The Construction Project Management Supervisor with the Seaport Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for performing advanced professional and administrative work in managing maintenance projects for the Port Everglades Department. Specifically:

  • Oversee water/sewer, stormwater design, construction, and other infrastructure to include regulatory compliance.
  • Review as-built drawings, architectural, engineering plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local building codes.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance and capital projects
  • Manages and supervises contractors and consultants in their performance and adherence to contract specifications; negotiates construction and consultant contracts, amendments, change orders, and work authorizations.

  • Monitor and escort contractors and consultant throughout the Port to perform their services.

Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist Job Details – Richmond, VA

  • Position: Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist – General & Cardiac
  • Location: Richmond, VA (Virginia anesthesiology jobs)
  • Facility: 466-bed Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Assignment Duration: 12 weeks (Start: December 1, 2025 – End: February 23, 2026)
  • Shifts per Week: 5
  • Shift Duration: 8 hours (In-house: 7:00am–3:00pm Monday–Friday; Home call: 3:00pm–7:00am Monday–Friday; 24-hour home call on weekends)
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital
  • Care Team Model: Yes (work solo and supervise CRNAs)

Qualifications – Anesthesiologist Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited anesthesiology residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (Cardiac Anesthesiology preferred)
  • Active Virginia medical license or eligibility to obtain (Virginia healthcare license)
  • DEA/CSR certification required
  • TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography) certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in solo and supervised cardiac anesthesia cases
  • Ability to work both in-house and home call shifts, including 24-hour weekend call
  • Willingness to cross-credential at multiple hospital sites
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (Expanse, Meditech, Medaxion, Qgenda, Patient Keeper)
  • Completion of mandatory on-site orientation prior to assignment (remote orientation not available)

  • Deliver general and cardiac anesthesia for trauma, cardiac, burn, pediatric, and obstetric patients
  • Independently manage anesthesia cases and supervise CRNAs as part of a collaborative care team

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • Attend required on-site orientation before assignment start
