Overview
The Store Manager leads the overall store business objectives, including the achievement of sales and profitability goals. The store manager will have oversight of all store operations, as well as, recruiting, hiring and development of all team members. This dynamic individual will demonstrate excellent relationship building skills, with both internal and external clients, to establish an exceptional service culture. The David Yurman Columbus Store Manager will be accountable for the following key deliverables:
Responsibilities
Achieve and/or Exceed Sales Plan
- Create and execute strategic initiatives to deliver the planned annual sales goals

- Monitor and measure all storesโ performance and provide to Corporate leaders a thorough understanding and reporting of issues, performance results, opportunities, and challenges particular to specific locations of responsibility, along with recommendations and action plans for improvement.
Clientele/Service Management
- Lead a culture focused on client satisfaction including resolution of customer services issues and empowerment of sales and operations associates to satisfy the client
- Ensure associates deliver goals for CRM data capture/clientele rapport building and collaborate on the development of strategic customer retention and acquisition goals
- Execute proactive strategic outreach with the goal of positioning and realizing future sales opportunities and exceeding customer expectations
- Model, coach and hold staff accountable for providing a positive and rewarding client experience in all customer interactions
- Guide store to ensure that client outreach and continued client development is executed on a regular basis with accountability practices in place for all sales professionals.

- Deliver controllable expenses on and/or under expense budgets
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are communicated appropriately and followed by all store associates

OUR COMMITMENT

About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead the Jones Road team in the opening and day-to-day operations for our brand new Santa Monica, CA location, coming soon. Position Summary
The Store Planner is responsible for ensuring that store inventory levels are aligned with each locationโs sales potential, productivity, and trends. Key Responsibilities
Store Planning & Forecasting

At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Schematic Coordinator requires a significant level of accuracy and responsibility to maintain the overall Non-Perishable Schematic integrity in their assigned store. This position conducts weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities, ensuring compliance with all company schematic guidelines. The Schematic Coordinator must be able to work quickly and with accuracy to support merchandising integrity in our stores.
Overview of Responsibilities:
At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Store Schematics Coordinator is the primary schematics contact at the store and they provide the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Scan Coordinator and Department Managers with notice of reset changes.
- Responsible for the scheduling, coordination and execution of store resets and projects for the Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins)
- Supports an active selling culture and positive customer experience by ensuring the categories are set according to the schematics for their store
- Works with the Scan Coordinators, Dept Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure schematic compliance is maintained and new items are correctly placed and available for purchase
- Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office
- Ensure schematics are executed in a manner consistent with internal policies and procedures
- Obtains sign off from Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Dept Mangers to signify work is complete and accurate
- Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for any issues or discrepancies
To be a Store Schematics Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Must have strong analytical and organizational skills in order to analyze total reset program, and to properly maintain necessary reports and schedules.
- Must possess excellent mathematical skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Have and show an outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers, employees, and vendors.
- Be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Overview
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that store achieves or exceeds sales plan and profitability goals, as well as enhance the David Yurman brand within the store and local market. This individual will also partner with store management team in overseeing that all operational policies and procedures being followed. The assistant store manager will effectively lead, coach and support sales professionals with a focus clientele development and providing a high level of customer service to create a luxury experience.

Core Responsibilities
Achieve and/or Exceed Sales Plan
- Partner with sales professionals to meet their individual sales plans and KPI
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to deliver the sales budget.
- Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor through sales leadership and client development
- Support sales professionals in closing sales
- Facilitate the implementation and success of special events held at the retail store

Clientele/Service Management
- Coach and Monitor in partnership with Store Manager, on sales professionals accountability for client outreach and relationship development
- Ensure store data capture goals are being achieved
- Maintain a luxury environment that is warm and hospitable, and ensuring that the correct interpretation of and implementation of visual guidelines are being met.
- Provide appropriate feedback in partnership with Store Manager, to staff to ensure that they have demonstrated the appropriate skills necessary to provide a positive and rewarding client experience in all customer interactions
Operations
- Manage the day-to-day activities on the sales floor. Maintain presence on the sales floor to supervise staff and ensure appropriate floor coverage.
- Maintain appropriate business controls such as store inventory, requests for stock replenishment and all repairs/returns.
- Implement and support all security measures
- Partners with the sales professionals in the administration of special order requests
- Oversee store opening and closing in the absence of the Retail Store Manager.
Talent
- Partners with the Retail Store Manager in hiring and providing performance review feedback. Trains new Sales Associates.
- Provide leadership to staff through monthly scheduled meetings to review and coach on overall performance
- Provide formal and informal feedback to staff to build ongoing development opportunities
- Explain and enforce KPIs and ensure that staff is trending to those measures
Qualifications
- Work Experience: Minimum 2-4+ years of proven experience managing in a similar role, preferably within a high-end luxury accessories boutique with joint responsibility for sales and operations
- Ability to motivate, establish strong business partnerships, and promote professionalism with both clients and staff
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive results, and strategic vision to develop business
- Language skills (Spanish) are a plus
- Fine Jewelry and or Fine Watch experience preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e. on the sales floor, operations, etc.).

The expected base pay for this role is $75,000 - $87,500 annually.

Conduct weekly store tours with Store Manager and ASM Apparel focused on visual priorities for the week/month. Participates in conference calls with Field Visual Merchandiser on visual priorities and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
