We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Application Engineer to lead the engineering, administration, and optimization of personal productivity applications across BCG. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that BCG's suite of productivity toolsβincluding Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud, and other integrated third-party applicationsβare implemented and operated at peak performance. What You'll Bring
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-grade applications, with 3β5 years specifically in Microsoft 365 administration and technical product analysis.
- Proven experience in Adobe Creative Cloud deployment and productivity enablement.
- Strong background in enterprise M365 configuration and governance, including automation tools like Power Automate and scripting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Advanced capabilities using GraphAPI, PowerShell, SQL, and Power BI for:
- Scripting and bulk administration
- Automating service management
- Data analysis and backend reporting
- Visualizing application performance metrics
- Background in implementing GenAI capabilities across Microsoft 365 (e.g., Powerpoint, Word, Excel) is a significant plus.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $121,000.00 - $147,700.00Β
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

As the Epic Inpatient Orders Application Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for supporting Epic Inpatient Orders application and associated third party applications, this would include working with Inpatient Providers, Nursing and Clinical Ancillary teams. GENERAL PURPOSE:
Responsible for all aspects of the Stores' operations. Leads the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met. Staffs, trains and develops leadership team to deliver the desired sales and profit results, while maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment. Recruits, trains and develops Associates. Manages the operations of the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure new merchandise gets to the sales floor in a timely manner, goods are received properly and manages expenses through execution of best practices and productivity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
General Operating Requirements:
β’ Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
β’ Analyzes Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
β’ Addresses any variance to Company standards with appropriate action plan, partnering with the District Manager as needed.
β’ Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
β’ Accepts special assignments as directed by Leadership.
β’ Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits, Associate scheduling compliance, Sunday payroll transmission, and Payroll reporting as needed.
Organizational Development:
β’ Recruits, hires, trains and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates.
β’ Through selection, training and motivation, strives to reduce Store turnover. Utilizes and promotes all retention tools including incentive programs, recognition opportunities, contests and training. Ensures all required training courses are prioritize and completed in a timely manner.
β’ Responsible for addressing personnel and performance issues including coaching, verbal and written warnings, progressive discipline and termination when needed.
β’ Ensures compliance with Ross personnel policies and procedures.
β’ Manages Associate Relations issues, consulting with the District Manager as needed.
β’ Ensures compliance with all State, Local and Federal regulations.
Expense Control:
β’ Leads all expenditures to be within budget.
β’ Controls payroll hours to plan, as the primary controllable expense, as well as adjusting to current business trends.
Maintaining a Safe & Secure Environment:
β’ Maintains adherence to Company safety policies and ensures the safety of Associates and Customers.
β’ Ensures all Associates understand and can execute emergency operating procedures.
Customer Service:
β’ Treats all Customers, Associates, and other leaders with respect.
β’ Demonstrates courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times. Recognizes Associates using Company recognition programs.
β’ Executes Customer service programs and Merchandise Presentation programs through Associate training and program supervision.

Personal and Store Brand:
β’ Leads all Store Associates in, and models, a professional appearance, in accordance with the Company Dress Code. Reinforces the Company Dress Code at all times.

β’ Manages Store to ensure a clean, neat, easy to shop environment.
β’ Maintains a high standard of housekeeping with help of contracted maintenance personnel and Ross Associates.
Merchandise Processing and In-Store Marketing
β’ Ensures recovery, sizing and markdowns are completed to Company standards through teaching, assigning tasks, and following up per Company best practice.
β’ Ensures merchandise is presented and organized according to Company merchandising guidelines.
β’ Urgently manages merchandise processing to the sales floor within the expected Company timeframe.
Loss Prevention:
β’ Responsible for training Associates on Loss Prevention programs to achieve Store shortage goals.
β’ As a representative of Ross Leadership, demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions with Associates and Customers. Safeguards confidential information, cash and credit card information and merchandise.
β’ Understands and complies with the Loss Prevention Awareness Program and is responsible for Store Loss Prevention which includes maintaining a large Customer service presence on the sales floor, Customer and Associate engagement and heightened Loss Prevention awareness.
β’ Responsible for leading the annual inventory process including preparation and execution of inventory guidelines.
β’ Monitors mark-out-of-stock policy to ensure proper administration.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
Responsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager and follows policies in regard to Customers, Associates and merchandising. Responsible for learning all phases of Store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Customer Service:

Merchandise Processing and In-Store Marketing

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

β’ Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated experience developing applications on the Kahua platform, including app extensions and custom applications using out-of-box configuration and kBuilder development.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for partnering with the store leader to achieve store sales and maximize profitability through effective management of the store team and implementation of company policies. The Assistant Store Manager partners in leading the store, developing and motivating the staff to provide a superior level of customer service that will drive sales productivity and results.
The Responsibilities
Business Leader
- Demonstrate role responsibility through strong business acumen by leverage KPIβs to develop and support business driving strategies
- Demonstrates role responsibility and ownership
- Assist store leader in leading the selling strategy by ensuring team demonstrates expert knowledge of the product to clients
- Support leading the team through leveraging company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals
- Make decisions that impact the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership
People Leader
- Exhibit enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit to create a positive work environment
- Use company performance tools to evaluate each associate and provide constant feedback to drive individual growth and improvement in partnership with store leader
- Support all store leader efforts to recruit, train, and develop team ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnel
Operations Leader
- Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed by the team in accordance with company Policy and Procedures
- Support store leader with overseeing inventory processes to ensure shrink results consistently meet company expectations
- Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively and efficiently to store team
- Plan ahead with store leader for future business needs to continually improve business results
Business Partner
- Collaborate with store leader and cross-functional business partners, as directed, to support all-level organizational goals
- Confident and acts with the utmost integrity around escalating all human resource matters to store leader in a timely and effective manner
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels in the organization
- Operate autonomously in the spirit of the companyβs code of conduct in the absence of a store leader
The Essentials
- 5-7 years of proven luxury retail experience or related industry
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Dynamic interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Computer skills to operate point of sale system, experiences with teamwork is a plus
Salary: $27/hr - $29/hr*
Full-Time position: The Company provides additional compensation, which includes:
- A semi-annual discretionary bonus as defined by the bi-annual discretionary bonus program description
