessing over customer success metrics.
Build and pilot mechanisms enabling partner-led delivery at scale, inventing approaches that simplify complex go-to-market challenges while taking full ownership of transitioning mechanisms to operations teams. Align AWS field teams to establish account targeting frameworks for always-on engagement. Coach field teams on partner-led strategies, simplifying complex partner ecosystems into actionable plays. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
