We are currently seeking part-time General Manufacturing employees to grow with us! A general manufacturing position includes the opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up and advance in a progressive environment.
Shift Schedule: Days/Nights minimum of 8-hours and max of 12-hours 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am

- The ability to take stacks of loose signatures ranging (5-30 lbs) off a pallet of up to 48” in height and transfer to table top work surface 42”, and then place into a collator hopper.
- Ability to transfer completed bundles of product (10-30 lbs) off machine conveyor and stack onto pallets or into mail bags that potentially weigh from 5 to 75 lbs. Then place mail bags onto pallet.
- The ability to use a hand jack or motorized Raymond or Big Joe lift.
- The ability to use a computer, scissors, and tape gun.
- At least 18-years of age or older

JOB OVERVIEW
The Wellness Nurse is responsible for monitoring the health and well-being of our residents and provides leadership support and assistance with resident care and services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overall well-being of our residents, assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration, communication with resident support services and families, and maintaining clinical quality assurance while leading and demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living, "to champion the quality of life for all seniors" in accordance with federal, state/provincial, and local standards and Sunrise Senior Living policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Job Description
Essential Duties
As a part of the Sunrise team, supporting our Mission, Principles of Service and Core Values is a fundamental part of this job. Our foundational belief is the sacred value of human life. The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed as follows:
Coordination of Health Needs
- Identify on-going needs and services of residents in promotion of the highest quality resident services to be delivered.
- Ensure proper follow through and participate with evaluation and documentation for residents with a change in health care services and status.
- Assist Resident Care Director (RCD) in conducting resident evaluations and data gathers information at time of move in, 30 days post move in, semi-annually, and with any change in status.
- Conduct monthly wellness visits for all residents.
- Monitor and follow up with residents who have experienced any fall, accident, or incident and document and report as required and directed.
- Document all pertinent information in the resident wellness file.
- Maintain communications with resident's family and or responsible party to ensure medical needs for the resident are being met.
- Contact resident's attending physician when necessary and/or upon family request.
- Ensure weights and vital signs are obtained monthly for each resident.
- Assist in maintaining wellness files according to Sunrise policies and federal and state/provincial regulations.
- Maintain medical supplies and emergency kits for the community.
- Provide clinical support and assistance to community team members as needed.
- Understand and follow infection control practices.
- Partner with the RCD and community team to promote infection control standards including any resident testing, training, and skills checks.
- Understand and practice the proper method of attending to and disposing of and the possibility of exposure to blood borne pathogens, bodily fluids, infectious waste, sharp sticks, and hazardous materials in compliance with universal care precautions.
Medication Programs
- Monitor each resident's medication and treatment profile regularly to ensure each medication and treatment is administered as ordered and documented accurately.
- Transcribe physician orders Medication Administration Record Treatment Administration Record (MAR/TAR) to include initials, date and time 'noted', and date faxed to pharmacy accurately and promptly.
- Complete MAR/TAR audit each month.
- Demonstrate and is knowledgeable of the Six (6) Rights of Medication Pass ("Right" resident, medication, dosage, time, route, right to refuse).
- Act as liaison for pharmacy services to ensure effective services for residents.
- Monitor the Medication Room, medication carts, and treatment carts for neatness, cleanliness, availability of medications, and expired medications.
- Complete Medication Observations and skills checks for medication care managers at the direction of the RCD.
Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance
- Demonstrate and is knowledgeable in the following key quality improvement areas:
- Resident Centered Care Model
- APIE
- Quality Care Indicators and Outcomes
- Actively participates in Sunrise Quality Assurance Meetings and Clinical Meetings
- Demonstrate and is knowledgeable in the following key regulations:
- All Federal, State/Provincial, and Local resident care and services regulations
- Resident Rights
- Resident Assessment/Evaluation process in accordance with state/provincial regulatory requirements
- Review Physician Reports of all new residents as directed by RCD.
- Review Physician Reports of all new residents as directed by RCD.
- Order medications and equipment as directed by RCD.
- Demonstrate and is knowledgeable of Sunrise practices and guidelines in accordance with resident care programs to include skin, nutrition, behavior, falls, and bowel/bladder.
- Assist in implementation, training, and monitoring of documentation related to resident's clinical health and wellness.
- Ensure resident changes, concerns, and/or solutions are reported to RCD as appropriate.
- Contribute to the overall engagement programs and processes (customer and team member engagement) including participating in the team member engagement survey and engagement improvement planning workshops.
- Attend regular meetings; Town Hall, Department Team, Cross Over, and others as directed by the Supervisor/Department Coordinator.
- Maintain compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.

The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing and assisting participants with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care necessary to the preservation of assisting participant’s in living independently in the community. Assists in monitoring and reporting the health status and providing a safe environment for the PACE participants of Senior CommUnity Care. Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. This position may require travel to participant homes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Current License as Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) in the state of Colorado require.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in working with the frail or elderly population required.
- Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Consults each day with the Personal Care Supervisor (or designee) to be updated on Senior CommUnity Care participant’s status, changes in plan of care and to confirm scheduled visits.
- Under the direction and supervision of the Home Care Manager and Personal Care Supervisor assists participants in the home and in the day center with the following duties:
- Personal hygiene such as skin, mouth, hair care and bathing/showering.
- Assists participants in and out of bed, assisting with ambulation.
- Assisting with prescribed exercise which participants and aide have been taught by appropriate personnel.
- Prepares meals, including therapeutic diets, assists participants with meals and feeding.
- Assist participants to the bathroom or in using commodes, bedpans, or urinals.
- Assisting participants with medications which are ordinarily self-administered.
Other duties taught by a health profession for a specific participant such as: taking of vitals, changing colostomy bags, changing of non-sterile dressing and non-sterile bowel and bladder hygiene care.
- Assists participants with Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADL’s) including but not limited to grocery shopping, cleaning, changing bed linens, laundry, meal preparation and other routine household care as assigned. Reports changes in participant’s condition and needs to the Personal Care Supervisor (or designee).
- Assists with participant activities in the Day Center, including meal service and clean-up.
- Responsible for daily cleaning of the Day Center, including maintenance of cleanliness throughout the day and following all infection control measures related to Day Center cleaning.
- Completes appropriate documentation of services provided following Senior CommUnity Care policy.
- Follows all Senior CommUnity Care policies and procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines.
- Maintains the confidentiality of all company procedures, results, and information about participants, clients or families.
- Handles potentially infectious specimens with appropriate biohazard precautions, and practices Universal Precautions.
- Maintains safe working environment. Follows Senior CommUnity Care Safety policies and procedures.

Job Summary
American National Bank is looking for a new Teller to serve the needs of existing and prospective clients. We are seeking an individual who provides top customer service, possesses previous cash handling experience, and places a high level of importance on confidentiality.
Schedule: Part time: 28 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-5:45pm, Rotating Saturdays 8:15am-12:15pm.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently provides high quality client service while effectively processing transactions and supporting sales.
- Records all transactions, prepares daily settlements of teller cash, and proofs transactions according to branch procedures.
- Processes transactions for various bank products and services including the following: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier checks, money orders, and credit card cash advances.
- Performs clerical duties such as answering calls, processing incoming mail and deliveries, filing, and typing.
Experience and Education
- Four to six month's teller experience, or equivalent client service and/or cash handling experience.
- Previous sales experience, preferred.
- In pursuit of high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
