Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at State Street Jewelers in Geneva, Illinois. The Salesperson will assist customers with product selection, demonstrate knowledge of fine jewelry and luxury brands, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional duties may include assisting with inventory management and participating in promotional activities.

The Senior Manager, Packaging Development & Sourcing will manage, develop and launch new product and packaging solutions into the market, in addition to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities. This role may manage direct reports at the Jr Manager or Manager level.
To succeed in this role, you will have a technical background in packaging engineering, understand various fragrance packaging materials and configurations, and are able to execute multiple projects at once. Prior people management experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage packaging solutions for up to two brands, providing comprehensive feasibility and influencing of each concept in terms of manufacturability, cost of goods, investments, and preliminary lead times
- Work with outside vendor and subcontracting partners to define specifications, design criteria, quality parameters, and expectations from component production through filing and assembly
- Responsible for recommendation of sourcing and supply chain strategy within a global portfolio of vendors
- Ensure all programs meet the needs of the Brand while maintaining design, quality, cost, functionality, manufacturability objectives, and on time delivery

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of packaging development or engineering experience within Fragrance/Cosmetics/CPG industries

Position SummaryAt U S Federal Credit Union, the Operations team ensures seamless, secure, and efficient back-office support to protect our members and deliver superior service. The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing essential back-office operations including ACH processing, wire transfers, dormant accounts, fraud, and other account maintenance. The role supports the credit union's internal and external service goals and works closely with frontline teams to ensure member needs are met.
Key Responsibilities· Process ACH files, wire transfers, share drafts, ATM processing, and card transactions.
· Reviews all new accounts to ensure compliance with required documentation, KYC/CIP and funding requirements
· Handle daily incoming mail and process deposits, payments, address changes, name changes, and account closures.
· Manage bill pay, remote deposit capture, certificate renewals, subpoenas, and power of attorney requests.
· Assist with IRA administration and validate cross-departmental data entry.
· Support handling of deceased member accounts and dormant accounts.
· Work E-Oscar disputes and ensure timely credit bureau corrections.
· Finalize wire approvals and provide expertise on fraud and dispute resolution.
· Assist in ensuring compliance with Regulation E, D, NACHA, and other applicable rules.
· May perform other duties related to general operations of the credit union.
Qualifications:Required:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in financial institution operations or back-office roles.
· In-depth knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, fraud resolution, and compliance procedures.

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Regulatory Department by managing the product registration process across global markets. - Develop detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery.
- Partner with peers across all RED’s Manufacturing and Quality teams, including Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Test, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Production.
- Direct responsibility for project management of key strategic operations initiatives within the Manufacturing and Operations organizations at RED. Strategic Initiatives include New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness, vendor onboarding, capacity planning, compliance and certification tracking and strategic sourcing.
- Identify and lead process improvement opportunities for the Manufacturing organization; includes Test, Quality and Production Groups.
- Collaborate on integrated master schedule and project plan with Engineering Project Management.
- Be an integral Team Member of the Project Management Office that spans Engineering and Manufacturing organizations and report to the Sr. Director, PMO at RED
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field of study is preferred a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a project manager role or equivalent role.
- Independent worker and thinker with a positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Multi-task, meet deadlines, quickly process information and maintain confidential information with a dedication to ensuring quality of the product.
- Have sound knowledge of Manufacturing and Quality functions in a high technology environment.
- Have a proven track record of successful deployment of new product or process capability across Test, Quality and/or Production groups.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Target Process, Pivatol Tracker, Jira, Basecamp),
- Project Management Certification e..g. PMP or PgMP preferred
